The food we tried was good.
The service was a bit chaotic, but that was largely due to the fact that the place was really busy.

25/01/2026: A disappointing Saturday evening.
Let's start by saying that finding an illegal parking attendant outside wasn't pleasant at all.
The place is very welcoming, but the pizza left much to be desired: I had a "tonnata," or tuna and onion. The quality of the dough (very little leavened, making it heavy right away) and the ingredients (especially the tuna) were average to poor.
Overall, a negative experience.

19/03/2026: We've been to this restaurant several times with the whole family and always love coming back – it's a real favorite!
The atmosphere is always pleasant and inviting, and you feel comfortable from the moment you arrive. This time, we were particularly impressed with the food: the macaroni al ragù was simply outstanding – perfectly seasoned and incredibly delicious. For dessert, we highly recommend the cannello scomposto – an absolute delight!
We were also very impressed with the house red wine. It's a pleasantly light red from their own vineyard that pairs wonderfully with the food.
A big compliment also goes to the service: Michele is extremely attentive and friendly, and his warm manner ensures that you feel completely taken care of.
We're already looking forward to our next visit!

09/10/2025: I discovered this pastry shop about eight years ago, thanks to my daughter's work.
The place is small, but the food inside is exceptional.
I've never had the cassata with that fine ricotta anywhere else, nor the dried fruit baskets. It's a shame that many items can't be shipped, and time flies.

17/02/2026: Last night we were here as soon as we arrived we sat down and ordered a portion of potatoes and croquettes the taste was good and also the cooking then three very simple pizzas but there are some flaws including the mozzarella was not melted well then the price is right for the quality of the food we ate I think we will return even with friends

04/01/2026: We discovered this restaurant by chance while strolling along the Torre Archirafi seafront.
We were pleasantly surprised by the dishes on the menu: everything was fresh and good quality, with generous and flavorful appetizers. For our first course, we ordered the house specialty, shrimp and spider crab risotto...very, very good!
In short, if you're in the area, it's a must-try!
03/01/2026: New Year's Eve 2026 Lunch. An excellent seafood New Year's Eve lunch. From appetizer to dessert, everything was delicious. The host was very kind and attentive. I recommend it and will be back.

26/01/2026: I asked for availability and a quote for an eighteenth birthday party, and the owner responded rudely, saying he couldn't rent the room for just a few people, not even asking how many there were. And he didn't ask if I wanted to rent the whole room, which was a shame because that's what I wanted to do.

25/02/2026: The meatballs with lemon leaves and pork in sauce represent a perfect balance between tradition and the identity of the Giarre area. The citrusy note of the lemon leaves is not invasive, but works in the background, enhancing the natural sweetness of the pork and creating a distinctive aromatic signature. The same goes for the pork in sauce. Highly recommended.
21/02/2026: The place feels like home… The photos hanging there testify to the strong connection with Etna and Sicily! The pizza and meat are truly delicious… You have to try them! The service is excellent and, despite the crowd, they were very quick. Recommended.

30/10/2025: I have mixed feelings about this hotel where we spent six days. I expected more. While situated on a pleasant property, it had many shortcomings. Negative points: the room was adequate but nothing special, the soundproofing was insufficient, the breakfast buffet lacked variety (no option to make toast), and the service was rather slow and not always prioritized. I was also very disappointed with the restaurant. On our only visit, our dishes arrived almost cold. The menu was limited and quite expensive.

15/03/2026: I visited the chocolate shop for the first time a couple of days ago. The first thing I noticed was the warm, welcoming atmosphere, the stylish furnishings, the posters on the walls, the frescoes on the ceiling...everything speaks of a time lived with memories of serenity...not to mention the chocolate...sweet, bitter, chili pepper...something for every taste, a bewildering selection...so many possibilities. Thank you for being here, and thank you to the Finocchiaro family for what they have done and maintained over time, impeccably and with such passion!

Dolce Salata Mania

25/10/2025: My pizzas just arrived at my house, and I want to share my experience clearly.
Let me start by saying that my wife is pregnant: we ordered at 8:40 PM and the pizzas arrived at 10:15 PM, so after a 1 hour and 35 minute wait through Just Eat.
Order placed:
Contadina with extra sausage (paid as a supplement) + baked potatoes
Boscaiola with double mozzarella, porcini mushrooms, and sausage
Nutella Pizza (very small amount of Nutella)
What went well:
Excellent dough, light and flavorful.
Perfectly cooked, the pizzas arrived hot.
What didn't:
No extra sausage despite the supplement paid.
Scarce toppings, very small quantity despite the price.
Pizza too thin, to the point of being like a piadina.
Excessive wait: 1 hour and 45 minutes for a local delivery is objectively too long.
Baked potatoes were present, but in ridiculous quantities (literally countable on one hand).
Red onions were almost nonexistent.
Overall rating:
The pizzas taste great, but they don't reflect the idea of a real pizza: too thin, poor toppings, and slow service.
We spent €32.61, a figure that doesn't reflect the quality and attention we received.
Conclusions:
I would recommend the pizzeria solely for the quality of the dough, but I wouldn't order again until they pay better attention to the details.
A little more attention to customers and orders could really make a difference.
Remember: the more you neglect customers, the fewer there are.
