15/12/2025: Reservation for pizza with colleagues. The place is very nice, even more so in the summer with a lovely outdoor area. The pizzas are very good, with a wide variety. Excellent service. Good price.

20/11/2025: Last night I had the pleasure of taking some colleagues to Spiga!!! They immediately complimented me on the restaurant—beautiful, welcoming, and elegant—and then they were thrilled with the pizzas and desserts, and with Gianluca's hospitality, always available and smiling. Excellent value for money!

02/11/2025: My girlfriend and I visited this very welcoming and simple place, with top-notch food and especially top-notch staff, especially Alessandro, who recommended the meat, which I deemed a once-in-a-lifetime experience. Reluctantly, from now on, when I buy meat or eat it elsewhere, I'll have serious problems with this comparison to Vulcano Etna Pub. Do yourself a favor and go eat there, you won't regret it.

10/01/2026: I'd give it a few more stars if possible. We're regulars because I love pizza, and the gluten-free options are superb, especially for my husband, who is celiac. Excellent service, a quiet atmosphere, and you can dine with light, soothing background music that creates a cozy atmosphere.

14/09/2025: Giarre is a celiac paradise!! The bakery and pastry shop are all strictly gluten-free. As soon as we walked in, we found so many delicacies, from bread and breadsticks to mini pizzas and magnificent desserts. We came this morning for arancini (made fresh) and a brioche with pistachio cream, and I can assure you, they were truly delicious! The woman at the counter and the guy behind it were super friendly, kind, and helpful! Next time we're in Sicily, we'll definitely be back at the gluten-free shop.

09/10/2025: I discovered this pastry shop about eight years ago, thanks to my daughter's work. The place is small, but the food inside is exceptional. I've never had the cassata with that fine ricotta anywhere else, nor the dried fruit baskets. It's a shame that many items can't be shipped, and time flies.

04/01/2026: We discovered this restaurant by chance while strolling along the Torre Archirafi seafront. We were pleasantly surprised by the dishes on the menu: everything was fresh and good quality, with generous and flavorful appetizers. For our first course, we ordered the house specialty, shrimp and spider crab risotto...very, very good! In short, if you're in the area, it's a must-try!

11/01/2026: I celebrated my son's fourteenth birthday at Pizzeria Quattro Quarti, and the experience exceeded my expectations. Managing a teenagers' party without neglecting the family's privacy is no easy feat, but here they succeeded perfectly thanks to their intelligent and discreet use of space. The real added value is the head waiter: a true professional who immediately understood how to organize us, separating the kids from their parents to give them the necessary independence. A rare sensitivity. The restaurant is modern and meticulously maintained, with striking details: the candle-lit tables, for example, create an intimate atmosphere perfect for couples, not just groups. It's important to be clear about the menu to avoid the usual misunderstandings you read online: the restaurant specializes in pizza, appetizers, and desserts. You won't find fish, salads, or gluten-free options, but what they do, they do very well. The beverage selection is excellent, with a special mention for the Sicilian craft beer Tarì. One aspect that left me speechless was the hygiene: seeing the staff carefully disinfecting tables and chairs as soon as they were vacated conveys an incredible sense of security. Accessibility is also impeccable, with dedicated entrances for people with disabilities and well-managed emergency exits. On this note, a small, constructive suggestion to the owners: although there's already a lot of information on Google Maps, having a dedicated website with "ad hoc" photos of the disabled entrance, the rooms, and the various party options would be a quantum leap. This isn't a frivolous gesture, but a way to communicate transparency. If customers see firsthand what you offer (and what you don't), they avoid pointless criticism from those looking for dishes that aren't on the menu. I'll conclude with a thought: I believe it's always better to speak politely with the staff if something isn't right, rather than writing negative reviews out of impulse. At this restaurant, I found them extremely polite and helpful, qualities that deserve to be rewarded with honest feedback. The value for money, by the way, is among the best in the area. We'll definitely be back. Highly recommended for anyone looking for quality, cleanliness, and reliable service!
