The "Madre" menu is highly recommended, with its many dishes to savor.

05/10/2025: We stumbled upon it by chance as hotel guests, and we were in for a wonderful surprise. There are places that pretend to be something they're not... This isn't it... The search for unique flavors, paired and layered, is an absolute pleasure here. The place is beautiful and the staff is perfect.
Everything is truly perfect.

02/10/2025: It's not the first time, and it's always a positive experience. The shank was fabulous, and the beer-infused mascarpone was delicious. The pizza, which I've tried before, was also excellent. The Resina beer was delicious.
29/09/2025: We stumbled upon this place by chance, after a snowshoe hike, and we were beyond thrilled.
As soon as we entered, we felt right at home; it's a very warm and welcoming place.
The very courteous staff accompanied us to our table and took our order shortly thereafter; afterward, they were a bit absent, but that was because the place suddenly filled up all at once.
We had a mixed appetizer of crostini and cured meats, and ravioli with meat sauce and mushrooms... Everything was delicious.
For dessert, we had chestnut fritters that melted in your mouth.
You could tell the food was all authentic and high-quality.

28/09/2025: A pleasant restaurant with plenty of outdoor seating. Everything is very cozy with pleasant people and in a beautiful location with an incredible view of the countryside crowned by a beautiful castle.
We were only here for a drink; we didn't try the food. Next time, for sure.

05/10/2025: Returning after years, we found the same quality. High-quality ingredients, such as the excellent meat, and seasonal products like the delicious porcini mushrooms. Excellent value.
The rustic and welcoming atmosphere of a typical Tuscan trattoria.
We'll be back for the pizza, because there are few places where it's still cooked in a wood-fired oven!

Excellent restaurant, competent and friendly service!
Just a few minutes from the Camaldoli Monastery. It's not very noticeable from the road, but after climbing a few hundred meters, a large parking lot opens up and the restaurant is completely surrounded by greenery (several walking trails also begin here).
The Pappardelle alla Cacciagione (game-filled pappardelle) are a must-try...sublime!!

28/07/2025: A beautiful mountain hotel in the Casentinesi Forest Park, nestled in a beautifully restored small village.
Managed with great kindness and cordiality, with particular attention to respect for the environment and its guests, it offers a delicious breakfast, some of which is freshly prepared. A swimming pool and parking are also available.
A truly enchanting place.

21/09/2025: We spent a night at this inn while visiting Camaldoli. The room was simple and basic (no TV, but I appreciated that), the bed was large and comfortable, and the bathroom was clean with a large shower. We had a great time!
Breakfast included excellent desserts, and dinner was delicious. The polenta with wild boar was excellent, and the tagliatelle with mushrooms were also delicious! I hope to return one day.

05/10/2025: Very good, professional staff, abundant dishes are served, the menu changes from day to day and is a fixed menu at lunchtime and includes first course, second course, side dish, 1/5 L water and coffee for €15 you can eat good traditional Tuscan dishes.
09/09/2025: A perfect place for a stop, whether you're on a motorcycle or in a car, or simply want to enjoy a good meal any time of day. Cucina served us at 2:30 PM. The ambiance is unique, with a futuristic design and decorations from around the world, like a painting of Manhattan and a beautiful flower arrangement.
The staff is truly kind and polite. The lady who welcomed us made us feel right at home, a truly warm welcome. The cuisine is homemade, simple, and excellent, with very competitive prices. The portions are generous, and the "old Coca-Cola"-style table markers add a nostalgic touch that makes the experience even more special.
Instead of waiting in line like so many at Chalet della Consuma, this place is truly a better choice. Affordable prices, top quality! Highly recommended!

15/09/2025: I've been to this place several times... My rating is very high, because the food, besides being excellent and beautifully presented, is never limited... And the staff's incredibly friendly service certainly tops it all off. I've tried almost all the dishes... They're delicious, cooked to perfection, and I noticed there's no oil in the fried foods. They have a wide selection of beers. The bathroom, while small, has always been found clean. Exceptional value for money. Keep up the good work! Highly recommended 👍
05/08/2025: Fantastic place with great food, views and service. We had first came here on Sunday on the second day of our holiday and returned again on Tuesday bringing more friends.

22/07/2025: Really good food, but here's another place you'll want to cross out. There are no longer places where you can grab a first course and go, and spend a reasonable amount. My wife and I, two first courses and two 33cl bottled beers, came to €38. Plus, it's not even a restaurant, it's a kiosk. Ridiculous and exorbitant prices. €15 for a plate of tortelli...

16/08/2025: The place is definitely beautiful, fresh, spacious, and well-maintained.
The menu focuses primarily on truffles and mushrooms, but obviously other options are also available.
The portions are truly, truly generous.
It's impossible to eat a second course if you've ordered a first course. I recommend sharing to enjoy multiple dishes.
The price is definitely fair.
