08/08/2024: Un'esperienza da incubo dal primo all'ultimo momento. I prezzi sono da capogiro, ma quello che ti servono è roba da mensa scolastica, e pure scadente. Ho ordinato una Sacher, e mi hanno portato una torta che sembrava fatta una settimana fa: dura, secca e immangiabile. Il piatto principale? Un triste wrustel da supermercato con patatine insipide, che nemmeno al fast food più scadente ti servirebbero. Per non parlare del fatto che non hanno neppure avuto la decenza di portare un pezzo di pane. Il personale è stato di una scortesia imbarazzante, trattandoci come se fossimo un fastidio. Il servizio, lento e disorganizzato, ha reso il tutto ancora più insopportabile. È incredibile che un posto del genere esista ancora. Da evitare assolutamente! 50 euro per una fetta di torta e un wrustel con patate!!! A nightmare from start to finish. The prices are outrageous, but what they serve you is no better than bad school cafeteria food. I ordered a Sacher, and what they brought me looked like it had been made a week ago: hard, dry, and inedible. The main course? A sad supermarket sausage with tasteless fries that wouldn’t even pass in the worst fast food joint. And to top it off, they didn’t even bother to bring a single piece of bread. The staff was embarrassingly rude, treating us like we were a nuisance. The service was slow and disorganized, making the entire experience even more unbearable. It’s astonishing that a place like this is still in business. Avoid at all costs!

31/07/2024: Il locale non troppo curato fa da contrasto allo stupendo panorama che si gode dal Seceda, sempre di positivo c'è la prontezza e professionalità del personale, rapidi, chiari, gentili e precisi; ampia la scelta di cibo..prezzi non definisco alti, ma SURREALI..e ve lo dice uno che da decenni ormai frequenta Cortina per vacanza ed abita a 20 minuti da Milano Marittima. Prezzi imbarazzanti, ingiustificati in quanto non vengono riforniti con gli elicotteri, ma comodamente con la funivia o addirittura via terra, vista la facile salita dal lato opposto..tanto che al "rifugio" era parcheggiata una non certo specialistica..vecchia FIAT Sedici...I turisti tipo sono Giapponesi ed Arabi..di Italiani ai tavoli ben pochi..per avere prezzi cosi alti oltre al panorama dovete offrire un ristorante elegante, fine e curato nei dettagli..non quello che è a tutti gli effetti una bolgia stile rifugio..un pò old..vi dovevo dare 1..ma ai ragazzi che lavorano avrei dato 5..quindi siete fortunati con 3..

06/10/2023: In the afternoon, tourists flocked in to buy ice cream for €2/ball. The taste was very ordinary. It was still very hot in the October afternoon, so I stopped by to cool off.

13/09/2023: While visiting Ortisei we stopped in this little pastry shop on Sunday. The girls were visibly tired from the day but smiling. We had a strudel and a mini cake with delicious custard with blueberries and raspberries. There are also a few tables outside to sit on, which isn't a bad thing. I would say the price compared to other places was discreet.
