The crostini, the pigeon ragout, the wild boar ragù, the osso bucco and so on and so forth are spectacular! Must try! Highly recommended!

Il responsabile è stato disponibile tutto il tempo: ha gentilmente accettato di tenere aperto un po' di più il ristorante per noi che siamo arrivati in ritardo e ci ha guidati nella scelta dei piatti e delle porzioni.
Consigliatissimi il coniglio e l'osso buco.

21/03/2025: Siamo stati in questo ristorante per il mio compleanno, siamo rimasti più che soddisfatti dalla selezione della materia prima , freschissima ed ottima che dal servizio , attento e gentile , sempre pronto alle varie richieste . Lo consigliamo vivamente e torneremo sicuramente.
02/03/2025: A pleasant discovery! The room is elegant and spacious, and we were impressed by every dish we tasted, in particular the cooked gota tacos and the polenta with octopus. The ever-expanding selection of wines and the off-menu proposals of the day are also excellent. We will definitely be back to try other specialties!

02/03/2025: Sunday lunch after the match. They managed to welcome us all despite the short notice, good food and courteous and fast table service. Special mention for the person who I believe was the owner or in any case the manager of Sala who with unsurprising kindness allowed us to resolve a small inconvenience that we hadn't thought of.

13/02/2025: La pizza è buona e ben condita, ma abbastanza piccola. Soprattutto è molto cara. Locale carino, servizio perfetto, personale gentile.
Quello che mi ha deluso è vedere che la pizza senza glutine costa 15€ qualunque sia il condimento. Di sicuro è una pizza congelata e cotta nel microonde. Ma quello che mi fa più rabbia è lo scarso rispetto nei confronti di coloro che l'intolleranza al glutine se la sono ritrovata, non l'hanno scelta!

Breakfast: rich cappuccino full of foam and hot chocolate donut (and not hazelnut cream) €2 and a few cents!!!!
Also great for lunch!
31/12/2024: Historic postponement, with a vast choice of fresh cured meats, cheeses and various side dishes, phenomenal homemade desserts, a refreshing stop for those traveling on the panoramic inland roads heading towards the sea.

10/03/2025: Would not recommend.
Food did not seem fresh. VERY salty. Small portions. The ravioli dough was very thick. The carbonara did not at all taste like real carbonara. Poor service even though we were the only ones in the restaurant. Atmosphere was the only thing that was nice with pretty decor.

16/01/2025: For the inhabitants of Colle it needs no introduction because it is now a historic business that has an excellent pastry shop and a sautéed department that includes excellent pizzas and stuffed flatbreads. A snack with freshly baked round pizzas is a tradition!

26/02/2025: Booked a table for 2 on The Fork with a 50% discount, spent €56. Would you have ever paid, without the discount, €112 for an appetizer, two mixed fish grills, a rum baba (very good), two half glasses of house white wine and a coffee? I really don't think so. Instead I believe that the 50% discount was simply ignored. Someone on The Fork should keep a watchful eye on such abuses which are systematically repeated. Sin
