17/11/2025: Very cozy wine bar in the downtown Marsala, offering an excellent selection of local wines and a great service with a guided distinction between wines and Marsala spirits. All immersed in a soft lounge music. Worth a visit, but bring a designated driver with you!

30/10/2025: A glass of Marsale, some local canapés, and a chat with the wine shop owners made us feel right at home. The positive experience wasn't just the tasting, but the whole experience, as described. Every place I visit in Sicily leaves me with an indelible memory. A warm greeting from the people of Alto Adige.

02/11/2025: Service! Service was invented here! The room perfectly matches the location—not overly luxurious, but everything is there and impeccably maintained. The location? The location is truly breathtaking. For lovers of fine wines, refined breakfasts, culinary dinners, and a pool with a view: this is a place to return to. I can't wait to go back. "Two photos don't say enough... it's even more beautiful in person. Judge for yourself!"

30/10/2025: Staff: Staff were lovely and very attentive. Room: Spacious, comfortable, nice amenities. There was a bottle of wine on arrival which was a nice touch. Restaurant: Breakfast was great, lots of choice and it's all high quality. The wasps swarming the breakfast area was the only negative but that can't really be helped. We had dinner in the restaurant one evening, just to try it out. I had the worst steak I've ever had here, truly terrible. Prices are insanely high too Bar: We avoided the bar entirely due to the ridiculous prices. We went to the wine tasting one evening because we thought it would be something special to do in the hotel, it cost €50 per person which is crazy given the cost in other local wineries. Location: you will need a car to get everywhere, it's very remote. All in all, I was happy enough with the hotel as a place to sleep and have breakfast. I wouldn't return because it's very limiting being so remote, especially when the hotel is charging 3-4x the prices of anywhere else for food/drinks.

26/11/2025: Bar staff were very helpful on making suggestions regarding liqueurs. Tried different amaros and for beer the pilsner urquell on tap went down well and was reasonably priced. Seating for the most part is outside the bar. There's a nice vibe but it is a small place I didn't have any food

15/11/2025: A fantastic welcome at this bar. The platters were generous and delicious, featuring local products. The wine and cocktails were excellent! Great music! I highly recommend it!! Thank you for a wonderful evening.

30/11/2025: We were here at the end of November and this was the only open cafe in town, a small cafe with great coffee and pastries, delicious pistachio croissant.

18/11/2025: For anyone passing through Marsala, I think this is a must-stop. The freshly filled cannoli are truly special (accompanied by a cordial of Marsala Ambrosecco wine), delicate, the flavor of the ricotta isn't overpowered by other flavors, and the cannoli shell is cooked really well, perfectly crispy. The courtesy and kindness of the lady behind the counter is impeccable. I recommend everyone to stop by.

03/10/2025: 5 stars for everything because you're in a magnificent place....You park your bike and Francesco kindly and calmly offers you a super tasty sandwich (your choice.....I have the stuffed and tasty pane cunzatu)....Then, if you need help, he'll tell you the route to take and also how to come back if you want to try something else. Maybe one of his special granitas. Not luxury, but quality and kindness.

30/09/2025: The best sandwich I’ve had in a long time, one of the best of our trip! A wholesome food van near Cala Rossa with a friendly guy serving delicious flavourful food. Go here. We had the crumbed chicken sandwich and tuna sandwich with caramelised onion. All 10/10

24/10/2025: We’ve been coming here every morning for a delicious pistachio croissant and tasty coffee. The staff are friendly and welcoming, and the bar is located in a beautiful square.

15/10/2025: The celebration for my daughter's wedding was held at Baglio Borgesati in September and I need to say that everything was simply wonderful. Great place, great atmosphere, perfect and super-professional service, great food. They took care of all details and nothing went wrong. All guests were happy and appreciated each little thing. A special thanks to Stefano, the head of the service for our wedding, who was simply unbelievable in making sure everything went well.

18/11/2025: Review – Sapori Siciliani Grill We visited Sapori Siciliani Grill and had a very interesting experience. I had requested well-done meat, but the staff refused to cook it that way, explaining that cooking it too long would ruin the quality and tenderness of the meat. I was initially a bit skeptical, as we don't usually eat meat that's too pink. In the end, I decided to trust their advice and opted for medium rare. I must admit, they were right: the meat arrived perfectly cooked, tender, and very tasty, truly well-prepared. The appetizers were also excellent, carefully prepared and rich in flavor, which complemented the meal wonderfully. Despite the initial surprise regarding the cooking, the experience was more than positive. I recommend this restaurant for the quality of the food and the expertise of the staff.

08/10/2025: The arancini are very good, and available in various flavors. The restaurant lacks chairs and tables, even outside. The wait time is about 20 minutes.

07/11/2025: The manager is friendly and kind, the music is nice, but that's about it. The creative menu really enticed us... Maybe it's the end of the season... we ordered two appetizers, a first course, and two second courses. I'll just describe the octopus sandwich: two small pieces of toast with two tiny tentacles and mayonnaise that covers the taste of the octopus. €17... it was quite embarrassing. After trying the pasta, we stopped for the second courses, paid, and ran away.

21/10/2025: The real deal! This is the type of small local restaurant we were expecting to find all around Sicily but you really have to search outside the main tourist area. It is very simple, but everything is fresh and freshly prepared from the fish you select from the giant tray the waiter brings around, to the just baked bread (not reheated) to the homemade pastas. You will be sitting in a real neighborhood with Italians and the waiter won’t speak English but the menu is translated. If you are a foodie this is the place you’ve been looking for. Prices great and you’ll wait a bit for the food-always a good sign that’s it’s not reheated. The night before we ate at a 3x more expensive place and the fish was not only frozen but overcooked.

15/10/2025: A fantastic little restaurant with great food and wonderful, personalized service. We had booked a table for eight. Unfortunately, a severe thunderstorm began. They made every effort to ensure we could enjoy a fantastic evening inside, a little later than originally planned, with only eight people inside. The food was extremely good, even by Sicilian standards. Thank you very much.

22/10/2025: We were disappointed. The portions were small. One of the pasta dishes was not really cooked. We had to pay 3 Euro coperto per person, also for the children. The fish and seafood were very fresh. The service were friendly but could not guide us to a good wine in english. The location of this restaurant is of course very good, right in the city centre.

24/11/2025: The menu was very varied, including the wine list. The dishes we chose were both pleasing in presentation and taste. For four of us, including an excellent bottle of wine, we spent €170. The owner was extremely kind and very precise in her recommendations. We felt pampered. We will definitely be back.

22/11/2025: I don't usually leave reviews unless it's truly worth it. This is the case with Osteria Siciliando. We were greeted with extreme warmth, and were shown the menu and off-menu options (a good variety of meat, fish, and vegetarian options, depending on seasonal availability). We chose the tonnara platter as an appetizer, consisting of various types of tuna and bottarga cured meats, exquisite and very unique. The fish-based first courses were equally delicious: spaghetti with octopus ragù and calamarata with grouper, shrimp, and eggplant; generous portions and high-quality ingredients (the amount of fish and seafood in the pasta was also generous, unlike many other restaurants). For the main course, we chose stuffed squid in squid ink, accompanied by a glass of dry Gibelè zibibbo, all for about €45 per person. It's definitely one of the best restaurants I've recently tried, given the excellent combinations and quality of the ingredients, as well as the preparation and kindness of the staff.
