I try to go there as soon as I can.... the setting of Castelsardo contains this jewel of a classy restaurant..... if we then combine the excellent food with the class and charm of DANIELA....WELL THEN YOU WILL ALSO ENJOY THE EXCELLENT WINES NOT TO THINK ABOUT IT.... NOT TO BE MISSED ACROSS THE LINE....TOP

Absolutely imperfect in name and in fact. It must be said that having an absolutely excellent cuisine for the quality of the dishes it then loses due to lack of attention in some choices and behaviors. The environment is warm and welcoming. The colors match well. Instead, let's list the things that are wrong in the hope that this criticism will be understood in the right spirit. The carasau bread is not excellent, the baguette that accompanies it is really bad. Behind the counter where the non-cooking service starts, there are up to 5 people, only 2 of whom work. The others take on home-like attitudes, even annoying ones. The house wine is plentiful but not of a quality in line with the rest. The overall rating is very good but...... imperfect

Mangiato veramente bene!!!! La coda di rospo alla catalana, gli spaghetti con vongole e bottarga e il calamaro alla griglia, eccezionali. La proprietaria ed il figlio molto gentili. Ci torneremo sicuramente, non guasta lo sconto the fork…

Siamo tornati un anno dopo a L'Imperfetto e con nostra sorpresa non solo l'ottimo livello era stato mantenuto ma addirittura superato. L'uso sapiente delle materie prime, il ragionamento dietro a ogni piatto, gli abbinamenti mai scontati, l'equilibrio dei sapori. Non c'è stato un piatto che non ci abbia fatto esclamare "ne vorrei ancora!". Se passate da Castelsardo questa è una tappa obbligata nel caso vogliate mangiare come si deve.

Dinner in Castelsardo during our holiday in Sardinia. What can I say, fabulous dinner. Nice location, kind and friendly staff (a very young but really professional and very kind boy served us). We opted for the selection of starters: they brought us 7 types of starters, one better than the other. A dish that I absolutely recommend if you want to go on a delicious tasting journey. Finally we choose the Sardinian fregola, good and tasty. The place in Castelsardo to have dinner and lunch if you want to eat WELL, outside the tourist menus.
