13/04/2025: It's not often that you dine in a farm in Trentino where authentic flavors reign supreme.
We dined lulled by the peace, silence and courtesy of the owner in an almost sacred atmosphere.
Delicious cold cuts, cheeses and bread, typical of the place.
Goulash with very tender and tasty speck dumplings.
Space apple strudel.
Prices normal.

Deliziosi affettati, formaggi e pane, tipici del luogo.
Gulasch con canederli allo speck tenerissimo e saporito.
Strudel di mele spaziale.
Prezzi nella norma.

24/05/2025: Very light pizza, very good, my family loves it, I always want to take it every Saturday. Very good pizza maker.
03/05/2025: We ate there several times during our vacation. The pizza was very tasty every time. The steak on the menu is a real insider tip. It can compete with any steakhouse. The staff is very accommodating and nice. A place to feel good, especially on the outdoor terrace. We'll definitely come back.

04/05/2025: Hotel is closed practically at 21.30, so you should consider no bar or food available. Dinner is relatively short in time and easy ti miss, but quality is good.

There is only 1 menu with 3 different choices.
The cook will never be unemployed.
He knows his craft and enjoys his work.

04/05/2025: It's not entirely clear to me where the good reviews come from.
Either they were bought, or it was the Steiner Restaurant's blackest day ever when we visited. For the tuna and onion pizza, both ingredients had to be looked for with a magnifying glass, but there was a tomato cardboard on it that was more reminiscent of tomato paste than pizza sauce. Taste disastrous. A disgrace for an Italian pizza. The Mediterranean seafood salad was completely without a marinade, but with potato pieces (they definitely weren't there to stretch the salad), because potatoes are the first choice when you think of Mediterranean dishes. Additional requests were accepted, but not delivered. It was not possible to ask because the waiter didn't show up after bringing the "food" despite the bar being almost empty. To pay, you would first have to look for it. All in all, as already written, “CATASTROPHAL”!!!

18/01/2025: Eravamo già passati l’anno scorso per una pizza e ci siamo recati nuovamente in questa struttura per una serata pizza, confermando la bontà della stessa. I prezzi sono leggermente più bassi delle strutture in zona ed il servizio è rapido ed efficace. Certamente i locali non sono all’ultimo grido ma per una buona ed onesta pizza ne vale la pena! Certamente consigliato per una serata in pizzeria.
24/11/2024: Il bar e la cassa per pagare presenta tre gradini e non è accessibile per i clienti in sedia a rotelle. Quando è stata l’ora che dovevo pagare, la cameriera è caduta dal pero, come se non avesse mai visto una persona con la carrozzina che paga. Ho fatto notare che dovevano mettere una rampa e che sono fuori legge, oltre che irrispettosi verso i clienti, e il titolare ha fatto finta di non sentirmi, borbottando alla cameriera “siamo spiacenti” senza nemmeno guardarmi in faccia e senza cogliere il suggerimento di porre una rampa (costo 50 euro, gliel’ho pagata io con le due pizze che ho ordinato) per mettere fine alla discriminazione.
Maleducati, abilisti e vergognosi.
Ho dovuto pagare passando dal retro del ristorante con la cameriera che mi ha portato il pos.
Inoltre per la presenza dei gradini nemmeno il bar è raggiungibile.
Esperienza orribile e umiliante, spero passi la finanza e i carabinieri e qualcuno di Laives faccia una diffida in comune, perché per la legge 67/2006 sono passabili di denuncia.

15/05/2025: Comunione di mia figlia nel 2013, delusione infinita per tutti gli invitati. Pietanze di scarsa qualità e non curate. Mi ricordo ancora i maltagliati serviti, erano tutti impaccati sembravano appena tolti dal freezer e buttati nell’acqua senza mescolare.
Da dimenticare quel posto…..

ristorante con atmosfera, personale attento e disponibile e molto qualificato, sempre con il sorriso (cosa rara di questi giorni), entrambi vegetariani si sono resi disponibili all’ultimo momento di creare un menù ad hoc! Complimenti!!! le portate erano perfette ed impiattate ad arte… tutto perfetto! Grazie e a presto!!
