11/08/2026: This is a very, very nice restaurant with a fantastic view of Tuscany. The staff is very friendly and attentive. Ordering was quick and easy. We were also able to speak English, as we were from Germany. We didn't have to wait long for our food, and it was delicious (our pizza is pictured). The price was excellent; by German standards, it was quite reasonable for the size. I highly recommend it!!

11/08/2026: The dishes weren't even bad, but the service was so subpar that it ruined the dining experience. Dishes were wrong or arrived extremely late, brought by untrained waiters who wandered around confused with the food in their hands, not knowing who to deliver it to. After twenty minutes of sitting down, a waitress came to take our orders, but they hadn't yet brought us the menus. After placing our orders, the wine list arrived after the third call. Meanwhile, the appetizer arrived, but they hadn't yet taken our wine order. After half an hour, with the appetizer on the table without the wine, the waitress showed up and asked if she could clear the appetizers. We finally managed to get the wine to wash down the last part of the appetizer. The friendly person who served it was clearly not competent (I'm not a sommelier, but the service was performed with a rather obvious sloppiness). After the wine, we were abandoned for about an hour. After several requests for clarification and two hours of sitting, four of the five requested pizzas arrived. They forgot about the fifth one. After several reminders and subsequent promises ("It's in the oven," "It's coming"), two and a half hours had passed since the pizza arrived, and, incredibly, they showed up asking if they could clear the table! At this point, the diner without the pizza, now exhausted and upset, decided it was time for us to leave. They gave us a slight discount, but what's striking is that the owner hinted that the fault lay solely with poor service in the kitchen. So, my unsolicited advice is that the problem seemed a bit more widespread: the impression of disorganization and incompetence in the service was clearly perceptible and created problems from the start. I don't know if the kitchen made some mistakes that were too difficult to manage or if it was understaffed for the number of guests, but the service was chaotic and sloppy regardless. The food, all things considered, wasn't bad, so I'm giving it 2 stars instead of 1. It's a shame. I hope you can organize yourself better and put together a decent service that allows you to enjoy your dishes.
