19/04/2025: Hotel in ValGardena highly recommended. It is family run and you immediately feel welcome. Clean and well-kept environment. I also highly recommend the restaurant and bar, even to those people who do not reside at the aforementioned hotel

11/02/2025: Prime location, very quiet for being so centrally located. Reception and bar area is modern, warm and welcoming. The rooms, however, are due for renovation. Awful pillows, bed not very comfortable, bathroom probably +20 yrs old. The 4 star standard is rusty, at best. The hallways are less charming than a dorm or institution from the 80’s, with harsch lightning (very typical for Italy - don’t they sell LED with warm-white kelvin or dimmers there at all???). The restaurant is nice, but also suffer from too hard lightning. Bar and restaurant service was good, but someone in the management must seriously look after the staff hygiene. The smell of old sweat and stinky uniforms really can destroy the appetite, both to eat and return as a guest.

05/04/2025: The food of this place is out of this world. The chestnut soup was simply amazing, the beetroot pasta excellent, and the tiramisu very refreshing. I would go there every day if I could. Highly recommended.

30/03/2025: Recently had the pleasure of dining at Ustaria da Checco, very pleased to say the food is top-notch and well worth the price. The truffle gnocchi and the linguini were particularly spectacular dishes. Service was attentive and efficient. Overall, a wonderful meal!

30/04/2025: Total failure... I ate a Cordon Bleu and my girlfriend had pizza. The pizza didn't come until I had already eaten it! That doesn't work at all. My portion was as small as a child's portion. I left hungry. The staff didn't react at all when I said it was a shame that the pizza only arrived now. On top of that, €4 for cutlery, which no one had told us or read about. Not recommended!

25/04/2025: I ate pizza, Caesar salad, pasta with broth, and schnitzel, and I was surprised at how delicious every single one of them was.

24/05/2025: The coffee shop in the center...is excellent, to be honest. The people who work there in the afternoon were very cooperative. As for the coffee, it was the best cappuccino I've ever tasted, to the point that I asked for a second cup. I went back a second time at sunset, only to find that they had closed it.

19/05/2025: The cafe is very nice. Cappuccino 10/10. Dessert: Carrot Cake 10/10. I really liked it. I have a bit of a sweet tooth. I highly recommend it. The barista: Very nice.

19/03/2025: Very friendly staff, great service and very good wood-fired pizza at fair prices compared to other restaurants in the village. We'll definitely be back. We really liked the authentic ambience combined with the good pizzas.
