01/06/2025: I often visit this restaurant for its strategic location, ideal as a base for excursions. However, in recent visits I have noticed a deterioration in the service: slow and inattentive. Some dishes arrived partially cold and, above all, the portions are decidedly small. It is clear that, when the raw materials in the kitchen begin to run low, the dishes are significantly reduced, without any communication or admission by the staff. What is most perplexing is the lack of flexibility and the absence of transparency of the manager. Those who choose from a list with the prices indicated expect quality and service in line.
30/05/2025: Fantastic views, great staff, amazing food, a relaxed atmosphere, and a lovely sauna area.

18/05/2025: A hotel with character! The Parkhotel Holzner in Oberbozen impresses with its stylish atmosphere and outstanding service. The staff at reception, during breakfast, and during dinner are friendly, competent, and attentive. Particularly noteworthy is the creative cocktail selection at the bar, featuring high-quality Italian products. A stay that will remain a lasting memory.

05/05/2025: La comida era ridícula. Solo probamos 2 favores: salado y amargo. Extremadamente salado para su plato característico: Tripe. Incluso un sabor amargo en su postre que se supone que es dulce. Lo reflejó al camarero pero recibió una respuesta facial "no podría importarle menos".
Servicio también malo. Una cara de poker para nosotros una vez que decidimos no pedir el aperitivo. No calificado para un restaurante de estrella Michelin en absoluto. Nunca volverá

18/04/2025: We were here a few years ago, and it was pretty crowded. We were all the more pleased that they've switched back to a smaller, more personal experience. We really enjoyed the llama hike in a small group. We wish you all the best with the new concept.
04/02/2025: I recommend it 100%. The apartment is clean, fully equipped with everything you need. Rooms clean, spacious. The owners were helpful and very nice. The location is far from the center, but this is only an additional attribute. The access road is very scenic and the views from the windows are breathtaking.

21/04/2025: Precioso establecimiento familiar en un hermoso entorno de aspecto y encantadora comida tradicional. El Knödel en particular eran fantásticos!
Fue un día un poco agitado en este domingo de Pascua y quizás un poco escaso de personal, pero sin embargo muy amable y recomendaría especialmente con los niños, ya que la zona al aire libre es amplia y mucho que hacer para los niños!
¡Regresaría!
25/12/2024: Siamo stati la sera di Natale, posto incantevole fronte Dolomiti, dentro le sale solo molto calde caratterizzate dal legno nei soffitti e da tutto il clima natalizio. Cibo ottimo e abbondante, pietanze realizzate in casa squisite. Il prezzo eccezionale e il personale (tutto gestito in famiglia) accogliente e molto simpatico (un saluto a Petra). Che dire per la sera di Natale non potevamo trovare di meglio.

22/04/2025: Das etwas altbackene Lokal lebt von seiner guten Lage und der sehr geringen Konkurrenz außerhalb der Hauptsaison.
Die Bedienung war zwar freundlich, vermittelte aber einen hektischen Eindruck.
Die Gerichte waren von durchschnittlicher Qualität und insgesamt war der Eindruck mittelmäßig.

16/08/2024: Bel posto ma la proposta del fuori menù è stata non solo fuori menù ma fuori mercato! Qualità prezzo molto sproporzionata.
Un piatto di ravioli, buoni, due piatti di di vitella con patate e funghi, pessima la carne, un dolce. Mezzo litro di vino della casa. Tot 102€
30/07/2024: Tagliatelle mit Wildragout und Preiselbeeren lecker, aber Portion überschaubar. Könnte ruhig etwas mehr auf dem Teller sein. Tris mit Käse- und Spinatknödel ebenfalls lecker. Auch der Weinkuchen, mit Sahne und Preiselbeeren serviert, war fein. Gespritzter Apfelsaft vom besten. Die Bedienung freundlich und flott.

04/05/2025: Nach langer Zeit mal wieder eine Pizza. Hier bekommt man immer noch eine der besten auf dem Ritten. Über das Pastaangebot kann ich nichts sagen, aber zum Pizzaessen gehe ich in diesem Urlaub noch einmal hin. Empfehlung: Pizza Crudo - nicht überladen, so ist es für mich richtig!
14/12/2024: Abbiamo prenotato per 6 persone in questo accogliente locale il pomeriggio per la sera e ci hanno avvertito che se prenotavamo per le 19,30 c’era la possibilità di mangiare come ristorante, altrimenti dalle 20 solo pizza, quindi siamo andati per le 19,30 e ne è valsa la pena . I 2 camerieri che ci hanno servito ( il ragazzo piemontese e la ragazza di Frascati.. non so i loro nomi) sono stati molto professionali e simpatici! Abbiamo ordinato taglieri di formaggi e speck molto buoni, poi chi ha ordinato dei primi e chi secondi, ma tutto molto buono, confermato dagli strudel finali . Prezzo onesto, circa 25 euro a persona ( abbiamo preso anche birra) . Abbiamo prenotato anche per stasera 👍🏻
