23/11/2025: Friendly staff, comfortable atmosphere. The glass-fronted dining room is a bit chilly, but the place is clean. The interior is warm and welcoming.
The truffle tortelli and the off-menu pumpkin first courses are excellent.

This wonderful family-run restaurant gave us the best culinary experience of our entire trip. From the warm welcome to every beautifully prepared dish, everything felt authentic, thoughtful, and made with love.
We were dining with our two young daughters, and they truly enjoyed the food as well—which says it all. You can taste the quality and passion in every bite. This was more than just a meal—it was a special experience we will always remember. Highly, highly recommended!

14/12/2024: Ci siamo fermati in questo posto attratti dalle recensioni negative che ci parlavano soprattutto della signora cafona alla cassa. Molto prevenuti, siamo andati carichi e pronti a risponderle con un bel vaffa alla prima scortesia, invece abbiamo trovato degli ottimi panini, personale gentilissimo, accogliente e Generoso; abbiamo ricevuto uno sconto non richiesto e in omaggio un assaggio di una cosa tipica.
è proprio un posto da non ritornarci Se invece vuoi essere trattato male e mandato a quel paese dalla cassiera🤣

18/12/2025: A restaurant from another era, located in an apartment on the first floor of a building in the village of Pari, a village well worth a visit. The dishes are excellent, but patience is required: the grill is in the (small) fireplace in one of the dining rooms, and preparation takes a while. The inability to pay by POS and/or credit card is unforgivable, unforgivable, and probably even illegal... The one star for service is due to this serious shortcoming.
08/12/2025: Time passes for everyone, and even the legendary Siro, a few years ago, handed the reins over to his son.
While under the old management you could accept the lack of a menu and prices, as well as cash-only payments without a receipt, that's no longer acceptable.
And even more so with the prices being much higher than in the past.
And the quality of the food isn't what it used to be (except for the cold cuts and steak).
I'm not saying the food is bad, especially for those who didn't come here when Siro was there.
With him, it was a whole different story,
a shame.

24/05/2025: È ormai una vita che vengo a mangiare qua, e se lo dice uno del posto ci dovete credere! Non ci sono i sommelier o i calici di cristallo ma vi posso garantire che potete farne a meno. Cucina tradizionale toscana al massimo livello con prodotti locali top, ambiente familiare ed il tutto ad un onestissimo prezzo...cosa volere di più?
09/05/2025: Abbiamo mangiato davvero molto bene, fiorentina top!!! Paese carinissimo, consiglio se si passs da queste parti. Anche inprimi fatti in casa di ottima qualità!

20/04/2025: Abbiamo cenato 2 sere consecutive in questo locale... purtroppo la seconda sera, pur avendoci riconosciuto, siamo stati trattati in maniera poco cortese in quanto,è vero che non avevamo prenotato però ci è stato subito detto che dopo un'ora avremmo dovuto lasciare il tavolo in maniera molto brusca... piuttosto avrebbero potuto dirci che non c'era posto. Peccato perché il cibo era ottimo.
09/04/2025: Ottiml locale per una colazione oppure un pranzo/cena, ho approfittato di the fork per sperimentare questo ristorante, alla fine ci sono stato sia a cena che a pranzo. Ottimi piatti nella presentazione e nella sostanza, sia pesce che carne, bella sala interna per feste , altra sala adiacente alle vetrate, zona abbastanza centrale. Personale gentile e professionale. Ul fine settimana fanno anche musica, karaoke. Consigliato
