19/05/2026: The table was excellent, and for the 62 of us returning from a trek in the Sardinian mountains, it was wonderful. Excellent fish that tasted of the sea. The staff was very knowledgeable about celiac disease. Excellent myrtle and a great atmosphere that heralded summer. Thank you from us in Verona.

07/06/2026: A great place to base yourself for exploring Sardinia. The local cuisine and breakfasts are excellent.
We spent almost a week there with friends.
We recommend it because it's worth it.

10/06/2026: The difference in service quality compared to last year is frightening! The place now seems soulless, reduced to a banal summer camp rather than a 4-star resort. The void left by the person who managed the reception and services with true professionalism last year (Mrs. Lili) is immediately noticeable; without that point of reference, the standard has plummeted. This opinion is only for those who recognize true quality and understand that the excellence of the past is now a mirage.
08/06/2026: Wonderful spa and exceptional staff. Kudos to Daniele for his kindness and professionalism. I was very pleased with the semi-permanent pedicure I had last week and a personalized massage today. Sofia is truly excellent and always attentive to the client's needs.

10/04/2026: The location is spectacular, you feel really good but I spent really too much, one hundred euros per person for a menu that normally costs 50 just because it's Easter Monday I can't justify them, the starters are quite good, nothing spectacular, the first courses I didn't like, the second courses and desserts are good but definitely not 100 per person

02/06/2026: We went without a reservation and found a free table on the terrace, which is separated from the street and the waitresses have to cross to get the dishes from the kitchen.
The waitresses were chatting among themselves, and only at our request did one of them come to take our order. We ordered grilled calamari and mussel and clam soup. Both portions were truly paltry. The grilled calamari consisted of a skewer of six lukewarm baby calamari, the innards of which had not been properly cleaned, while the clam and mussel soup had no soup at all! We obviously complained, and they quickly remedied this with a generous helping of soup.
I definitely won't be returning!

06/06/2026: Beautiful place, very peaceful garden, well maintained. Breakfast was amazing.
Room was well equipped and had a large bathroom.
Beach is a few minute walk but all through the private hotel property, beach was lovely and there is a private pine forest area with table tennis and other games as well as loungers with a great sea view
There was also a beach bar but it was not open during our stay.
Lovely pool.
Great location with a few restaurants nearby.
We didn't dine there due to mixed reviews.
Pedra Longa track starts about 1.5 km from property and it's a must do.
28/05/2026: Beautiful. Good views, nice gardens, relaxing atmosphere, helpful staff. Breakfast on the terrace each morning was special. WiFi shaky but that’s not why you came.

The gentleman working the front desk was extremely nice and helpful, the rooms are spacious, the AC worked great, plus there’s free parking included…there’s also free breakfast which was great…location is fantastic, about 10 minute walk to the port for all the Baunei coast excursions…highly recommend this place!
10/09/2025: Beautiful property not far from the beaches and the center of Santa Maria. Free parking is available, and the breakfast is varied and caters to everyone. The room is minimal but fully equipped with everything you need. Their dinner deal with a nearby restaurant is worth a 10+! The shower and towel service could be improved.

The campsite itself would be pleasant, but the cleanliness of the sanitary facilities leaves much to be desired: the showers are covered in mold, which is quite unappealing. A thorough cleaning would be much appreciated; it's a shame.

09/06/2026: Perfect bar and restaurant. Excellent cuisine - we had tomato spaghetti and fried calamari, both delicious. And the service was very nice. And a beautiful beach right next door, an ideal combination that is otherwise hard to find!

I'm already curious what kind of unqualified remarks the owner will write about my review. By the way: Anyone who recommends a psychiatrist to others needs one themselves!
Now for the first impression: The location looks good. Staff: Unfriendly, no smiles, no warmth. Conclusion: This staff has no place in the service industry! Caprese salad was served. Without salad dressing. I asked for balsamic vinegar and oil. Only balsamic vinegar was served. Oil: Not a chance. The calamari wasn't bad, but many had excess breading, so it looked like the calamari still had wings. It was the same with both portions.
... Dear Owner: If you choose to reply, please do so objectively, addressing this well-intentioned criticism, which should serve as an incentive to improve. That's what criticism is for. Anyone who responds to criticism with snide remarks disqualifies themselves. I, and I'm sure I'm not alone, am very eager to hear your response.
