19/05/2025: In this restaurant the menu is written on a blackboard, because it often changes depending on the raw materials. Of course, the blackboard is brought to the table so that everyone can see clearly. Fresh fish menu cooked very well. Good raw dishes presented in an original way... very satisfied with the quality and variety of the gluten-free dishes they offered me.

My wife was fascinated by the numerous dishes on the menu and always returned to this place for lunch during her three-day stay in Castiglioncello. Indeed, the choices were plentiful, the dishes served with care and everything was fresh and freshly prepared. Even the quality-price was more than justified by the quality of the products. Average price 40/50 euros with bottled wine. I recommend it if you want to eat well without spending a lot!

Cooking is a taste experience, the skilled hand of the Chef transports you through flavors and contrasts to discover. We chose the innovation tasting menu and it was excellent. Highly recommended ‼️

14/05/2025: It was our first time there. Very positive experience. The food is excellent, the meat is excellent, the service and the staff are very kind and attentive to the needs of the CUSTOMER. The very friendly owner knows how to recommend excellent dishes.
03/05/2025: Excellent quality meat and great attention to the customer. You can perceive the owner's passion and care in selecting the meat. Their specialty (the tomahawk) is a breath of fresh air compared to the usual Florentine one.

23/03/2025: A journey into flavour, a superb culinary experience. I was delighted by the chef's dishes which I consider to be works of art, the setting is small but very refined, the atmosphere is relaxing, the hostess is delightful and knows how to put diners at ease. The final highlight of the tasting menu were mini desserts including one with geranium... a true explosion of flavour. Recommended!
11/03/2025: Two menus, one from land and one from sea, for 75 euros. I opted for the ground one: spectacular foie gras, worthy of applause, tortelli filled with opulent stew, soft and particularly tasty patanegra feather. The kitchen produces well-balanced dishes with intense but never heavy flavours. The different types of homemade bread are so delicious, you could eat them by the kilo. Chocolate cake with lemon heart accompanied by very interesting panettone ice cream. Non-trivial wine list, which highlights various producers not known to most. Friendly service.
In short, a visit that will not leave you disappointed.

12/04/2025: Disappointing experience.
We went to this restaurant and unfortunately the overall impression was very bad. The bathroom was dirty and the drain didn't work, this in itself says a lot about the care of the place. Outside there isn't even a menu displayed and the place has a neglected, almost abandoned look.
There were four of us, but they only brought us three glasses. When they finally gave us the menu, we immediately noticed some inconsistencies: some courses were available in one menu and absent in another. I wanted a pizza, but I was told that they only do it in the evening – too bad this information is not written anywhere.
I order a plate of penne with ragù, but I am told that it is not available. After another 10 minutes, the waitress returns to the table to inform us that another dish ordered by a friend of mine is also no longer available, forcing him to change.
In short, poor organization, little clarity and zero attention to the customer. We certainly won't be returning.
