09/06/2025: 50 minutes late and unwatchable pizzas. Small and poorly seasoned. I called to find out what happened to the pizzas, I was told that it was arriving and instead the guy arrived after 15 minutes telling me that there was confusion in the pizzeria. But then why do you say a time to not respect it?

01/12/2024: Shame, we came from Castelvetrano to come and eat kebab and at 8:15 pm it was no longer available, so we settled for the sandwiches that were on the menu. After 1 hour of waiting outside in the cold, the order arrived with 3 out of 5 wrong sandwiches, and we were not told about the lack of ingredients before arriving at the table. But the gesture that most annoyed was giving me €1 back for the lack of ingredients and the rudeness of the waitress. The table was without napkins and even though we asked for them, very few arrived. Given my experience, I absolutely do not recommend this place.

03/06/2025: Avoid waiting 2 hours to get served!! Go directly to the bar otherwise you will wait a long time....... Not very commercial as usual.

02/06/2025: In the main square of the artistic town of Monreale, adjacent to the precious cathedral, one would expect something more. The service is polite, the assortment varied, the prices above average.

08/06/2025: we ate in 5 sitting at the table at 2 pm, we ordered almost immediately but the wait for only 5 first courses was infinite, the dishes arrived at the table after an hour and a half, they were cold and with little flavor, the mussels were dirty, therefore consequently inedible, the waitress also after our complaints said: "you are on vacation, right? you can easily wait" DO NOT GO

Terrible service, terrible food, unpleasant place Quality and price something absurd €18.50 for a sandwich that represents absolutely nothing from what was written on the menu, burnt appetizers, they didn't have the most basic things like chips, chicken and drinks. An experience that I wouldn't repeat even if they offered me everything

18/05/2025: Experience to forget! A disaster from every point of view. As soon as we entered, we were greeted by an unpleasant smell and a shabby environment that to call ugly is to give it a compliment. The quality-price ratio is absolutely disproportionate: paying such amounts for an experience like that is almost offensive. The service was terrible, slow and disorganized. In the kitchen they had practically run out of everything on the menu, including the most basic things like French fries or even standard drinks. Total absurdity. The sandwiches? A nightmare. Poor quality and burnt ingredients, minimum quality, and as if that wasn't enough, some of the declared ingredients were missing. And of course they also got the order wrong. No attention to the customer, no desire to make amends. To top it all off, during dinner we were "cheered" by *Rai YoYo* at full volume on the TV, as if we had ended up in a poorly managed nursery school rather than a place for adults. Not recommended across the board. A place to absolutely avoid!!!

29/06/2025: Relaxing, pleasant and elegant place. The attentive and prepared staff. The best ice cream in Milazzo, not to mention the granitas.. absolutely to try. A special thanks to the owner who prepared us a bouquet of ice creams with an attached cake, truly sublime...highly recommended.

18/06/2025: The first time I ordered home delivery, the owner asked me for the address and I told her but she asked me to repeat it a first, second, third time... I started to smile and she hung up on me, I called back and she told me she didn't want to be made fun of (but she wanted it repeated because in the meantime she was talking to other customers and that's certainly not polite). A second time I called for a home delivery on Saturday, it was 7pm and I asked for 8pm, can she even deliver at 7:45pm? Otherwise, nothing because I understand that on Saturdays there's a long wait, she said yes, yes of course. At 9pm, still nothing, I called and she made an excuse about the delivery guy who hadn't arrived, the pizza arrived at 10pm cold and without being notified. Third time, I called (she kept me on the phone for more than 5 minutes while she talked to other customers, that's their politeness) and I asked if I'd come to pick it up, she had 2 pizzas ready for me, yes, I'll make them right away (I waited 50 minutes). When they are ready I ask, while I take out the notes, how much do I pay and she says don't you pay with card? I answer no cash and she insists no with card and I no cash and she but I have no change, so I point out to her that in addition to being absurd she could have told me before instead of making me wait 50 minutes and her legendary answer is but now everyone pays with card, I tell her that then she has someone else pay with card because I don't take them. I must say that the pizzas are good even if a little small and the prices are average but education 0 and for that is the most important thing, reason why I will not return.

14/05/2025: One of the best pizzerias in the area tried so far, the pizzas are good and not heavy, the prices are average. The service was quite punctual even though it was a weekend.

19/06/2025: Very characteristic place, decorated with old objects. Not a very large structure, on two levels. Passing by, on a Monday. We had lunch for two with an appetizer, a first course, a mixed grill, 2 coffees. Adequate portions, spent 47 euros. I am not able to evaluate the service times because we were the only customers in the place. The quality of the food was good and the owner very kind. The only flaw: I would recommend the cups instead of the plastic cups for the coffee.

19/06/2025: Locale molto caratteristico e decorato con oggetti di una volta. Struttura non molto grande, su due livelli. Di passaggio, un lunedì. Abbiamo pranzato in due con un antipasto, un primo, una grigliata mista, 2 caffè. Porzioni adeguate, speso 47 euro. Non sono in grado di valutare i tempi del servizio perché nel locale eravamo gli unici avventori. La qualità del cibo era buona ed il proprietario molto gentile. Unico neo: consiglierei le tazzine al posto dei bicchierini di plastica per il caffè.

04/05/2025: We asked if it was possible to have a drink which was accepted. Long wait to get our price and a hefty bill: €7 and €1.50 for cutlery! Very expensive for our drink and not even something to nibble on like peanuts...

06/07/2025: If it were possible, I would give 8 stars. The place is beautiful, on the sea. The service is more than excellent, the waiters are super helpful, very kind. Perfect timing. And then the food... perfection. Those ravioli 'Al pirata' were poetry, with an excellent range of wines. Excellent experience that I recommend to everyone!

27/06/2025: [The girl where we booked the room told us that it changed management this summer] We didn't like almost anything: waiters not even remotely interested in you who only bring the dishes and listlessly and disinterestedly ask you how it went only when you go to pay the bill, a menu that despite being fixed for the whole summer (and it's not clear why since fresh fish on an island is not always the same...) is displayed via an obnoxious QR code, the worst caponata eaten in Sicily, and yes it's true that it's right by the sea, but the location is nothing special. An extra star only for the coral-colored tuna carpaccio.

10/06/2025: I say €4 for a medium cup of ice cream, I am told here the raw material is paid for, and the addition of cream 0.50 cents. Not even if we were in the Center or Taormina, all consumed not even at the table. It is a slap in the face and a shame to the true artisans of ice cream. There are much better ice cream shops that cost less in much better places

24/01/2025: Paying €2.30 for a piece of rotisserie (classic oven-baked calzone) in a non-tourist area is expensive for me, given the price I expected excellent dough or toppings but for me they were very poor, the only positive note of the place are the employees, compliments to the staff who are always kind and friendly

16/04/2025: We were a group of motorcyclists who crossed the whole of Sicily on dirt roads. Giacomino had to be closed at that time, but he didn't forget the rules of hospitality, feeding us all. I remember eating: mixed grill of meat, spinach, mushrooms and bread. I ate very well, as if I were at home. Genuine quality stuff... ✌🏻

27/01/2025: The specialty is mushrooms. Very good food. But the pizza is also good. And the value for money is super. Highly recommended
