16/08/2025: I ordered two pizzas through Deliveroo on the evening of August 15th, a peculiar date with few pizzerias open.
The order was scheduled for 9:00 PM, but the delivery kept slipping every half hour. At 10:00 PM, I called to find out the situation: there were no riders available. So far, the service is to blame, although I would have expected at least a call to be notified; without my initiative, would I have been left without dinner?
When I contacted the pizzeria directly, they asked me if I wanted to pick up the order in person. I agreed and was told the pizzas would be prepared immediately. Once I arrived at the restaurant, however, I had to wait 27 minutes: in the end, I ate dinner at 11:00 PM. I would have expected them to be ready or in the oven, considering they were only two pizzas, a delivery service that never arrived and a delay of over an hour; 27 minutes seems a bit excessive given the cooking time and the situation.
The pizza was good, but the service and customer care for takeaway definitely needs improvement.

We are veterans of the place and explaining why is a must.
Professionalism, courtesy, cleanliness, and... wonderful and genuine food.
Absolute respect for the raw material that exudes Sicilianness from every pore.
Inebriating aromas of fresh tomato, basil and many other delicacies that for years now have made us dream and return.
Mrs. Lidia is an exceptional hostess and will know how to make you feel at home together with the very sweet and smiling people who work with her with passion to make every experience unique.

06/07/2025: Menu fisso a 30 euro. Porzioni abbondanti ma cibo seriale. Non lo consiglierei a chi vuole privilegiare il gusto rispetto alla quantità. Personale molto gentile.
27/04/2025: Avevo sentito parlare da amici di questo locale e nel mio immaginario pensavo a una trattoria ubicata in un edificio storico di una località agricola. Mi sbagliavo in quanto il ristorante è costituito da una grande sala e da una più piccola che funge da ingresso. Purtroppo in un ambiente così concepito, quando il locale è pieno (e pare ciò sia ricorrente) vi sono problemi di insonorizzazione.
Per il resto il locale ha soddisfatto le aspettative:
- ottima qualità del cibo e buona cucina;
- servizio soddisfacente sebbene il locale fosse pieno e in un giorno festivo (25 aprile);
- molta attenzione alle esigenze dei clienti (cibo senza glutine e senza formaggio);
- ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo.
Sicuramente ci tornerò e, possibilmente, concorderò i piatti tipici di stagione.

16/08/2025: What a gem! Amazing seafood. The anti pasta alone included 11 different dishes. The meal includes both vino rosso and vino bianco wine. So much food was enjoyed by all. Impeccably clean with outstanding service. Will be eating here again for sure! Grazie mille!
14/08/2025: The atmosphere is nice, but the service is pretty poor. We ordered at 9:45 PM, and the appetizer arrived at 10:10 PM. I ordered a pizza, but I decided to wait because it hadn't arrived at 11 PM.

Otherwise, it was very beautiful.
01/08/2025: It's a very nice hotel, with very friendly staff, especially the girls who clean the rooms. I really liked the location, and the pool is a little paradise where you can relax. It's a shame, however, that there wasn't much choice for lunch and breakfast.

I saw really interesting and well prepared dishes being served.
I ate an appetizer of artichokes and roasted mushrooms which were cooked and very tasty. A 1kg steak cooked to perfection and a simple but truly tasty orange salad that complemented the tasty meat, all accompanied by a bottle of wine from the Donnafugata cellars.
Excellent experience

28/07/2025: Very nice place to get a super tasty pasta alla norma (if you’re vegan/lactose intolerant you can get it without ricotta) 😋 My friend loved the pistacchio pesto and guanciale pasta! The staff is also very kind and helpful! We really enjoyed our dinner at Bisboccia!

26/07/2025: Such a great little find in Modica, away from all the touristy spots!
Pizzeria S. Antonio is a cosy, no-frills place where you get proper Italian pizza — tasty, fresh, and super affordable (some start at just 5 or 6 euros!).
The vibe is warm and welcoming, the staff are lovely and really helpful, even if you don’t speak Italian at all 😉
The pizza menu is massive, so there’s definitely something for everyone, and honestly, everything we tried was delicious.
If you’re in Modica and want great pizza at a fair price, away from the crowds, this place is a must. Definitely a hidden gem!
09/06/2025: Pizzeria located in a characteristic Modica alley..... Very friendly and helpful staff; large internal room and toilet really well finished clean and well equipped for the needs of the little ones. Average prices... pizzas rather thin but even if crunchy and with toppings not exactly excellent obviously according to our personal tastes.... but it can always be improved right😉.

11/06/2025: Been there with my family to visit the "fattojo", i. e., the place where they show how to make the chocolate from bean to bar. The visit was worth the trip: the two ladies showed us the the process of making the real Modica chocolate, explaining also how to roast, peel and grind the beans...interleaving the experience with sweet treats, from the cold chocolate to the chocolate flavored spirit at the end. Definitely worth visiting!
01/05/2025: Sempre perennemente affollata. Impossibile provare il cioccolato, ma, data la calca di turisti, deve essere acquistato tutto a scatola chiusa. Le tavolette da 50gr vanno approssimativamente dai €2,80 ai €4,40. I tour esperienziali devono essere necessariamente prenotati in anticipo. Buona la cioccolata fredda a €3,50 e la cassatina al pistacchio a €5,50.

13/07/2025: Abbiamo partecipato a un evento a Torre Palazzelle e ne siamo rimasti davvero colpiti. La location è mozzafiato: una torre storica immersa nella campagna modicana, perfetta per creare un’atmosfera elegante e autentica.
L’organizzazione dell’evento è stata impeccabile. Ogni dettaglio era curato con grande professionalità e passione. Lo staff è stato attento, disponibile e sempre pronto ad accogliere ogni esigenza con un sorriso.
Un luogo ideale per matrimoni, feste private o eventi aziendali. Consigliatissimo a chi cerca un’esperienza unica in un contesto raffinato e ricco di fascino.

The food is quite mediocre and the staff is cold with customers.
