26/04/2025: Una stupenda prima volta presso questo ristorante. La bontà dei piatti incontra la convivialità e l'esperienza del personale, che con calore ci ha accolti e consigliati. I due primi ottimi e ben bilanciati nel gusto. La "pasta ca muddica" mi ha riportata indietro nel tempo a quando la mia nonna preparava questo piatto. Ottime anche le linguine con bottarga e asparagi; Come secondo, consiglio "tonno a cipuddata". Complimenti l'amore che mettete nel vostro lavoro. Grazie per la piacevolissima esperienza. 06/06/2025: Large selection of pastas. Portions, although they don't look like it, are huge. We took 3 different ones for two adults and two children - in the end we packed some to go, even though everyone came in hungry. 😄You can also compose your own set.

It does not present itself as a restaurant, but as a place for fresh and homemade products, so the tables are few and small, without pretensions. Paper cups and placemats are ok, but honestly I would look for a different option for the dishes: the pasta served in cardboard poke containers, are not the best In terms of taste and price, highly recommended!

03/06/2025: The structure is very beautiful because it is surrounded by greenery and a few steps from the beach of Calamosche. We slept and had dinner there. The rooms are very basic, small shower and window on wooded land. The breakfast leaves a little to be desired, no bread or pan carrè, little variety and small croissants... it can certainly be improved. The dinner was very nice, under a pergola facing the vineyard, excellent wine, slightly salty pasta.

13/05/2025: I went to Pantanelli in Noto for lunch with my family on May 1st, on the occasion of Labor Day. The restaurant is easy to reach and has a large parking lot. The outdoor room, bright and welcoming, overlooks the splendid countryside of Noto, creating a relaxing and pleasant atmosphere. We chose the fish menu: everything very fresh and daily. The dishes are signed by chef Luca Veneziano, who offers traditional Sicilian cuisine combined with original combinations: a balance between tradition and innovation, between simplicity and sophistication, enhancing the freshest ingredients. In particular, we appreciated the maccheroncini with red mullet ragù, generously seasoned with abundant pieces of fish. To complete the lunch, the busiate with seafood and a fried calamari and prawn rings: light and crunchy! The service in the room was impeccable: efficient, friendly and always smiling staff. The quality/price ratio was also excellent, with costs appropriate to the context and the quality offered.

Une côte de porc succulente accompagnée de petits légumes et pour finir une sorte de crêpe fourrée a la pistache (de la production du propriétaire) top.

20/05/2025: Visiting Noto during the flower festival was an exciting but at the same time slightly overwhelming experience. Rather than being crammed in with a load of tourists I places with pretty views and mediocre or overpriced food, we searched for somewhere slightly off the beaten track that promised authentic cuisine and super fresh seafood. Situated in a slightly unpromissing 1960s residential piazza, thus fishmongers come Trattoria is a delightful oasis of calm and wonderful home style food (assuming your home cook is a genius Sicilian). Do not expect glamour, but polite and gentle service, very generous portions and the freshest seafood you could possibly ask for. Started from €10 and Mains from about €16. The Octopus was stunning and the fritto misto one of the best I have ever had. Bravo to the owners, Chef and attentive waiting staff. We will return and recommend you to our friends.
