Update following the restaurant's response: Oh, perfect! Finally, a place that focuses on transparency, all served with a touch of sarcasm. An original concept, it's just a shame it wasn't mentioned on the menu. Next time, maybe I'll go straight to Eurospin: at least there I can choose what I want to eat and pay half price.
It was my first time trying their Roman pinsa in a long time.
I'm celiac and loved the gluten-free pinsa, made with homemade, not frozen, dough. It will definitely be a go-to place whenever I'm craving pizza or pinsa.
The owner was also incredibly kind, waiting for me to arrive so she could bake the pinsa and have them ready while they were still hot (even though I arrived right before closing time).
Thank you for letting me enjoy a delicious, gluten-free Roman pinsa!
