30/10/2025: A nice restaurant offering a variety of dishes and good pizzas. Efficient and friendly service, even when it's very busy. We were happy to have eaten there three times during our stay at the hotel next door.

14/09/2025: Giarre is a celiac paradise!!
The bakery and pastry shop are all strictly gluten-free. As soon as we walked in, we found so many delicacies, from bread and breadsticks to mini pizzas and magnificent desserts.
We came this morning for arancini (made fresh) and a brioche with pistachio cream, and I can assure you, they were truly delicious!
The woman at the counter and the guy behind it were super friendly, kind, and helpful!
Next time we're in Sicily, we'll definitely be back at the gluten-free shop.

19/10/2025: Fabulous hotel. The view was stunning as soon as we arrived at the parking lot. The welcome was excellent and professional. Sonia was very kind. 😊
Excellent breakfast with artisanal products, enhanced by the courtesy, kindness, and professionalism of the girls who served it.
The restaurant was excellent, both for the à la carte menu and the pizzeria.
The cleanliness of the rooms and all the areas was impeccable. What more can I say? We'll definitely be back and recommend it to everyone.

21/11/2025: The pizza was very good. The atmosphere was very quaint and rural. They made a mistake with one pizza, but they corrected it and brought her a new one.
14/11/2025: Excellent restaurant.
We dined at this restaurant three nights during a business trip to the area. Compliments to the chef: the dishes are expertly prepared, beautifully presented, and delicious. The pizzas are also excellent.
The wait staff is knowledgeable and ready to satisfy guests' requests.
Highly recommended.

12/09/2025: We discovered this place by chance on Google Maps, as we were staying nearby. The family-run restaurant is very friendly and attentive, and the space is spacious and welcoming. The cuisine is simple but truly delicious, using top-quality ingredients. The house antipasto and the involtini are definitely worth trying.

09/10/2025: I discovered this pastry shop about eight years ago, thanks to my daughter's work.
The place is small, but the food inside is exceptional.
I've never had the cassata with that fine ricotta anywhere else, nor the dried fruit baskets. It's a shame that many items can't be shipped, and time flies.

30/10/2025: An excellent experience from every perspective. An excellent restaurant offering a beautiful view of the Torre Archirafi sea, but above all, excellent seafood, including excellent fish served in a variety of ways. The attentive service was excellent, and last but not least, the owner's kindness and helpfulness were truly appreciated. Recommended for anyone looking for delicious seafood for lunch or dinner.
08/10/2025: We didn't really have an idea of what we ordered but knew it was for 2 people and something with fish in it.. a bit of language confusion, and we thought it was something without pasta.. But wait a minute, we got a lot of food.. it was the best we had on our entire holiday.. it gets our warmest recommendations. A big shame that we were the only guests for the 2-3 hours we sat there..

30/10/2025: I have mixed feelings about this hotel where we spent six days. I expected more. While situated on a pleasant property, it had many shortcomings. Negative points: the room was adequate but nothing special, the soundproofing was insufficient, the breakfast buffet lacked variety (no option to make toast), and the service was rather slow and not always prioritized. I was also very disappointed with the restaurant. On our only visit, our dishes arrived almost cold. The menu was limited and quite expensive.
29/10/2025: Beautiful hotel with very friendly staff. They could do with a little more attention to the rooms.

The food is delicious and the service is excellent. Highly recommended!
14/08/2025: A simple place with a welcoming atmosphere, ample parking and outdoor seating. The staff is friendly but not very attentive.
The sandwiches are tasty, but the portions aren't particularly large.
Gluten-free options are available.
The prices are average, perhaps a little higher.

Dolce Salata Mania

25/10/2025: My pizzas just arrived at my house, and I want to share my experience clearly.
Let me start by saying that my wife is pregnant: we ordered at 8:40 PM and the pizzas arrived at 10:15 PM, so after a 1 hour and 35 minute wait through Just Eat.
Order placed:
Contadina with extra sausage (paid as a supplement) + baked potatoes
Boscaiola with double mozzarella, porcini mushrooms, and sausage
Nutella Pizza (very small amount of Nutella)
What went well:
Excellent dough, light and flavorful.
Perfectly cooked, the pizzas arrived hot.
What didn't:
No extra sausage despite the supplement paid.
Scarce toppings, very small quantity despite the price.
Pizza too thin, to the point of being like a piadina.
Excessive wait: 1 hour and 45 minutes for a local delivery is objectively too long.
Baked potatoes were present, but in ridiculous quantities (literally countable on one hand).
Red onions were almost nonexistent.
Overall rating:
The pizzas taste great, but they don't reflect the idea of a real pizza: too thin, poor toppings, and slow service.
We spent €32.61, a figure that doesn't reflect the quality and attention we received.
Conclusions:
I would recommend the pizzeria solely for the quality of the dough, but I wouldn't order again until they pay better attention to the details.
A little more attention to customers and orders could really make a difference.
Remember: the more you neglect customers, the fewer there are.

02/11/2025: I've been buying traditional truffles all my life. They used to be made with fresh cream, now they're made with long-life cream, and I paid for them as if the cream were fresh.
01/09/2025: A historic and excellent bar, with good coffee, delicious desserts, pizzas, and a ready-made hot food menu. I recommend it.

11/09/2025: The restaurant was recently renovated under new management. Chef Sandro delighted us with some truly excellent dishes. The menu features both fish and meat dishes, all delicious and prepared with top-quality ingredients. Highly recommended!
