09/01/2026: We visit Sarah and Renato almost every year when we're on holiday in Capannori and always look forward to eating the most delicious pizza in the area. I always make a reservation from Germany for at least two evenings, and it always works out perfectly. Amazing pizza, lovely service! We'll be back again and again!

24/12/2025: I had lunch at La Cucina dello Scompiglio today, and overall, I'm giving it three stars based more on trust than on genuine satisfaction (otherwise, it would have been two). The main issue, from my perspective, is a significant discrepancy between the menu and what's actually served. The vocabulary used on the menu creates expectations that aren't reflected in either the plating or the overall experience. The presentation of the dishes was very basic, even sloppy. A concrete example is the charcuterie and cheese platter: served not on a real platter but on a serving platter, with cold cuts piled together, under-appreciated cheeses, and a jam placed in a rather questionable manner. Overall, a dish that feels "thrown in," out of line with the offerings and, especially, the price. Regarding the quality of the meat and the plating of the other dishes, I wasn't convinced by the quality of the food compared to the price. Another important aspect: the menu is almost entirely based on vegetables/vegetarian dishes. Nothing bad in itself, but this should be made much clearer. My friends and I had a hard time choosing because the menu didn't clearly communicate this. Another negative note about dessert: I ordered a revisited panna cotta, which I barely tasted and left almost entirely. I didn't like it at all, and was surprised that no one asked if I liked it. Considering a panna cotta is a rather simple dessert, it left me perplexed. I sincerely believe the place has potential, but in my opinion it needs a general overhaul: from the menu, to the presentation, to the consistency between the menu, dishes, and prices. I hope this review can be useful as a starting point for improvement. For now, personally, I don't think I'll be returning anytime soon.

09/03/2026: We had a great time. The atmosphere is very welcoming, the staff is truly excellent, everyone is kind and helpful, super nice. The food is really good. It's worth trying, I'll be back.

06/03/2026: A simple place, friendly and knowledgeable service, simple food prepared without excess and in truly appropriate portions. A place that, unfortunately, is becoming rarer than the pandas in favor of plastic kitchens and heaters (not to be confused with restaurateurs). If you're in the area, go with confidence and ask for advice without fearing reviews that may have been based solely on malice or an understandable mistake. Well done!

23/02/2026: A very simple and charming place. A very homely cuisine where you can enjoy local dishes, definitely freshly cooked. In the winter, the upstairs dining room has a wonderful fireplace that's always lit. The food is very good, some dishes could perhaps be improved, but the value is excellent! Fair prices, €30 per person for a hearty meal. It must be lovely in the summer too, with the outdoor terrace.

22/02/2026: We found ourselves by chance in this truly enchanting house converted into an inn... furnished in the style of times past... and you feel invaded by a homely, family atmosphere. Excellent food cooked just like grandmas used to... very kind and attentive service. We will definitely be back and I recommend anyone who hasn't been to try this enchanting place.

25/02/2026: Very good food and well-served. The staff is a bit disorganized but welcoming and friendly. The atmosphere is a bit cramped but very nice.

17/01/2026: Six of us went last night and ordered the fixed-price menu for €40. It included five appetizers (not great), a first course of linguine with good seafood, VERY LITTLE fried seafood, so much so that they remade some of it and absolutely no side dish, not a single fried potato or even a leaf of salad, dessert, and coffee with wine and water. One of us, allergic to shellfish, ordered linguine with tomato sauce and asked for fish with bones instead of fried fish... They brought grilled cuttlefish, which he didn't even touch. None of the staff bothered to ask what was wrong, etc., etc. At 11:35 PM they told us if we wanted anything else they wanted to close.

05/01/2026: We had lunch at this restaurant on Christmas Day and overall the experience was positive... The food was very good and plentiful, with well-prepared, high-quality dishes... The service was excellent, attentive, and well-organized, impeccably coordinated by the maître d', who was always present and professional. The only downside was some organizational issues: the parking lot proved too small for such a large event, forcing several guests to park in the parking lot, risking getting dirty. Furthermore, the dining room was quite small for the number of people present, making it very crowded and noisy, with too much noise. Despite these flaws, the quality of the food and service remains a definite strength.

31/08/2025: The food at "La conca pizzeria" was absolutely delicious. We've rarely eaten such good pizza, the appetizer was excellent, and the tiramisu was divine. The regional wine pairing rounded it all off wonderfully. We'd happily return.

18/08/2025: The pizza was absolutely delicious. The dough was light and easy to digest. The place is cute, with a clean and tidy outdoor area in the summer. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. We'll definitely be back, and word of mouth is a must. Highly recommended.

01/03/2026: After 1 hour of sitting I ask the waiter, he answers I work at high levels I'm just passing through 😂😂, after 1 hour and 15 the pizzas arrive with all the ash underneath that I turned upside down and left on the plate, at the cashier I ask for explanations, not even 1 euro discount and the gentleman kindly replies, come on madam you ate in 6 for this nonsense, guys teach first of all manner of manners that's how you lose customers
