08/12/2024: Excellent hotel compromise between quality and price is outside Bolzano. Car necessary. There are limited courtesy kits in the rooms. There is no bubble bath.
Very professional and courteous staff. Good buffet breakfast.

28/07/2024: I was passing through, and looking for a takeaway pizzeria on Maps I chose this one. Right choice!
I took a Pizza degli Elfi (gorgonzola, mushrooms, bacon) with double dough, 540g of dough (as explained to me by the pizza chef) with perfect cooking (congratulations, because it's not obvious) and in general the pizza was very good.
Excellent value for money.
If I pass through here again, I will always come back to you!

21/08/2024: I would say an adventure not to be tried again. We stayed on Monday evening 19th August. The place needs to be completely renovated. We decided to eat out. We placed our order: shepherd's pasta, trio of dumplings and cut as an appetizer. 2 minutes after ordering, the waiter returns to tell us (exact words): the chef doesn't want to make the shepherd's pasta, because he doesn't want to start preparing it at this time. He offers us 2 other first courses: carbonara or pasta with sauce, we decide on carbonara. The cutting board arrives but not the ordered water and after a reminder it is delivered to us. The dishes arrive after 15 minutes: truly excellent dumplings, carbonara comes with a kilo of pasta and I'm not exaggerating, in fact even the waiter says that the chef made too much. Carbonara unfortunately with cream, but obviously it depends on taste. We finish everything in a singular atmosphere. We ask for the bill and the waiter tells us that the cost of the coffee is missing from the bill because he had forgotten. We spent €33. Obviously we won't be going back again.

Finally, there is pizza 🍕 and the pizza is really delicious, four cheeses for €9.50???
Also open on Saturdays from 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. and Sundays from 8:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. The chestnut tree in the beer garden is best

20/03/2024: Abbiamo alloggiato nella struttura, mancava la colazione buffet, abbiamo ricevuto solo la brioche e il cappuccino, siamo stati presi per dei ragazzini, non torniamo mai piu in questo albergo.

05/03/2024: dopo 4 anni torniamo a cenare in questo ristorante molto accogliente serviti da personale estremamente gentile e attento alle nostre richieste (magnifico)… antipasto burratina e zucca con radicchio al balsamico (ottima) spaghi alla chitarra con pesto di zucchine e mezzi paccheri con crema di carciofi, dessert fuori menu, bigne con crema di pistacchio e millefoglie con crema ai frutti di bosco! tutto perfetto, ottimo il gusto delle pietanze dai sapori ben bilanciati, particolarmente accurato l’impiattamento! Cosa dire.. bravissimi!!! un ristorante una garanzia!!! grazie ancora!!
23/01/2024: eravamo in giro tra amici motociclisti quando siamo stati ospitati dalla struttura. In sintesi ho mangiato bene e con servizio competente e preparato inoltre ho dormito meglio. Per cui è vivamente consigliato se ti troverai in zona.
