In 4-star hotels, we are used to being served a welcome drink during check-in, rather than having to stand next to the reception desk while all your ID details are entered into the system. - The bar with seating in the entrance area is poorly staffed all day. Even in the evening, shortly before dinner, you wait a very long time before anyone even comes to ask if you would like a drink. At a "later" hour (directly after dinner), you feel like an unwelcome guest because the staff would rather call it a night. - At first glance, the hotel makes a modern impression; this is also consistently conveyed on the website. 21/07/2025: I ordered two pizzas for pickup via WhatsApp, and it worked out great. They were ready right on time. The flavor was very good: thin crust, good toppings, and a delicious sauce. One star was deducted for the canned mushrooms and the rather soft crust in the middle of the pizzas. Very friendly service, I'd definitely order again.
