09/10/2025: Simply AMAZING!! Background music, rustic atmosphere, excellent service, authentic Salento cuisine. I'm thinking of returning to Avaya, especially for dinner at this trattoria soon. Try it and believe it!

21/09/2025: A small pizzeria, off the beaten track, with simple rooms and delicious dishes. Typical Saltento cuisine with excellent value for money, very tasty and good. The pizza is the highlight and also offers local and unusual variations, such as one with rapeseed!!!
You can't really go wrong here, unless you're looking for a Michelin-starred chef to make you happy ;-)

20/09/2025: A wonderful experience. I loved everything about it and it fully met my expectations. The price of breakfast is commensurate with the quality of the ingredients and the deliciousness of the preparations. The service also deserves special mention. I highly recommend it.
06/09/2025: Ristorante Lilith is one of these place where you arrive and right away feel comfortable, the family owned restaurant just gives you the atmosphere of being at a friends place. The food is amazing and the same goes for the service. They‘re really friendly and professional.
I definitely recommend to share as many dishes as possible so you can try more of these amazingly fresh plates where you taste every single ingredient.

12/10/2025: I spent the evening at this restaurant for a birthday, and the menu was a pleasant surprise: many tastings and delicious, original, and very good appetizers, as was the first course.
The atmosphere is beautiful, with vaulted ceilings and exposed walls in almost every room.
The staff is very friendly.

10/10/2025: We had dinner at La Chiacchieretta today. I wonder how some people can give it a good review. The restaurant is very small, and the decor is beyond minimalist. They only provide paper coasters and cheap paper napkins. However, they charge for coperto.
The value for money is absolutely terrible.
The worst part was the side dishes for the main course. A half-baked potato and a portion of cicoria cost €15.
I can't recommend it.

08/09/2025: A charming and quaint little restaurant in the Piazza Castello in the village of Acaya. Given the beautiful evening, we dined outside. The staff was friendly and helpful. The dishes were exquisite and reflect the local cuisine. Recommended.

We ordered small slices of cake, and they were delicious! The lady who served us was very pleasant and welcoming, even though we didn't speak the same language. A wonderful experience, I highly recommend it!
14/08/2025: The desserts, especially the traditional ones, are delicious. I recommend the strudel with diandorla pastry and the fruttoni, both truly delicious. The gelato, and especially the fruttoni, are also amazing. In my opinion, Alabama is one of the best pastry shops in the province for quality, flavor, and kindness.

05/10/2025: An excellent dinner in a historic restaurant with dishes prepared with skill and imagination. We had classic pettole as an appetizer, tagliatelle with Primitivo sauce, tomato, speck, and stracciatella, and a risotto with beetroot, speck, and gorgonzola. For the main course, two flavorful mixed grilled meats, and the local red wine was excellent. Excellent service, and we left happy and satisfied.

The service was impeccable: the staff were friendly, discreet, and attentive. The menu offers traditional dishes with a tasteful twist, prepared with quality ingredients. Everything we tried was delicious and beautifully presented.
A perfect place for those who want to enjoy a relaxing lunch in an elegant yet authentic setting. We'll be happy to return!
03/08/2025: We had dinner here thanks to a spa package. The atmosphere was comfortable and very simple. Very attentive service, but the menu wasn't very convincing. Worth trying again.

11/04/2025: Eccellente sistemazione per gruppi e famiglie, gusto tutto locale nelle cene e nei piatti serviti a bordo piscina durante il giorno. Musica un pochino troppo presente ma sarà dovuto alla poca abitudine da parte nostra... complimenti ed arrivederci al prossimo viaggio

10/05/2025: Fuimos allí para la elaboración de mozzarella y degustación de aceite de oliva un sábado. La propietaria era Lina y el presentador de la gira era Antonio. Ella era el propietario encantador y su inglés era excelente y nos hizo sentir muy bienvenidos.
El conocimiento y la presentación fueron excepcionales y la experiencia fue única y genial! Recomendamos encarecidamente una visita para comprender y experimentar la vida local como lo comunican aquellos que son tan maravillosos y honran sus tradiciones.
Salimos de allí con una comprensión y apreciación más profunda de la vida local. Esta fue una verdadera visita de 5 estrellas.
