09/02/2025: I had delicious ravioli with ricotta and tomato sauce with pork. Everything was freshly prepared and brought to the table. Friendly service. They have an English menu in the shop. However, it is difficult to find a parking space on the street.

05/01/2025: Locale inserito in una torre con pochi tavoli ,abbiamo cenato seguendo i consigli della ragazza gentilissima ed abbiamo condiviso un valido antipasto misto di pesce ed anche le altre portate a base di pesce si sono rivelate all' altezza di 5 stelle. Consigliatissimo!

26/01/2025: Very nice and versatile place, ideal during the week or for a Sunday lunch with children or a ceremony, a birthday or simply a couple's dinner. The place is very large and divided into rooms. Very good and varied food, staff attentive to the needs of the customer, owner always available. On Sundays you can enjoy a well-organised buffet.

18/01/2025: For a pizzeria with fairly exorbitant prices, having only a heater in such a large space and eating with drafts in the French window, in the middle of winter, is not exactly the best. That said, the dinner with the jackets went quite well, with the staff trying to please us as much as they could given their minority. Of course, paying €5 for a "portion" of chips in a paper cone (like fried coppo) "forced" us to take 3 for 4 people, at least to eat a little each. In conclusion, what a customer pays is not just the quality of the food, if he has to pay "abundantly" at least he must be rewarded with a "comfortable" dinner.

28/10/2024: The pantanelli di vendicari is a beautiful rustic sicilian venue nestled in a nature reserve, vineyard, almond plantation in Noto. The journey is around an hour from Catania Airport and taxi costs around 100 euros for 2 travellers. The reserve is around 15 mins from the centre and costs around 50 euros. The owner luciana is a beautiful soul who has worked with me along the way for a year helping to co ordinate and plan my indian wedding (the first of their kind), we did this without a wedding planner. Communication was easy, I actually booked the venue blind without visiting after a video call with Luciana, she was always there at the other end of WhatsApp if I had any questions and she put me in touch with taxi drivers, decorators and photographers. Lucianna even stepped in and acted as a translator during my consultations with the vendors. The PDV has rooms too so you can have hire of the whole venue and rooms so you do not need to worry about other guests crashing your event. The rooms were airy spacious, had tvs, fridge, ensuites, toiletries and towels, the rooms again a basic and rustic but very comfortable and very clean. The venue has in house catering which was perfect the food was in abdusance, we travelled to sicily earlier in the year for a tasting and on the wedding day the food was even better. Please try the aranchini - luciana even went the extra step to ensure that the aranchini was pork rather than beef as Hindus shouldn't eat beef. This was her idea and really showed the level of detail she was putting in and providing. The pdv has a swimming pool, fairly small and not deep but perfect to laze around, and a on site gazebo (around 12x8 ft) this comfortablely held 90 people but could hold even more. The gazebo is already decked out with fairy lights for that stary night effect. We ate dinner in the court yard again under lights which is great, as lighting can be costly in sicily. There is a roof terrace which looks over the ocean and where we held our ceremony, this again comfortably held 90 people, the views were breathtaking. Luicana made everyone feel right at home, including getting milk for babies and medicines for Mosquito Bites. The bites were hard-core so generally be prepared. Again she went that extra mile every day. On the wedding events she was coordinating the dinners, the timings and even came to the rescue to fix my cake topper. She was so brilliant to work with. She also saved me nearly 2k by reassuring me I didn't need to buy an additional gazebo because of rain. Anyone else could easily of tried to make money out of me but lucianna Is not that type of lady. Our guests were paying for their own rooms and luciana even was able to take payment directly for the guests which was easy and not complicated. I cannot thank lucianna and her team enough for making our day so special and I would love to revist. Also luciana has a doggy named romeo who is very friendly! Thank you so much - Pooja and Jamie

18/10/2024: My Son-In-Law and Daughter had their magical Wedding Day at this stunning venue. 5 Stars all the way! Luciano and her team know how to deliver service beyond the call for duty. The setting, organisation, delicious food, ambience were outstanding. Highly recommended for a wedding and tourists alike. Congratulations Pantanelli Vendicari!

23/11/2024: Wir waren im September dort. Von der Ankunft bis zur Abreise haben wir nur positive Erlebnisse bei Le Zagare di Vendicari erlebt. Die Gastgeber und das Personal sind sehr zurückhaltend, außerordentlich freundlich, engagiert und hilfsbereit. Eigentlich wollten wir nur zu einem Abendessen kommen, aber als wir abends auf den Hof kamen haben wir uns direkt wohl gefühlt. So haben wir direkt am nächsten Morgen ein kleines Haus bezogen. Einfach aber praktisch ausgestattet und vor allem die Fliegengitter vor jedem Fenster und die Schlagläden sind toll. Jeden Tag wurde das Haus gereinigt und alle 4 Tage gab es frische Handtücher und Bettwäsche, die im Preis enthalten sind. Das Frühstück ist sehr abwechslungsreich und lecker. Die Küche am Abend ist dank der tollen Köchin ein Erlebnis. Regionale gute Produkte schmackhaft zubereitet und ansprechend angerichtet. Ein Ort zur Entspannung weit ab vom Massentourismus. Ein Auto braucht man schon, aber damit ist man auch schnell an sehr schönen Stränden und an den schönsten Orten der Süd-Ostküste. Wenn wir noch einmal nach Sizilien kommen würden wir sofort nach Le Zagare kommen. Danke für einen wunderbaren Urlaub!

27/01/2025: Invited to a reception, we were welcomed by an aperitif consisting of pretzels... The appetizer instead remained on display under the cellophane for more than an hour, so that the cold ones became hot and vice versa. The first course arrived at one in the morning: a huge plate of overcooked risotto and a piece of trout as a "garnish". The food waste was enormous, as all the diners left behind their dishes. When we arrived, the imperial table was without chairs: we had to wait for those in the aperitif area to be free to move them. The waiters served the empty seats at the various tables, rather than giving dishes to those who were present and seated. Furthermore, the lagoon location ensured that we had plates, glasses and bread full of midges. UPDATE: Mr. owner who responds to the negative reviews like this, I guarantee you that there is nothing "absolutely false" about it. Both I and the other 100+ guests are sure of both WHERE we were and WHAT we experienced and found. Greetings

18/10/2024: The best in my opinion of course, and yet I have tasted quite a few which are scattered all over the city. but frankly go there, you will not be disappointed, these arancina are killer 🤪❤️ and 20 meters away you have desserts to fall to the ground.

14/12/2024: I'm writing this review more than a year later. I believe it is truly one of the best beaches in Sicily and after touring it for three consecutive years I am almost certain of it. Ready and professional staff.. Huge umbrellas... both in size and distance between one and the other... high quality restaurant at fair prices. Relaxed, welcoming and quiet atmosphere. Friendly owner who explains how his beach wants to be inclusive for everyone. A beautiful and great Sicilian and Italian reality. I hope to return!

31/01/2025: The pizzeria tables are distributed in 2 environments, the beautiful central patio next to the wood oven and the tables on the external terrace, we chose this sector, at a table closer to the door since the following ones may be uncomfortable due to the slope street. The attention of all the waiters and waitresses was outstanding, very kind and friendly, some of them are Argentinian. We share a mozzarella pizza (they divide it into two halves), funghi, sausage, red onion and tomato pachino. The dough is good and the topping ingredients are also good, although Those who took the 🥇 gold palm were the ricotta cannoli with pistacchio, along with the cannoli from the pasticceria D Amore in Taormina, they have been the best we have tried in Italy. We had the opportunity to congratulate the excellent pasticcera del Orto di Santa Chiara. Good and affordable house rosé wine. Cost: 1 pizza: 12 euros. 2 cannoli: 10 euros. 1 liter of house wine: 4.50 euros. 2 cutlery: 4 euros. Total:30.50 euros. Good price in relation to quality, service and environment. We were there on June 28, 2024.

05/11/2024: Immediately after we sat down, the chef offered us some delicious rice crackers with basil sauce and confit tomatoes. The pizza is excellent and the dough is light. The staff was very kind to us and even offered us two glasses of Moscato. Recommended pizzeria!!

09/02/2025: We stumbled upon this place by accident and although it was closing in an hour, Pepe made sure to make it the best hour ever! He told us the story of each wine we ordered and brought us tapas after tapas only based on what we said we ate. We never saw a menu and it was perfect! Pepe really went above and beyond and made that evening the best we had in Italy. Thank you, Pepe! :)

28/01/2025: Di nuovo in vacanza a Noto decidiamo di tornare in questo localino ben curato dove avevamo lasciato il cuore e anche le papille gustative ma anziché trovare il personale accogliente che ci aveva coccolato tutti gli altri anni troviamo delle ragazze un po' "negligenti" e una in particolare molto maleducata. Appena siamo arrivate abbiamo chiesto se potevamo sederci, le ragazze dietro il bancone ci hanno indicato dove e ci hanno detto che presto sarebbe venuto qualcun altro a prendere l'ordine. Trascorsi alcuni minuti ci alziamo per comunicare che siamo pronte, passano ancora minuti e ci accorgiamo che dentro loro cantano, mangiano, urlano e ignorano la nostra presenza. Finalmente una ragazza biondina viene a prenderci la comanda , e subito dopo ne arriva un'altra che portandoci le bibite le lascia cadere a terra e senza scusarsi le ripoggia sul tavolo facendo uscire tutta la schiuma della limonata sul nostro tavolo senza portare un tovagliolo o qualcosa per asciugare. le facciamo presente che manca una coca cola lei incolpa la collega di non averla segnata sull'ordine ma la coca cola non arriverà più al nostro tavolo, poiché alla stessa ragazza riccia, mentre ci porta i panini al tavolo, le richiediamo la coca cola e lei innervosendosi quasi ci lancia i panini sul tavolo, facendo sbattere i piatti,poi passa e ripassa accanto a noi ma sembra fare finta di non notare le nostre mani alzate, all'ennesimo cenno che le rivolgo sento dire "questa ha rotto le ....." Premetto di aver chiesto tutto in modo gentile e non mi aspettavo un trattamento del genere. Cerchiamo il conto all'altra ragazza paghiamo e andiamo via con quell' amaro in bocca di certo non lasciato dai panini che come al solito erano buonissimi.
