25/07/2025: Courtesy isn't a given here!
...or at least it certainly isn't when unexpected events arise!
After spending a fantastic evening in May (5-star food), I decided to book again for two more dinners, on different days. However, on the morning of the first reservation, we were feeling very ill, and I was forced to call to cancel, sincerely disappointed at having to cancel and not being able to enjoy another wonderful dinner there. The booking staff were very helpful, but from the very first moment, a series of calls began, as the manager immediately showed no willingness to calmly cancel the reservation without a cancellation fee, despite having mentioned that he was a previous customer and had future reservations. In short, the message was, "We've been here before, we had a great time, we couldn't wait to return, but today is definitely not the ideal evening for a lovely dinner with you." Nothing, all this wasn't enough. The manager refused to listen to reason and calmly canceled the reservation, effectively forcing us to go to dinner to avoid being charged the €300 cancellation fee.
A huge lapse in style and zero understanding towards existing customers who were experiencing an unexpected event, no exception to the harsh cancellation policy!
I believe a restaurant of this standing should apply the same care it takes to prepare each dish to understanding an unexpected difficult situation: a €300 cancellation fee can only be a terrible and unpleasant farewell, a gesture that goes completely against customer care and loyalty (something so dear to many other establishments in the same segment)!
24/07/2025: Great place and service, but the food is only a little above average. We paid 650€ for 4 adults and 2 children 7/9 years old and 1 bottle of wine for 120€ overall rating is probably only 3 🌟

21/07/2025: I truly don’t understand how this restaurant has anything less than 5 star reviews, it was AMAZING!!! From the food to the atmosphere and everything in between, my husband and I were incredibly impressed. The food in Sardinia is awesome in general, but this restaurant was one of our top three favorite meals, if not our favorite.

01/08/2025: Personale scortese.
La ragazza è arrivata dopo 15 minuti al tavolo senza rivolgerci manco un “Buongiorno” ma partendo subito con un “Cosa volete” e dopo aver finito di dire ciò che per l’appunto avevamo chiesto si rivolge con un tono antipatico dicendoci “Altro?”.
Arriva il momento del conto e con la mia amica per gioco stavamo facendo a “gara” per pagare e la vecchia alla cassa si rivolge a noi con un tono antipatico “E basta che pagate”, mi scusi?
Ci credo che siete in cerca di personale e nessuno ci mette piede.
Non ci sarà pericolo di rimetterci piede.
27/07/2025: I'm not one to leave reviews, but this time it was absolutely necessary.
I was sitting at a table and simply asked for a straw for my Coke. The lady's response? "Get up and get one."
I was genuinely shocked, especially since the place wasn't full and even a minimal gesture of courtesy would have been enough. I replied with a "Thank you so much, very kind lady," and she, in an annoyed tone, retorted: "No, I'm not being kind at all."
Now, leaving aside the total lack of professionalism, I find it absurd that a simple gesture like asking for a straw is treated with condescension, rudeness, and arrogance.
Unnecessary rudeness, unacceptable.
An experience that not only isn't worth repeating, but should be reported. Never again.

White Beach Club Liscia Ruja (Costa Smeralda)

04/08/2025: There's a terrible restaurant on the beach. We got off the boat and went there on a recommendation. At the entrance, they offered to give us a table if we had lobster.
At that point, I turned around and walked out. If you want to be spoiled for your money, it's a great place.
03/08/2025: In addition to having the lowest state fees in Italy, establishments like this one charge very high prices and treat their customers poorly. Places like this prove that beach establishments must be licensed through a regular tender process, otherwise we end up with poor service like this. On top of all this, the service staff is extremely rude and arrogant.
For example: we are a group of people, one of whom is celiac and the other pregnant, so we had to choose a place to eat that would meet their needs. I read the menu and get ready to take a photo to send to the group still under the umbrella, and the person I assume is the owner squawks, saying I can't afford to take photos, as if we weren't in a public place with a menu displayed to the public—is everything okay?

23/07/2025: Ci siamo fermati in questo locale chiedendo un tavolo per due persone. Dopo averlo preparato siamo stati informati da un ragazzo in maniera molto scortese che alle ore 9.30 la cucina era chiusa e non vi era la possibilità di cenare.
Mi chiedo, in una location come Porto Cervo in piena alta stagione, come una cucina non accetti più ordini a questo orario.
Oltretutto ci sono modi e modi per farlo presente.
Fortunatamente non tutti i locali in Sardegna sono come voi.
11/07/2025: Nous sommes partis avant de manger, nous voulions attendre sur les deux sofas qu’une table se libère en buvant un verre, on nous a demandé de nous serrer sur un seul à 4 avec 2 poufs en plein soleil
À 18€ le spritz apérol on pourrait s’attendre à un meilleur accueil ! Lamentable ! A fuir !

They don't want to have guests.
3:30 PM later, then half the bar is empty. We can't get a seat if we don't eat lunch. Sorry, and bye-bye!
Great view! Right on the Grande Pevero beach.
Unfortunately, the prices are as high as in Porto Cervo, and you pay 6 euros for a Coke. A toastie costs 8 euros, and it wasn't tasty! This is way too expensive. There would definitely be more customers here if the prices were a little more reasonable.
There's no menu, and you don't know how much everything costs. It's fine to be a little more expensive in a place like this. But it's a rip-off. What a shame!
17/07/2025: Ristorante vista mare come ce ne sono a decine, ma in questo caso seppur premiato dalla bellissima vista sulla spiaggia del Grande Pevero, immotivatamente caro senza alcun reale perché se non che è l'unico posto dove mangiare.
Per un piatto di pasta il costo minimo è di 30 euro, per una insalata sempre 30 euro. E nemmeno la qualità o la ricercatezza giustifica questi prezzi folli e senza senso perché a tutti gli effetti le portate sono più che mediocri.
A tutto questo aggiungiamo che il cameriere terribilmente insistente e poco simpatico cerca a tutti i costi di venderti il pescato del giorno che ovviamente non è prezzato nel menu.
Per un piatto di pasta alle vongole e una insalata con gamberi e bottiglia d'acqua 87 euro totali.
Portate i panini da casa, sono soldi buttati.

22/07/2025: contrairement à tout ce qui a été dit, ce restaurant est très sympa, le cadre est très agréable. Le service au petit soin et la nourriture tout à fait correct donc je le recommande et ne vous fiez pas aux précédents avis. Pas du tout de discrimination envers les touristes. C’est vrai que le service est un tout petit peu long mais tout à fait correct.
Ils ont même accepté de nous faire des plats sur-mesure en retirant certains ingrédients, ajoutant d’autres sans problème
17/07/2025: Das essen war ok, nichts besonderes. Der Service schrecklich. Das Serviceteam verwirrt, keiner wusste was ihre eigentliche Aufgabe ist. Zu lange warte Zeiten. Unser essen kam immer getrennt und wir konnten nicht zusammen essen. Als wir die Rechnung bestellt haben, musste ich 3x nachfragen bis ich dann endlich zahlen konnte.

24/07/2025: Sopra Porto Cervo verso Liscia di Vacca c’è questo ristorante con ampio parcheggio e soprattutto con vista bellissima! Piatti di carne e soprattutto pesce davvero eccellenti. Ottimo anche il servizio.

13/09/2024: La pizza sin gluten era tan bueno. Servicio amable y oportuno. Recibí la primavera y añadí orégano y estaba delicioso! Lugar limpio, bonito por dentro. Los camareros eran educados y dulces! El almuerzo es bastante relajado, está bien entrar después de un viaje a la playa o algo así, no tienes que estar vestido.
Sin duda volveré y traer amigos!
12/09/2024: Servicio antipático. Fría llamada Carbonara con una salsa de 90 % de parmesano.
Filete de cerdo totalmente seco sin salsa. ¡Tan mala experiencia!
Precio alto y calidad baja!
