24/05/2025: una novità interessante. pepe rosa si è rinnovato e questo rinnovamento avviene per la pregiatissima mano di un talentuoso ragazzo Giuseppe Crimi, di cui sentiremo parlare ! in una cornice Meritevole che è il marina di capo d’orlando, posto magico, pepe rosa e’ un ristorante eccellente! superiore alla media della zona, con degli spunti e degli “azzardi” memorabili… provate il gelato gusto caponata e gli spaghetti rossi con alchermes… Merita una menzione la gestione della sala grazie all’inappuntabile Andrea, e una cantina straordinaria, grazie alla supervisione del patron Giuseppe! bravi ragazzi! continuate così!

31/05/2025: Wir genossen ein grossartiges Dinner im romantisch abseits gelegenen Il Principe e Il Pirata. Allein das kleine Modellboot auf der Terrasse ist schon ein Eye Catcher. Ebenso die phantasievoll gestalteten kleinen Kacheln, die in die Esstische eingearbeitet sind. Die Pasta mit Thunfisch war in sich rund, wenngleich der Fisch ein wenig "trocken" daherkam. Noch trockener war das Schwein mit Tarte Tatin. So schade, dass die Italiener es nicht so mit Saucen haben, das Schwein hätte definitiv ein wenig Sauce vertragen können. Auch die Beilage - Karotte mit Ingwer - trocken wie die Sahara! Auch das Mangoeis als Dessert hätte ein wenig Sauce - sei es Erdbeer- Minze- oder Limetten-Sauce vertragen können. So wie das Mandeleis, das mit sehr gut passender Caramel-Sauce serviert wird.

19/01/2025: Dopo aver aspettato per più di un'ora mi è stata servita degli arancini surgelati riscaldati e una pizza mediocre, con indifferenza. Brolo può fare molto meglio.

25/12/2024: PREMISE: Definitely one of the BEST pizzas and tastiest chicken I have ever tasted. The problem that is only the only positive thing. You call to order and I promptly (ALWAYS) answer and so as not to lose your order they put you on hold while you hear them talking to others on the other end of the phone... Truly obscene delivery times, rarely arriving on time, many times always late and when you call to ask for explanations instead of transparency you get a mockery. Yesterday, Christmas Eve 2024: the pizzas arrived after an hour, I call for explanations and instead of the transparency of telling me that they had delays, I hear that they are being prepared (they arrived after ANOTHER good 40 minutes, I'm 200m away from them) . Today, Christmas 2024: I ordered 5 takeaway loaves at around 10am... at 2pm nothing arrives with the relatives at the table and I discover that they have sold the bread set aside for me to other people who went to the office.. .. keep it up please... Merry Christmas!

26/04/2025: If you want to taste the true flavors of Marsala, Girasole is a must 🔝. Paolo's kindness and friendliness and Mrs. Giacoma's cuisine make the experience unique. A trattoria like those of the past…. The pasta with sardines was a delight for all the senses. Thank you for the experience and I hope to return soon.

07/04/2025: C'était l'un des rares restaurants ouverts un lundi midi début avril et nous ne l'avons pas regretté. La pizza Parma était délicieuse et bien garnie. Puis sur les conseils de l'adorable serveur nous avons choisi l'excellent tiramisu.

10/05/2025: I don't think I'll ever go back again! For the rest they gave me 2 fake euros and I demanded that they change it for me. The piadina offered wrapped in aluminum (metal passes into the food) and then at the beginning he gave me 1 euro less. Patience, it was an experience! It's a shame because when you work honestly the energy of the environment is different! Never again!

06/05/2025: Capitati per caso, abbiamo trovato piatti che non avevano molto sapore, ma la cosa peggiore è che avevamo preso il vino della casa e poiché non ci sembrava fresco, anzi era acido, abbiamo chiesto se si potesse cambiare, la risposta è stata "il vino è questo, se volete prendete una bottiglia". Noi sconcertati dalla risposta, non appena abbiamo finito il pasto abbiamo pagato e siamo andati, anche perché il servizio era inesistente in quanto hanno portato il primo con i piatti dell'antipasto ancora al tavolo e in pieno servizio i camerieri erano fuori a fumare. Abbiamo preso due primi che avevano entrambi le zucchine fritte, sembravano fatti nella stessa pentola, cambiava solo l'aggiunta alla fine della salsiccia da una parte e dal gambero (bassa qualità) e stracciatella dall'altra. Provano a ingannare i turisti magari non esperti del cibo locale ma non sanno che hanno trovato dei siciliani. DA EVITARE

27/04/2025: Siamo stati a cena in questo ristorante ieri sera,2 adulti e 1 bambina, avendo visto che aveva buone recensioni ci siamo fidati. Servizio pessimo, cameriere che giocavano anziché curare la sala ed i clienti. Attesa infinita tra le varie portate, mi hanno sbagliato il secondo di pesce. Ancora attesa. Praticamente ho mangiato la fritturina di pesce quando mio marito aveva già digerito la sua pasta. Almeno una delle due ragazze al momento del conto, per farsi perdonare ha gentilmente offerto la pasta in bianco a mia figlia. Secondo me è sopravvalutato come ristorante. Le pietanze non erano granché, buona la caponata. Cena deludente.

09/06/2025: Great food and a wonderful atmosphere! We had pasta, ragù, and calamari – everything was delicious, just like at Grandma's house. The price is also great, as it's really affordable. We highly recommend it! :)

16/06/2025: Truly a magnificent experience, we went to the place for a school dinner, we had a great time. The place is very beautiful, with ample space for every need... well-kept and well-furnished. The service was excellent, the children even had some unexpected extras. The staff was really nice and kind, they kept us company in a professional and friendly way at the same time. The food was really good! The pizza was well-seasoned, with a good flavor and above all nice and soft and crunchy. (also good to digest). The price was the one agreed in advance despite a couple of extra requests during the evening. Everything was truly fantastic. We really enjoyed it, we recommend it and we will be back!
