20/10/2024: Vi var där för att vi passerade stället flera gånger och de såg mysigt ut, supertrevlig personal och fantastiskt goda drinkar. Även stämningen och inramningen är väldigt bra!

28/09/2024: Heel erg romantisch plekje, een leuk terras over de tredes van een van de schattige straatjes van Taormina, in de verte zie je zelfs de zee. Heel vriendelijke eigenaren en ze hebben lekkere cocktails en het restaurant is volledig vegetarisch, met vegan opties. De Pasta a la Carlo is een van de lekkerste (vegan) pastas die we hebben gegeten. (Wel even van te voren reserveren!)

30/10/2024: You sit a little apart in a very nice atmosphere. The restaurant is run with passion and the food is worth the price! We have rarely eaten so well. Don't be afraid to come here with children, the chef is also ready to prepare pasta with tomato sauce for the little ones 😊 Absolutely recommended in all respects!

05/02/2025: For those who want to savor the typical Grado cuisine (fish based) they will find the ideal place here. The restaurant is small, but well looked after and welcoming, it is located in a street in the historic center of Grado. It offers tables both outside and inside. The dishes are excellent, from the appetizers, to the first courses, to the second courses, the desserts as well and the waiting times are right. The staff helpful and kind. If it must be said, the parking is not close but it is worth reaching this place on foot. I recommend it.

02/12/2024: Last year, on a one month sabbatical of Italy, I spent about 3 nights in Taormina and my first evening there was spent dining at TreQuarti Taormina. The gentleman who owns the space was so hospitable and made me feel so comfortable, made great conversation, and suggested one of my favorite dishes of the whole trip, swordfish rolls. (Don't knock it until you try it, it's a delicious take on fish.) Additionally, when I had first arrived to the quaint town, I struggled immensely to get my overpacked luggage down the stairs to my Airbnb, that happened to be across from this adorable restaurant. The owner of this restaurant helped me carry my suitcase up the stairs to my accommodations (in the blistering heat) and helped ease my embarrassment in front of his customers. I am so grateful for this interaction and the dining experience too. Definitely worth a visit to this spot!

11/11/2024: My husband and I spent two nights in Taoromina and both nights we ate at Al Giardino! Everything we ate was incredible! The Marsala chicken with a side of vegetables - outstanding! Impossibly moist chicken. Tagliatelle with red prawn and pistachio - unlike anything we’ve eaten in Italy and so delicious! Spaghetti with anchovies and fried bread - oh my god I will be dreaming of this dish! So comforting and very umami! And of course the eggplant parmigiana! Unbelievably flavourful and so meaty. Definitely try it! The minestrone and meatballs were also fantastic! Great service! Everyone was super attentive and kind. A true gem of a spot and I hope to return one day! Grazie!

25/09/2024: Esposa y yo hemos visitado La Caravella muchas veces a lo largo de los años, Dominic y su equipo siempre nos han cuidado mucho y nos trataron como familia. Durante esta visita pasamos cuatro días disfrutando del paisaje y almuerzos tranquilos. Las tumbonas de playa están muy bien espaciadas y tiene una sombrilla bien anclada para proporcionar sombra si se desea. Su equipo nos recogería en nuestro hotel Taormina y nos transportaría a la playa donde nos recibirían y nos mostrarían nuestros lugares para el día. Camine unos pasos hacia atrás hasta el restaurante cubierto donde el menú es bastante grande y variado, a un precio razonable y la comida siempre deliciosa. El servicio es siempre amable, eficiente y atento. Al final del día el transporte de Dominic nos lleva de vuelta a nuestro hotel. Gracias a Dominic y a todo el equipo por otra maravillosa visita de varios días!

13/09/2024: Gran experiencia en la playa. La Caracalla nos recogió con su lanzadera y nos llevó al club de playa. Incluido en nuestro precio era el servicio de transporte, 2 sillas y una sombrilla. La playa estaba limpia y el mar claro. Tuvimos un almuerzo fabuloso en el restaurante y el propietario nos organizó un viaje en barco por la zona. Muy recomendable.

17/01/2025: Due to the well-known name of the company, it is always very busy here. You therefore have to be lucky to find a seat at certain times and this means that the staff is a bit rushed and tense. The products are very good.

16/01/2025: One of the most famous granitas in Sicily, very good indeed. To be able to sit we gave our names and waited for them to call us, luckily we didn't wait long. For January there were a lot of people, also due to the fame of the bar. Since you have to give way to those in the queue, it's not suitable for those who want to relax and enjoy a granita in peace, it's all very hectic and you don't enjoy the granita as you should...anyway, really excellent granitas

10/12/2024: Inez, Luisa and all the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, we had such a lovely holiday with you and dining in the restaurant was perfect. The food was all amazing and we were made to feel very special. Sorry it’s taken me so long to write a review, we came in October half term with our two boys and really hope to visit again. 08/11/2024: Tuvimos nuestra elección de dónde comer todo Taormina e hicimos esta elección muy específica para comer aquí basándonos en las críticas. Fue todo eso y más tuvimos que plantar entrante parmesano, pizza, y weenie alar con salsa de almejas terminando con gelato de pistacho casero la comida y el servicio de Inez y equipo fueron increíbles! Brava Este hotel es tan íntimo que esperamos volver. No está en el centro de la ciudad, pero se establece impresionante gruta

09/01/2025: In giro per Taormina ci siamo ritrovati in questo ristorante cibo buono prezzi , location da vecchia trattoria. Prezzi fuori contesto non puoi far pagare un primo 35 euro e un dolce 15 neanche nei miglio ristoranti di Milano ci sono sti prezzi. Capisco che siamo in una cittadina turistica ma non puoi approfittarne così senza dare niente di che.

04/01/2025: We had great dinner for New Years Eve in Taormina! Sicilian fish and Irish beef were amazing, the same as pasta linguine. Salvatore, the owner, tried to do his best to have a great time. The Sicilian sparkling wine was amazing. Pricy dinner, but high quality cousine.

05/02/2025: The pizza is so delicious 😍 and the view is fantastic, we spent our honeymoon there last year and we felt at home with you, very nice and friendly. We'll definitely be back soon

24/11/2024: The food was amazing. We went in October and the owner Al is just the friendliest person along with his wife and chef. We ate there for 50% of our evening.

04/11/2024: Locale con vista suggestiva, piatti ben presentati, ottimo ill polpo come antipasto ed il risotto! La carta dei vini è ampia con prevalenza giustamente regionale! Da provare! Parcheggio a pagamento vicino, circa 100 metri!

14/02/2025: Dans un cadre sympathique , malgré la presse de touristes agités, accueil correct. Choisi une grillade de pêche fraiche: espadon, calmar et poulpe. Cuisson légère, quelques verdures, parfait. J'y reviendrai lors d'un prochain passage.
