10/07/2024: Very good restaurant tucked away in Piazza Armerina. We ate here twice, excellent service, lovely food and good local Sicilian wine. A nice mix of locals and tourists. Head waiter spoke excellent English, having lived in York for several years.

17/08/2024: Been on holiday twice, tasted both the restaurant and the pizzeria, both good. Normal pizza, but the dough is really very light, recommended.

19/08/2024: We went on a Saturday evening. At this moment the tables are pleasantly set outdoors. Friendly and helpful staff. We ate an excellent pizza to say the least: in my opinion the best of all the pizzerias in the area. Evidently well worked and leavened dough. Top quality ingredients. The only discordant note was that when taking the order the waiter advised us to order the appetizer, which we never take as we have children who would be full immediately, but according to him there would be a long wait between tables and takeaway; instead we didn't even have time to finish the mixed fried food, a little too fried to be honest (we still had the plates in front of us), the pizzas have already arrived. On the other hand, however, the lady at the checkout was kind enough to offer us the digestive. But the pizza is truly a work of art and worth it. We will definitely be back!!!!

19/08/2024: Truly Excellent!! I'm very happy to have stopped here for lunch, we ate very well and satedly, spending €48 for a mixed starter, two generous first courses, a mushroom scottona, baked potatoes and a coffee, I'd say the price is correct. I will return as soon as possible and recommend it!

18/08/2024: Some of the best food we had in the whole of Sicily. Unbelievably cheap for the quality of food you get here. Very friendly and welcoming family who run the restaurant, They even put a table and chairs outside for us because we're English and we only see the sun for 12 days of the year at home! Couldn't recommend highly enough. If you're driving through Sicily then it's the perfect place for a stop off for food. We still talk and drool about how good the food was there!

09/08/2024: On our trip, we made a stop to get some gas and looked for a place to eat nearby and we came across this restaurant. It was a very pleasant experience- we ordered carbonara and frutti di mare pasta. They were really delicious and also the portions were big. It felt authentic and also the staffs were very friendly. Would recommend!

29/08/2024: 6 of us reach the place without booking after 10pm arriving from Piedmont and some from Germany. After an initial refusal, due to the lack of seats, we ask for the courtesy of finding us a "hole" to be able to have dinner... wonderful dining room staff, who set up a table in a very short time to fulfill our request. Friendliness, helpfulness, excellent pizza at cheap prices... 5 stars well deserved!!!! We will certainly return if we are on your island again next year. thanks and congratulations

31/07/2024: The food is delicious, best carbonara we had in Sicily. We also tried the calamari skewers, a great traditional dish that was cooked to perfection.

29/07/2024: Ms. Gianna's simple and authentic cuisine is a must-try! Caponata and pappardelle with sardines and fennel are delights for the palate! Excellent value for money.

21/07/2024: Don’t make the mistake of turning up here on a Sunday afternoon after 2pm if you’re looking for lunch. They are nice enough but all they could offer us was to either warm up a portion of lasagna sitting in the counter, or some other leftovers…shame really as it looks like it might be good! We had a delicious beer and continued our search…..
