27/04/2025: I had a great time! I am vegan and I was a little worried both by the offer and sometimes by the type of treatment that (alas) some restaurateurs reserve for you as soon as they know. Instead, not only did I eat very well (with the menu being super clear on what is already vegan, what can be adapted), but also with the service. No judgement, just a lot of friendliness and delicious food. After eating the first plate of pici I ordered another. I said it all 😬
25/04/2025: You stop in Suvereto, a beautiful village above the Venturina spa.
You enjoy the charm of the vineyards, of Rocca Aldobrandina and then you stop here with Carlo and his staff! Delicious and fresh Tuscan dishes.
Super recommended.

24/04/2025: Nice large pizza, very light and tasty, a cloud of dough and high-quality ingredients.
Typical Tuscan dishes in a workmanlike manner respectful of tradition. Vegetarian options also available.
Ilaria, the owner, received us in a warm and welcoming environment, very approachable with attention to detail.
The staff was always extremely courteous in their service, attentive and quick.
We also tasted the desserts, which were delicious.
A good choice of beers and wines.
Excellent value for money.
Also very suitable for small groups of friends or a couple's dinner in the splendid setting of Suvereto.
Since we discovered it, we have been going back often.
Highly recommended.

25/05/2025: After the Tuscany trail, I’ve tried this restaurant and it was absolutely delicious compared to all I tested during my tour of Toscany on my bike. I highly recommend even if you don’t love fish, it is really really tasty.
20/04/2025: A fantastic restaurant! You can tell the passion of the chef and the team in each dish-a devotion to taste! I loved the set menu style of the restaurant-I came with my family and it was great to all have shared the same food experience! Will be coming back!!!

01/12/2024: This time too I decided to rely on sensations, stopping for "lunch" here.
I opted for a mixed platter of cured meats and cheeses to accompany a magnificent glass of wine. An absolutely excellent wine list, products from the local wine industry of absolute value. Lovely atmosphere and truly exquisitely genuine and courteous staff. Compliments. I highly recommend you drop by, you won't regret it.

19/05/2025: Impossible to review the restaurant which is open to all. Anyway the service is shameful, I had to buy the salt and pepper kit etc... The prawns were not there but the price remained the same, the xameriera ambushed in the kitchen and there were only 2 of us, food....... Dish, excessive cost

I would have been happy to be notified of the presence of the large group of fans!
They have monopolized the residence with a great desire to have fun. Among other things, they were polite and polite. But hearing drums and singing on a Saturday morning and not being able to go down to the pool on a splendid day... you understand for yourself.
Being told that there is a band of silence, like in a condominium, didn't seem great to me!
I would like to return, but I would like to be notified a little in advance of such inconveniences so that I can plan my day ahead.

21/04/2025: Io e la mia compagnia siamo capitati per caso a Pasquetta, l’ambiente interno…una vera chicca, fatto tutto in sasso e mattoncini, arredato con gusto.., con le bottiglie di vino che fanno da cornice..! Personale gentile e molto attento al cliente, ci hanno saputo consigliare bene sia con il vino che con i piatti..! Apparecchiatura semplice con tovagliette di carta ma giusta per l’ambiente..! Preso un tagliere misto salumi e formaggi in due, dove i salumi erano particolarmente buoni e di alta qualità, un tortello al ragù ed una tartare di carne, ottima la qualità! Due calici di vino rosso della zona di Suvereto, una panna cotta squisita fatta con latte di pecora di un pastore vicino, accompagnata con una salsa di rosa. Due caffè ed un Passito per una spesa totale di 65 €.
Prezzo giusto. Se volessimo trovare il pelo nell’uovo, potrei dire che la scelta non è vastissima, ma la qualità compensa assolutamente.., complimenti davvero…! Torneremo senza dubbio.
