31/03/2025: Water is never run at each coffee and therefore the coffee is terrible as well as harmful. What they call orange juice charged at 4/5 euros in a small glass, are actually pasteurized juices. The food offered at the counter: small pizzas or similar, all stuff that seems frozen and at excessive costs. The fact that the staff is young should not be synonymous with incompetence.

08/05/2025: During my 18 years it was the best pastry shop in the center of Prato. It was really nice on a Saturday evening, after a stroll with friends, to go and eat a sweet or savory meal. Unfortunately it was, because in the last 5 - 6 years it has gotten a lot worse. The only things that have changed are the decor and the staff. Of course, it's fine to renew (even if the old look wasn't bad), but it's also right not to spend too much on aesthetics if the products then get worse. Finally, for the staff, sometimes I find the clerks quite arrogant, and other times they are nice. However, I would like not to find the first ones perhaps. However I will miss the old Fiaschi from the early 2000s.

04/04/2025: I waited an hour and they only brought scampi and clams. The first and second arrived at around 10pm, I arrived at 8.30pm. There were only 4 tables, I don't understand the reason for the slowness.
02/04/2025: It's average, the service is average, the food is too salty, my throat is broken after eating it, the price is expensive and the portion is not big, two people spent 70 yuan per person and only 60% full, the atmosphere is also average, if you come here for foreign food, I don't recommend coming here, there are too many bad spots, go directly to the foreign restaurant, it's cheaper, more delicious and larger

22/07/2023: Madonna I didn't want to believe it when I read the negative reviews, I've been coming to this place since I was a teenager and my heart aches to write a negative review but we really aren't there... there are literally 4 tables, yet we order a drink and the girl forgets the water and then the bottle opener for the beer which I have to ask at once from what I think is an amateur waiter given his manners. However, we order a true victory and a calzone without mushrooms and after a while an unsolicited basic red pizza arrives, a calzone (which is also ugly) with mushrooms which the waitress initially didn't know belonged to, and a subtle victory. The girl who served us, however, apologizes and in our opinion it is the pizza chef's fault, however she tells us we will have to wait 20 more minutes... after which the correct orders arrive but the pizzas have nothing to do with those of the past, which were the signature of the quixote... I will go to Narnali at that time hoping it has remained as it once was
