16/03/2025: Una domenica in compagnia con amici siamo stati a mangiare da Villa Bruno e devo dire che abbiamo mangiato veramente Bene abbiamo mangiato un antipasto all' italiana con prodotti tipici ma molto buoni dopo ci hanno portato un tris di pasta tra qui dei triangolini di pasta fresca con pistacchio erano squisiti e per finire abbiamo mangiato un tris di Carne che sinceramente si scioglieva in bocca comunque vale la pena di andare a mangiare da Villa Bruno

09/10/2024: Lungo la strada verso l'aeroporto di Catania, il sole è implacabile, lo stomaco reclama e allora ...freccia a destra e andiamo alla ricerca di un posto dove pranzare. Arriviamo nella piazza principale di Catenanuova (laddove lo scorso anno si registro' la temperatura massima piu' alta della Sicilia) e notiamo questo locale, dove diversi clienti sono in pausa pranzo. A pianterreno è un normale bar, al secondo piano è stata ricavata una terrazza ristorante dalla temperatura abbastanza elevata, ma sopportabile. Cucina ruspante e dalle porzioni molto generose, antipasto di pesce e tipicita' locali, poi due primi piatti dalle dimensioni "monstre", spaghetti ai frutti di mare e paccheri con condimento di verdura locale (di cui non ricordo il nome) e 'nduja. Piatti semplici, ma "robusti". E dopo non c'è piu' spazio, i nostri stomaci non possono ...ricevere altro. Prezzo vantaggioso, nella provincia disertata dai turisti si puo' ancora pranzare a prezzi "umani".

08/01/2025: The very kind owner and the quality of the products make this place a must if you are around Piazza Armerina. The specialties such as sandwiches and freshly prepared sausages and the ricotta cannoli are among the best eaten in the area, absolutely recommended.

23/10/2024: Everything was excellent, pappardelle with unforgettable sardines, the owner was friendly and very kind. We will definitely be back.

13/10/2024: Everything about this small terrace restaurant is fantastic! It is located in the old town, the table service is fantastic being provided by the owner her self ( very polite and professional and also very friendly and chatty) but the food is hard to describe how delicious it is! The sea food pasta and the carbonara pasta is just perfect! The grilled pork and salciccia perfectly cooked! I don't wanna start with the caponata! Fresh veggies freshly cooked! Mumm is the best chef in town! It's a family business! And they do it well!

18/02/2025: Unfortunately, this place has a fabulous pizza chef who cooks fantastic pizza but unfortunately some of the staff really should change jobs! We went to dinner with family and to begin with they forgot to make our reservation and almost sent us away. We sit down after a good ten minutes at 9.05pm Around 9.50pm we try to call someone because we were sitting there but forgotten by the room! Meh! The tables were set outside but the evening was quite unsuitable. Having a child I ask the kindness to move inside and I am told by a blonde waitress (I don't know her name) that it was not possible. Except that the same person starts to seat many tables inside and us always outside! I try to be patient even if I was disappointed by the rudeness We order but at 10.10pm the appetizers still hadn't arrived. Until I see food being brought to a table next to mine who had arrived after me, I had been sitting since 9pm, at 10.10pm there was still no question of eating, and the same person always decides to make this kind gesture towards this table. At which point I get annoyed given the repeated MISSINGS, I call her and try to get her to explain why? He replies that he had to make it up to those guests, because they had done something else with many many in the room. No! It doesn't work like that! Instead of apologizing for the repeated shortcomings with great arrogance and unheard of rudeness, she even railed and insulted my husband. Ultimately for those who are reading this review, the pizza is worth 100 but everything else is worth zero, the customer should be right regardless, if you know what you do, you can even handle the worst customer and believe me we are not the worst. Instead we were treated badly by this person who certainly shouldn't work in contact with the public because he was really very rude! I also took on the incredible fried smell I get when I leave in there to eat this pizza but at this point I'm sorry but after a gesture like that I can't stand it! Know that you are not the only pizzeria in the world and we will replace you quickly but we will always give you terrible publicity! Don't see each other again!
