But I would like to make some notes: -In the menu I did not see, or it was unclear, the cover price of €2.50 per person. -The crazy pizza was marked €9.00 but we paid €11.00. -The underbosco pizza was marked €8.00 but we paid €9.50. Furthermore, the 0.75 microfiltered water is not visible on the menu, furthermore we only took one bottle but you marked 2 in the count. I wouldn't want to have seen an old menu, but if not, I ask you to be more clear with customers. 04/06/2025: Vista spettacolare e gentilezza che solo la sensibilità siciliana può dare. La titolare Mariangela nonostante l’intensità del lavoro ci fa sentire importanti e ci dà più del dovuto. Per non parlare della qualità dei prodotti. Eccellente qualità.

15/01/2025: Monday 25th November around 9.15pm I was craving some Sfogliatelle, My wife and I entered the Pastry Bar, it was clear that we weren't local, they took us for tourists, because we actually live in Northern Italy, I asked the lady if they had Sfogliatelle she said yes, and went to the laboratory and took the 4 Sfogliatelle that I asked for. For 4 Sfogliatelle I paid 8 euros Tourist price, I wasn't a local. We went home to Arienzo to try the Sfogliatelle, and we noticed that the Sfogliatelle were not fresh, they were from Sunday. In the end I paid 4 Sfogliatelle from the day before for 8 euros, because they saw that we were tourists we also paid with ATM, I will never set foot in this bar again and one bad thing is not to sell products from the day before as fresh and then a very high price for the prices in the country

18/05/2025: Ottimo locale, atmosfera suggestiva e singolare, non come le classiche hamburgherie, all'entrata siamo stati accolti dal personale sempre sorridente e cordiale che ci ha subito indirizzato al nostro tavolo. Il menù è vario e vi è una vasta scelta di birre artigianali. Il rapporto qualità prezzo è ottimo e abbiamo davvero apprezzato le tartare freschissime e le tagliate super buone. Un'esperienza da ripetere sicuramente settimana prossima, consigliato vivamente.

18/06/2025: Excellent bar at Piazza Indipendenza. Everything was great! Go there for the real Palermo, most of the custumers are locals who live nearby. It’s a Palazzo Normanni quarter who serves breakfast, snacks, lunch, patisserie and anything else you can think of. We went there for breakfast, the fresh orange juice is delicious. Try the cornetti, because they are to die for. Of course you can also go there at any other time of the day.

04/01/2025: I was passing through this new bar. The coffee is a perfect balance in the cup. We had a baked pasta that was exquisite to say the least. I am more than satisfied and I recommend it to you.

04/04/2025: From the hotel room to breakfast to dinner - everything is just right here. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Our room is bright, spacious, with a beautiful terrace. An absolute insider tip.

13/06/2025: A NIGHTMARE! We arrived late in the evening and it was one of the few hotels with a room available and shortly after we understood why! Changing rooms was not possible and by now late at night there was no alternative. Unfortunately we decided to stay! Room with mold everywhere, unbearable smell (we had to ask for incense - see photo), wet mattress due to humidity, plaster burst by humidity badly repainted to cover the stains, small window cut in the wall, bathroom with encrustations! I don't think it's a room that can be given to customers, the customers' health and the hotel's reputation are the ones who lose out (I don't know what the other rooms were like - there's hardly anything worse than this one!) As said, despite the more than understandable kindness of the hotel employees who listened to our complaints, we can only define the experience as TERRIBLE!

13/03/2025: Considering the reviews, there are good and worse rooms. We had a good room on the 1st floor. Simple but clean and the shower is really excellent. Heater worked in winter too. Breakfast indeed simple but sufficient. Located in ZTL zone but hotel ensures permission. Free parking, however, requires an 8-minute walk across the bridge and can be a challenge in the morning and evening.
