08/12/2024: Beautiful evening and great discovery of this restaurant. We celebrated a friend's birthday, we had a really good time. Clean, welcoming location. The landlady Elisa looked after us impeccably with professionalism and friendliness. The dishes are not only very good but also packed with personality. There was no chaos of voices or people shouting, we were able to talk calmly. Quality/price ok 👌 I highly recommend.

24/11/2024: Today I had lunch in this place together with other colleagues. Some knew him but many didn't and the comments were very favorable. Young staff, very kind and available for any need. Dishes served with care. Compliments to the chef and all the staff.

The dough: absolute perfection, made with the highest quality type 1 flour and hydrated to the right degree, capable of giving life to a pizza that is both crunchy and melting when biting. It is a Roman round, but with a very pleasant greater hydration. The ingredients: a real surprise. From tomato to mozzarella, each element is carefully chosen and combined with impeccable balance. I tried a pizza called "vegan", very rich in ingredients, each of which stood out without ever dominating the others, creating an extraordinary tasting experience. The price: incredibly low, considering the quality of the raw materials, the kindness of the staff and the attention to service. Return? No, it's time to buy a house nearby directly!

05/01/2025: We entered this small place with about 10 tables, very nice and casual, the staff were friendly, attentive and fast. We ordered a Canapino appetizer for two, so to speak the appetizer included: truffled mortadella, ham, salami, cheese, croutons with lard and mushrooms, farinata, polenta with sauce and stuffed rabbit. We were already happy, everything was good. But we are not used to being satisfied and so we took a plate of tordelli and a sliced ​​steak with a side of chickpeas with herbs and chips. Il Canapino doesn't skimp on portions, both the tordelli and the sliced ​​meat could be eaten comfortably by two. The food is excellent and for the first time I found someone who understood how I want meat (this alone is worthy of a prize), finishing with two coffees and a Versilia dessert. Price???? €60 for two, considering the portions, the quality and service, we paid the bill happy and satisfied. Definitely coming back.

03/11/2024: Sono stato consigliato dal b&b dove alloggiavo e posso dire che mi ha dato un'ottima dritta. Il posto è immerso nella campagna lucchese e la struttura riesce a offrire degli ottimi pasti a km 0. La signora dedicata alla comanda, si rivela essere molto cordiale e professionale sapendomi indicare un ottimo antipasto(cannolo con ripieno di zucca) strepitoso! Prendo poi le costine cotte divinamente a bassa temperatura e un tiramisù eccezionale. Il clima, nonostante sia un agriturismo e decisamente di alto livello, con i camerieri gentili e preparati. Sono stato così bene che ci sono ritornato il giorno prima della partenza. Bravi davvero ❤️
