17/02/2025: We recently had lunch at this restaurant with 4 people and we were really impressed. The welcome was warm and the service impeccable, creating a very pleasant atmosphere. We started with a delicious starter, consisting of a selection of tasty cured meats, crunchy crostini and coccoli, which melted in your mouth. A perfect start, which whetted our appetite without weighing us down. For the main course, we opted for the peposo and the tagliatelle with caramelized onions and lard. The peposo was tender and tasty, with a rich, mouth-filling flavour, while the tagliatelle, served with caramelised onions and lard, was simply spectacular. The meat was cooked to perfection, and the contrast between the sweetness of the onions and the richness of the lard created an irresistible combination. Finally, we concluded our lunch with a selection of desserts, all truly exceptional. Each dessert was a surprise, prepared with care and with fresh, quality ingredients. A true delight for the palate! Overall, it was a perfect lunch, with dishes that won us over from the first taste. We will definitely be back!

10/02/2025: A point of reference in Scarperia. Kindness, cooking skills, good pizza and honest bill. But starters, first and second courses are also excellent. A particular compliment to the good young Ilenia, daughter of an artist, for managing the room.

14/01/2025: Excellent giant rib if I'm not mistaken called tomahawk. Rare, very soft, exceptional. The vegetarian companion, however, really appreciated the tortelli with cacio e pepe. Of course in the end it didn't cost little but frankly for the excellent quality I find the price quite justified. Very courteous but respectful service, even friendly, The desserts were also delicious, I will be back.

18/01/2025: Ristorante curatissimo, pulito, con personale estremamente gentile e preparato. Tutto ottimo con porzioni adeguate.

12/01/2025: Ho prenotato il giorno 6 gennaio un tavolo x 3 persone x il.giorno domenica 12 gennaio a pranzo mi è stato confermata la prenotazione partito dalla versilia a0rrivati al locale ci è stato detto che la prenotazione non c'era e senza spiegazioni non abbiamo trovato posto x mangiare e quindi fuori dal locale molto scortesi...e almeno x noi potrebbe chiudere da oggi in poi recenzione sotto zero.

26/01/2025: il locale è bello ed originale (cascina ristrutturata), il menu offre una selezione ristretta ma la qualità (antipasti, pizze, dolci) è molto buona, il costo è piu che congruo

22/01/2025: Friendly and helpful staff: there were 18 of us without having agreed on a fixed menu, everyone ordered à la carte. After the first hesitations they recommended excellent dishes with not long waiting times. Definitely worth trying again.

20/01/2025: I returned after 1 year and I can only confirm the impression I had last time, spectacular food, sublime pappardelle with wild boar and then her, the queen... the Florentine... it was so good and cooked to perfection that it was almost difficult to find the difference from the fillet to the rib... if you pass by there you can't help but stop (I travel almost 2 hours just to go) but I will do it again 1000 times!!!!

26/01/2025: A colleague of mine and I had dinner, the pizza I got was quite good, unfortunately there was a misunderstanding with my colleague, he had ordered mussels and clams arrived (be patient, there's a mistake) then the spaghetti arrived clams very salty and drowned in oil so left on the plate... having pointed out that it was imaginable we were not offered a replacement, among other things we asked for a quarter of wine and a half liter bottle was brought to the table saying that they had no wine opened in bulk without even telling us the cost, when we got to the checkout the bill was full without even having made a minimum discount for the inconvenience there wasn't even an apology and that bottle of wine was paid €13 I'm sorry but they'll never see us again .

21/01/2025: Sono tanti anni che vengo al Rustico e quando posso ci torno volentieri perche' mi sono sempre trovato benissimo in tutto.
