16/05/2025: We ate for lunch. Everything was delicious! Pici with crunchy breadcrumbs and stracciatella ravioli with pistachio pesto and shrimp, fried calamari. One dish better than the other! The dessert - semifreddo with salted caramel brittle is a spectacle!! If you pass by those parts I recommend you try it. Highly recommended!!!

25/04/2025: We found this pizzeria by chance and can highly recommend it.
We received a very friendly and courteous welcome with our dog. As a “greeting from the kitchen” the boss served us foccacia with prosciutto crudo. Crispy and very tasty!
Our pizzas were also nice and crispy, with thin dough and well topped. There was also a fruity limoncello on the house.
Thank you!!!

10/05/2025: La location si presenta calda e accogliente. Peccato per un odore sgradevole di fogna all'ingresso, probabilmente dovuto a una situazione momentanea.
Il personale è preparato, gentile, professionale e attento.
Il servizio è ben organizzato, con una buona descrizione e presentazione dei piatti, curate e coinvolgenti. È però mancata la descrizione del vino, probabilmente per una semplice dimenticanza.
Il menù è ben studiato, con una prevalenza di piatti di carne ma anche alcune proposte di pesce. Manca però attenzione verso le esigenze di vegetariani e vegani. Bella la carta dei vini con diverse proposte.
La qualità dei piatti è buona: lo spaghetto era ben pensato ed equilibrato, anche se nel mio caso un po' d’olio in eccesso; il polpo leggermente duro e gommoso, buono il complesso; perfetto invece la mousse di ricotta, un dolce tra i più buoni provati, equilibrato e ben realizzato.
Il rapporto qualità/prezzo è corretto per il tipo di proposta.
06/05/2025: Very disappointing. We had spontaneously reserved a dinner and received a very quick response, which made us very happy. Unfortunately, we accidentally chose the wrong restaurant as there was another Il Fratoio at our holiday resort. A waiter from our restaurant explained the situation to them over the phone and we also apologized via email. Unfortunately we have never received a reply since then, but the EUR 150 fee was charged. Of course it's your own fault and you'll be informed of it when booking, but I would have hoped and given such good reviews of the restaurant that they would be a little more accommodating or at least respond to my email. When I visited Tuscany, I would have liked to put this restaurant on my next wish list, but that's been crossed out. I find something like that a bit thin.

Visited again the next day, warm welcome. It is possible to get menu items that are not on the menu. It was delicious and this restaurant is highly recommended.
30/03/2025: Locale molto accogliente; titolari e personale professionali e gentili; pizza, antipasti, secondi e dolci molto buoni, i primi li preferisco meno (è un mio gusto) ma nel complesso è un locale molto buono.

20/05/2025: what can I say....after leaving another environment....with an owner who is shameful in his welcome....we arrived by chance at this pizzeria restaurant....as soon as we entered...the pizza chef....I think he is the owner...he greeted us and immediately after...he called a girl....behind the counter and had her come to us...in 3 minutes we were at the table...and we were ordering..(restaurant already with many customers...at the table...the environment is large...). appetizer and pizza....and dessert...from Serie A....everything really excellent... dishes beautiful to look at....and to taste. But the difference was made by the cordiality...of the first person who welcomed us....and then gave us the bill....to the girl who served us....my compliments really....when we are in the area we will return to you....and we will send friends to you. I saw a fried seafood....that I will have to try....sooner or later. Thanks.. Stefano from Lucca. I recommend everyone to try this place...it's on the first floor...with a lift...and the atmosphere is really nice....the outside atmosphere....even for groups of young people...it's super.

16/05/2025: I spent two days there, very positive, good rooms, very courteous staff and tactical location between Siena and Florence. Very pleasant appetizers and main courses, unfortunately I did not taste the first courses, very pleasant wines of their production, honorable mention for their white grappa as sweet as it is effective.
28/04/2025: We stopped for 2 nights with the idea of experiencing Tuscany a little. This is the place we hoped to find: a refined and characteristic environment, excellent cuisine and wine, exceptional staff. A wonderful experience.

Prezzi del pesce buoni.
L'unica pecca è la mancanza totale di sorrisi da parte dei camerieri giovani.
