16/08/2026: Excellent wine, a truly unique and superb Sardinian Viognier. The €90 menu isn't the best choice. The antipasti weren't presented very well, a bit mixed together, and each deserved a little more individual serving to be fully appreciated. The gazpacho was delicious.

19/11/2025: A place with spectacular views, I love the light that illuminates the Castelsardo coast. The staff is informative, friendly, and their smiles warm your heart. The mixed fried vegetables are a real treat, with fried vegetables that at first glance look like French fries, but the wonderful surprise is that they are local vegetables bursting with flavor. The local charcuterie has a harmonious and robust regional flavor. They explain how to dip Sardinian bread in extra virgin olive oil, which reveals its fruity notes in every bite, bringing you closer to heaven.

18/08/2026: We received a perfect welcome and the food was excellent. I drink a very tannic and flavorful wine, and the manager recommended one that was perfect. As for the food, my partner and I had pasta carbonara, and just like at home, we shared a plate of pasta. And the tiramisu... absolutely delicious! I highly recommend it!

Moving on to the second course, the fish was decidedly disappointing, and I prefer the frozen kind from the supermarket. The calamari, meanwhile, was overcooked and tough. The service was rude and rushed, and they seemed indignant that we hadn't ordered dessert. Overall, a place to avoid, and in my opinion, only suitable for inattentive tourists.

13/08/2026: Very disappointed with the experience! The quality of the food/pizza and service, probably due to the closeness of the August bank holiday, didn't help. The service was very confusing, with people forgetting cutlery and drinks. You had to constantly call the attention of the service staff who passed by our table (there were 4 of us). Plus, they forgot a second course (the cutlet), and the person who ordered it back hesitated to avoid the endless wait. The pizza (buffalo mozzarella) was less than mediocre in quality, with a bread-like dough that was neither crispy nor soft, and low-quality ingredients. The pichana was decent, but one diner received all the lean meat and the other only the fat. It was sliced ​​so thinly and served on a refractory stone to finish cooking, ensuring that the meat was well-done instead of remaining rare as requested. The side dishes (grilled vegetables, salad, and chips) were of medium-low quality. The carpaccio was a jumble of meat thrown in, topped with cherry tomatoes and undefined slices of industrial cheese. To recap: 1 pizza, 2 pichana, 1 carpaccio. Sides: 4 Cokes, 1 sparkling water, 1 Spritz. €136. A foreigner would certainly call it NOT GOOD VALUE FOR MONEY. We didn't care about the price, so we even left a tip to get out as quickly as possible. Not recommended. Typical tourist trap, unless we happened to be there on the wrong night.

02/11/2025: The staff was very friendly and the atmosphere was stunning. We shared the Lasagna for lunch and it was the best we’ve ever had. The chef sent us some mussels in a dreamy sauce and then desert cookies when we were done. We highly recommend this restaurant!

18/08/2026: Grilled sea bream, good; mussels marinara, good. The dessert, however, was a disappointment. Sebada, the typical dessert, wasn't very good; we later realized it was mass-produced (it was in the freezer next to the bathroom). The waiter was very friendly and helpful.

03/06/2026: Ravioli from the freezer without fresh Ricotta, with basic sug and one basil leaf for €14? Not for me. A big deterioration compared to previous years. Moreover, the lights at night attract insects, which then fall on you.

Before the meal, we were served the usual generously filled basket of white bread and pane carasau. I had the tagliata, which tasted delicious and was visually stunning. It was presented beautifully. I also had grilled vegetables. My wife had tagliatelle with porcini mushrooms, which was tasty but could have been a bit warmer. For dessert, I had tiramisu, which was truly outstanding. It wasn't pre-made, but freshly prepared; the pastry was crisp and had an intense coffee aroma. The best I've ever had. The portions look a bit small in the photos, but they weren't. The plates are quite large. I also had an inexpensive glass of local red wine, which I enjoyed. The service was impeccable. Everything was perfect. Communicating in English was absolutely no problem. The three gentlemen were all very friendly and accommodating. The restaurant is located in Lu Bagnu on the coastal road. Because there are houses in front of it, there's no sea view. You sit in a lovely atmosphere under a white reed canopy. There isn't a direct outdoor terrace, but the entire window front can be slid open, so you're almost sitting outside. I found the restaurant quite nice. Free parking nearby wasn't a problem during the off-season. Overall, I was very satisfied with the restaurant. It was one of the best in the area, in my opinion. I highly recommend it.

21/09/2025: We went because the menu says they had pork. We went to order it early because you need to reserve to eat pork, and they told us they didn't have it. They were also very rude. I don't understand why they would put something on the menu that they later told us was available, even if you book in advance. Especially when it's the typical dish of the area.

18/09/2025: The food was ok, not great. The problem was that I did not get what I ordered - they didnt have the pasta and the ingridient, so they just brought me similar dish. Waiter didnt speak english well. We ordered fish for 16€ (compared to other food and restaurants, pretty expensive) and we got one small slice of fish - absolutely not enough, maybe as a starter. I would not really recommend.

25/07/2026: A terrible experience from beginning to end: interminable wait times, subpar dishes, and to top it all off, absolutely appalling service from one of the waitresses. I'd give it a lower rating if it wouldn't let me. The worst restaurant I've ever been to. We ordered lobster, spaghetti with beef ragu, and grilled squid. Initially, the waitress told us she would bring out the lobster first and then the rest of the dishes. Shortly after, she returned to tell us the lobster would take a little longer, and we said that was fine. The problem arose when we had to wait 50 minutes for the first course, despite repeatedly telling them we had been waiting for a very long time. And from the time they served that first course until the lobster arrived, almost another half hour passed. To our surprise, when the lobster finally arrived, it was split in half and covered in an excessive amount of sauce, to the point that the meat was practically invisible. Furthermore, we had been told that the minimum size for the lobster was for two people. To our shock, they brought us two full plates of lobster, something we had never ordered or understood in that way. Given this situation, after all the waiting, we got up and left. We told them we weren't going to pay for the lobster, since we had waited a very long time for a dish that we didn't even get to eat. The waitress who had served us all evening insisted, quite rudely, that she was going to charge us for it. Finally, another waiter understood the situation and decided not to charge us for the lobster. We would never return. Let's hope no one has the misfortune of going to this restaurant, because we spent two hours there to eat some spaghetti that, frankly, I cook much better at home, and some grilled squid that was harder than the sole of a shoe.

17/07/2026: Excellent quality of linen. Very good location. The only negative point was the heat, they don't have air conditioning, they only have fans, apart from that everything was very correct.

08/12/2025: I had a wonderful experience at L’Incantu. The amuse-bouche were surprising in the best way—an excellent mix of flavors that set the tone for the evening. The view over the tower of Cathedral of St. Anthony from Castelsardo is absolutely stunning and adds so much to the atmosphere. The service was professional and attentive, and every dish was exquisitely prepared. A memorable culinary experience—I would gladly return!
