We only had an aperitif.
31/10/2024: Typical wooden bar and in good weather it has a wonderful terrace overlooking the woods, we stopped to have a quick meal... toast and a platter of good quality cold cuts to share. Forst beer so without saying anything more... they also have a small ice cream stand and some desserts that looked like they were in a shop window. Thank you

04/01/2025: Fantastic place, with a warm welcome. You feel at home, from breakfast to dinner, which is absolutely fantastic. Half board is highly recommended, with excellent quality and variety of food.
We spent the New Year's week here, and we were really very happy. We are sure that in summer it is even more magical. We will be back.
The rooms are very warm and typical.
Notes: convenient to have a car. But it is still possible to come by public transport since the bus stop is an 18-minute walk away and with the ritten card you have many advantages.

25/12/2024: The bistro is located inside the Parkhotel Holzner, a magical place where you can immerse yourself in the typical atmosphere of the early twentieth century. The Art Nouveau furnishings make the room refined and luxurious with a spectacular view of the surrounding peaks.
Being Christmas Day lunch, the menu was à la carte with the possibility of some dishes on request.
The ingredients are all local and the various courses are tasty, well executed and carefully placed.
I particularly liked the salmon trout and the eel risotto in which the flavor of the fish is enhanced by the other ingredients.
Since I only had lunch in this hotel, I cannot comment on the other services.
But given the very knowledgeable and kind staff I think everything is of a high standard..

15/12/2024: Exceptional! It is difficult to explain in words the beauty of this structure. Beautiful, spacious and clean rooms, breathtaking view. Super friendly and helpful staff. The wonderful spa and pool.
Quality food, the 1908 restaurant deserves a special mention and is an incredible experience.
Thanks to the whole Holzner family, we will definitely be back!

25/11/2024: Wir hatten eine Weihnachtsfeier, die in Erinnerung bleibt: Neben dem geschmackvollen Ambiente und dem herzlichen, kompetenten Service hat uns natürlich das herausragende Essen begeistert. Wir hatten uns schnell auf 5 Gänge geeinigt (zum Glück, mit den Zwischengängen vom Haus wäre es uns sonst zu viel gewesen), jede konnte sich die Gänge aussuchen, die ihr am liebsten waren. Besonders warnatürlich der lokoregionäre Bezug (Zirbenaroma inklusive). Es war auch ein Genuss mit gutem Gewissen- gesunde, leichte, nachhaltige Zutaten zu einem optisch und aromatisch in jeder Hinsicht überzeugenden Kunstwerk arrangiert, wir waren begeistert!

15/01/2025: We were looking for a place to have lunch on the fly, we saw this trattoria, as on the sign, and we went in, very friendly staff, the place is very nice, but the prices are not exactly trattoria-like, we had two risottos, two side salads, half a liter of water for two and a coffee with correct grappa, total 61.80 euros, I would say a steal, 5 euro cover charge with paper napkin and no bread, salads 7.50 euros one, and the correct coffee 4.50 euros!!!! Not even in Piazza San Marco in Venice is it so expensive!!!!
A shame, just to fleece tourists!!!

04/02/2025: I recommend it 100%. The apartment is clean, fully equipped with everything you need. Rooms clean, spacious. The owners were helpful and very nice. The location is far from the center, but this is only an additional attribute. The access road is very scenic and the views from the windows are breathtaking.
11/10/2024: Today we went on a 1-hour alpaca hike at the Kaserhof. Juri, who is responsible for the alpacas on the farm, did a great job. He accompanied us and the alpacas in a completely calm and relaxed manner and answered every question. He even took photos of us with the alpacas.
The introduction at the beginning was totally clear and explained very logically for young and old.
The view of the Dolomites from Kaserhof is simply gigantic and you can really enjoy the view of the Dolomites from Kaserhof.
Thank you for this experience.

25/12/2024: Siamo stati la sera di Natale, posto incantevole fronte Dolomiti, dentro le sale solo molto calde caratterizzate dal legno nei soffitti e da tutto il clima natalizio. Cibo ottimo e abbondante, pietanze realizzate in casa squisite. Il prezzo eccezionale e il personale (tutto gestito in famiglia) accogliente e molto simpatico (un saluto a Petra). Che dire per la sera di Natale non potevamo trovare di meglio.
10/10/2024: Si tratta di una bella pensione in cui abbiamo soggiornato con colazione e in cui abbiamo anche pranzato.Il posto è molto bello,un po fuori dal paese,con splendido panorama.Gli appartamenti sono piacevoli e ben arredati.Purtroppo il sentore di nuovo è anche troppo incombente dato che la struttura è stata costruita da zero al posto di una bella fattoria preesistwnte,poi abbattuta. La colazione è nella norma con offerta di prodotti locali,il pranzo discreto. Personale gentile,un po di ressa e lunghe attese nel fine settimana.

24/01/2025: I stayed with my wife for 4 nights in the summer of 2024. We were traveling on motorbikes and the journey from Styria was amazing. When we arrived we were greeted very friendly and we were allowed to drive straight into the garage where only motorcycles are parked. The rooms have a great view of the mountains and Bolzano. The pizzas are very good and prepared with love. THE breakfast at its finest. The best part was the conversations with Alex, a cool, friendly employee who immediately catches your eye. He shared his great liquor with us and gave us very useful tips for our trips. A big THANK YOU for everything Camarad!!!!

15/09/2024: We were guests with the motorhome. A defective battery would have given us a cold night if we hadn't hesitated to get power.
That wasn't a given. Thank you very much for that!
Good food and good wine with a gigantic view should of course also be mentioned.
25/08/2024: A nice evening on the viewing terrace. Pasta with vongole on a large platter with friends. A successful evening!

08/01/2025: We ate lunch here, everything was good and prices were normal. The place is perhaps not the best in terms of cleanliness and organisation, but we had a good time
05/01/2025: We stopped here for breakfast after getting off the Renon train.
We came to this place to see the hotel where Sigmund Freud used to vacation. The view is beautiful.
What can I say, we had a great breakfast with delicious cappuccinos and desserts and we will definitely be back.

16/08/2024: Bel posto ma la proposta del fuori menù è stata non solo fuori menù ma fuori mercato! Qualità prezzo molto sproporzionata.
Un piatto di ravioli, buoni, due piatti di di vitella con patate e funghi, pessima la carne, un dolce. Mezzo litro di vino della casa. Tot 102€
30/07/2024: Tagliatelle mit Wildragout und Preiselbeeren lecker, aber Portion überschaubar. Könnte ruhig etwas mehr auf dem Teller sein. Tris mit Käse- und Spinatknödel ebenfalls lecker. Auch der Weinkuchen, mit Sahne und Preiselbeeren serviert, war fein. Gespritzter Apfelsaft vom besten. Die Bedienung freundlich und flott.

04/01/2025: Decidiamo di fermarci a pranzo, locale pieno ma ci trovano un tavolo.
Prendiamo 2 pappardelle al ragù di selvaggina su consiglio della cameriera.
Ci arrivano i piatti con 2 forchettate scarse di pappardelle condite con pochissimo sugo.
Facciamo presente alla stessa cameriera che le porzioni erano veramente misere e lei candidamente ci fa presente che era rimasta una sola porzione e che avevano deciso di dividerla in due.
Ci lamentiamo del fatto che era stata lei a consigliarci cosa prendere e che, visto che non era più disponibile il piatto, avrebbe dovuto perlomeno avvisarci se volessimo cambiare, ci fa spallucce e va via.
Al pagamento la stessa cameriera era alla cassa, giunto il nostro turno chiede alla sua collega di sostituirla e va via.
Alla fine pagato a prezzo pieno, 15 euro a piatto, nonostante le nostre lamentele.
Veramente scorretti.
Mai più, usciti con più fame di prima.
14/11/2024: Sinceramente mi sarei aspettato qualcosa di meglio. Il locale si presenta carino e affollato. Abbiamo avuto tempi di attesa notevoli, Il menù è apparso abbastanza scarno. Ho scelto le pappardelle al ragù ma la porzione forse è da inserire nel menù bimbi. Mancavano alcune pietanze indicate nel menù perché ci è stato detto che hanno avuto degIi ospiti imprevisti. I dolci sono posizionati in un posto di gran passaggio e non sono coperti . Da migliorare la sistemazione degli stessi. Prezzi medio alti, ma servizio e tempistiche da rivedere.

14/12/2024: Abbiamo prenotato per 6 persone in questo accogliente locale il pomeriggio per la sera e ci hanno avvertito che se prenotavamo per le 19,30 c’era la possibilità di mangiare come ristorante, altrimenti dalle 20 solo pizza, quindi siamo andati per le 19,30 e ne è valsa la pena . I 2 camerieri che ci hanno servito ( il ragazzo piemontese e la ragazza di Frascati.. non so i loro nomi) sono stati molto professionali e simpatici! Abbiamo ordinato taglieri di formaggi e speck molto buoni, poi chi ha ordinato dei primi e chi secondi, ma tutto molto buono, confermato dagli strudel finali . Prezzo onesto, circa 25 euro a persona ( abbiamo preso anche birra) . Abbiamo prenotato anche per stasera 👍🏻
20/09/2024: Die Pizza (Crudo) ist soooo lecker, knusprig, heiß, superdünn und liegt nicht schwer im Magen. Supernetter Service, in erster Linie italienischsprachig, aber sie sprechen auch gut deutsch.
