06/09/2025: The restaurant is managed exclusively by the two owners and seats a maximum of 20-22 people.
In August, it's advisable to book well in advance, 2-3 weeks in advance.
The dishes are delicious and original. In the summer, you can dine outside with a beautiful view of the Tuscan countryside.
Dogs are welcome.

18/10/2025: We chose this accommodation by chance and found a kind of refuge in the middle of the mountains, a fairytale place with super friendly and professional staff.
The simple room was what you'd expect for a 2-star hotel, but it had everything you needed and more (with gels, a shower cap, and bars of soap, as well as informational material about the area, with recommendations, and more). The towels and sheets were spotless and the cleanliness was perfect, something I'd highlight.
The restaurant was fantastic, and the value for money was perfect, as the service and attention were also excellent.
It's an ideal place for lovers of the mountains, nature, and authentic places.
I will definitely recommend it, and I would like to thank you for all your kindness, thank you very much!

11/10/2025: Finding everything you're looking for isn't always easy, but sometimes it happens, like today at lunch at this "locanda." Excellent food, perfect service, and a fair price! Typical cuisine for those who travel and want to experience a bit of Tuscany, a must-visit.
10/10/2025: We came to the village just for this restaurant. Totally worth it !! Pasta is handmade & homemade, the couple running the restaurant is very nice and the price very affordable. Don’t miss it :)

15/06/2025: I ate pici all'aglione for the first time, the torta ricciolina is also very good. The service is excellent and the atmosphere is very welcoming and relaxing.

07/09/2025: We had very high expectations, due to the good reviews of this place, after a two-hour journey, we were slightly disappointed by the quality of the food, unfortunately everything was bland, the mushrooms were really flavourless, the only positive note was the natural egg salad, delicious! Too bad
06/09/2025: I order a marinara pizza. The waitress asks, "With mozzarella?" I reply that there's no mozzarella in the marinara, and in fact, it's not even listed on the menu. The marinara arrives with mozzarella. I send it back, and ten minutes later, another arrives, but this time it's without garlic. I ask the waitress, who denies the obvious, claiming there is garlic. I can assure you, there wasn't even a smell. I leave the pizza half-eaten and, hungry, we go somewhere else. 45 euros.

Sono stato a cena con la famiglia e abbiamo scelto di mangiare il pesce. Ottimi piatti, porzioni abbondanti e servizio efficiente e rapido seppur fosse affollato.
Camerieri gentili e disponibili e soprattutto dei prezzi veramente bassi. Da provare assolutamente.
07/07/2025: Senza prenotazione con a seguito un Pastore Tedesco fuori taglia per grandezza, ci hanno accolti con cordialità e fatti accomodare per nostra scelta nei tavoli all'esterno del ristorante. Come sempre...... come a casa. Ottimo cibo, bravo il personale e cordialissimi i titolari. Rapporto qualità/ prezzo eccellente.

21/09/2025: I enjoyed the pizza 🍕. Everything was fresh and delicious, but the dough was too crispy for me. I prefer the Naples style. I had two glasses of red wine with it, which was also okay. The staff was super friendly and attentive 👍😊

04/08/2025: I arrived with my girlfriend at 10:00 PM on a Monday in August. Despite the late hour, we were greeted without hesitation and felt welcome. The helpfulness and courtesy shown were truly extraordinary.
The pizza also fully met our expectations: tasty, well-prepared, and served with care.
An example of true hospitality and quality, a place that deserves a visit!
29/07/2025: When ordering pizzas to take home by phone, 3 times the pizzas did not match the order placed despite the error the next time not even the gesture of saying I'll take something away from you. Ordered white due to tomato intolerance, 3 pizzas, 2 were wrong and made red, lack of seriousness from the waiting staff.

08/08/2025: Very good pizza, with an excellent crust. Friendly and attentive service. The location is also nice, even though it's on the road. It's still well-located in the center of town.
25/07/2025: Such a great restaurant in the heart of Tuscany, with super friendly staff and delicious food. A rustic atmosphere, very cozy. No German, no English, everyone had a great time. Cutting pizza with scissors was the first time in my life, but I have to say, it's easier. We went there several times and were always completely satisfied. I highly recommend this restaurant.

13/06/2025: Really unpleasant experience. The staff was extremely rude, unhelpful and bordering on rude. The environment is anything but welcoming: the place is frequented by clearly tipsy people and the general atmosphere is anything but relaxing. Furthermore, smoking is allowed inside despite the bans, which is absolutely unacceptable for those looking for a clean place that respects the rules.
I do not recommend it at all, there are many much better alternatives in the area.
