16/01/2025: The place is nice and the service is fast, but there were some problems On the beers ordered the foam was soapy and too compact but if it had only been that it wouldn't have bothered me except for the very sour taste Promptly changed as soon as we reported them to the room manager The pizzas were not good I've had better, some of the condiments were pickles (artichokes to name one) and their quality wasn't that great The chips with cheddar and speck are good and the rustic ones with the skin are also very popular But they arrived without sauce... Basically I wouldn't go back and I don't feel like recommending them

06/01/2025: Quando torniamo ad Avola, è un passaggio obbligato venire a mangiare da Epoq. E, finora, non siamo mai rimasti delusi. I piatti sono raffinati e variegati, bella scelta dei vini, percorso degli antipasti ricco e succulento, frittura di pesce divina. Il personale è molto simpatico e gentile. Onesto il rapporto qualità/prezzo. Bella saletta accogliente e pulita.

13/01/2025: We had the pleasure of having lunch at the Monte Criscione farmhouse and we were fully satisfied. The food is excellent, with authentic dishes prepared with fresh, quality ingredients. Each course was a pleasure for the palate! The staff is extremely kind and attentive, making the atmosphere even more pleasant. The view is truly spectacular: you can admire the surrounding greenery and, in the distance, the sea, which gives a touch of magic to the whole experience. The quality-price ratio is also average, which makes everything even more appreciable. We highly recommend this farmhouse to anyone looking for a relaxing and tasty break surrounded by nature!

Apprezzo molto l'accoglienza, la gentilezza e la disponibilità di tutto il personale di sala, come anche dello Chef nonché proprietario del ristorante. I piatti, presentati sempre con la massima attenzione, danno a questo posto un tocco di eleganza e particolarità e la varietà dei piatti stupisce ogni volta sempre di più. Per questo il PortoMatto è da considerare come uno dei migliori ristoranti di Avola e della provincia di Siracusa.

11/01/2025: Di recente sono tornato in questo ristorante che già conoscevo e apprezzavo, questa volta organizzando una cena con tre famiglie: la mia, quella della mia ragazza e quella di mio cognato. Ancora una volta, il personale si è dimostrato impeccabile, accogliendoci con grande gentilezza e accompagnandoci per tutta la serata con professionalità, attenzione e un tocco di simpatia che ha reso l’atmosfera davvero piacevole. Abbiamo avuto modo di provare sia la pizzeria che il ristorante, e ogni piatto ci ha conquistati. Il risotto alla mandorla di Avola è stato una vera sorpresa: favoloso, un equilibrio di sapori unico! Anche le pizze non sono state da meno, con ingredienti di altissima qualità che hanno fatto la differenza. La serata si è conclusa con un mix di dolci, tutti curati nei minimi dettagli e incredibilmente buoni. È stato il modo perfetto per chiudere una cena che ci ha soddisfatti sotto ogni aspetto. Complimenti a tutto lo staff per l’ottimo lavoro. Torneremo sicuramente ancora!

22/09/2024: Abbiamo prenotato ad occhi chiusi ed è stata una bellissima esperienza! Locale non sofisticato ma accogliente, pulito con personale gentile e simpatico. Cibo ottimo con materie prime di qualità, vino eccellente, quello che cercavamo! Da non sottovalutare veramente un buon prezzo. Consigliato!!!!

10/02/2025: I was looking for a restaurant where I could eat well and rest while I was travelling, it couldn't have gone better. The food was delicious, both the Trapani-style pesto that my girlfriend had, the dessert and even the wine, but the real delight was the pasta with pork ragù, with a piece of meat that melted in your mouth and with a flavor that, as they say in my area, "felt like sugar", incredible! All thanks to Michele, the chef, who in addition to cooking very well, was extremely kind and helpful from the moment we arrived, giving us a family lunch. The next time I pass through Avola I will have no doubts about where to go! I give five stars because there is no sixth!

12/01/2025: Restaurant near the Avola seafront. We had dinner with friends. Very nice environment. Very fresh fish cooked with skill. The spaghetti with sea urchins is excellent. Attentive service. The dessert does not disappoint

03/01/2025: 02.01.2025: returned for dinner, rating completely changed, as I expected, excellent food and everything perfect. Previous review: Small but welcoming location, they had told me well about it, but I think it was a bad evening, otherwise the food arrived cold, orders were missing, waiting for the beverage... the only happy note was the plating, but with serious errors, a cacio e pepe without cheese but with cream. Probably not suitable for groups (there were 13 of us) too bad, thank you for the availability of vegan pasta off the menu

30/12/2024: Il ristorante "Ci vulia " è diventato per me e per la mia famiglia meta fissa settimanale. E' qui che festeggiamo tutte le nostre ricorrenze perché ci sentiamo viziati e coccolati. Il ristorante è un ottimo connubio tra piatti sublimi,a base di pesce fresco, sapientemente cucinati e gentilezza e professionalità di coloro che ci lavorano. Il personale con dedizione e cortesia segue il cliente passo passo nella scelta dei piatti e del vino. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo.
