05/11/2024: Ugo a guarantee. We have been using Ugo for several years. From our birthday cakes to our wedding cakes to those for our son's baptism. We can say that it has accompanied our growth for more than 30 years🤎. Ugo and Mattia (the son) are cheerful people and available to satisfy every request addressed to them. Their desserts are exceptional and their dedication and passion for this art is unmatched. Just yesterday we picked up the cake for our son's first birthday. Fantastic savannah themed cake that fully met our expectations and even exceeded them. We want to thank Ugo and Mattia for their professionalism. See you next time guys 🤗 Matteo&Sara

26/12/2024: Normally if I don't like a place I just don't go back again, but we were treated so badly that a review should be made to inform future customers of how things work in this pub and what idea they have of you when you sit at the table. Incidentally it wasn't the first time we came here. We book a large table by phone on a Saturday evening around 9pm, with the intention of having a quiet beer to celebrate a birthday. The moment we arrive we notice that the table was set with place settings, but we didn't intend to eat, so we just order drinks. The waitress (not even the owner eh, the waitress!) comes to tell us that "we had to specify that we didn't want to eat when we called, because they had refused another large table to give it to us". I would like to point out that this place is a pub and not a restaurant, so you can go to eat or drink. I would also like to point out that, if there are particular organizational issues in the pub, it is the pub's responsibility to take care of it by asking all the appropriate questions. Basically no customer, rightly, expects tables in a pub to be divided between "places to eat" and "places to drink". But let's move on: what was the point of this request of having to specify what we wanted to do during the booking? Simply to this: since it was Saturday evening they wanted to know in advance how much we intended to spend to decide whether to tell us that everything was booked or not. In short, reservations don't work based on who calls first, but based on who spends money. I understand the reasoning behind it (however blind and harmful it is for the management of a place in the long term, but let's overlook it), but they had the indecency to make us weigh it all evening. What do I care if, after me, a table of ten people wanted to eat and there was no room? Do you want me to hunt down the money that other people had to spend? But what is the reasoning? Am I responsible for the amount you have to reach by closing the cash register on Saturday evening? Like I'm basically bankrupting them. We then spent the whole evening getting dirty looks at the counter from who I imagine was the owner, since we were relatively close to the cash register. Every 15-20 minutes they spent stressing us by asking if we wanted to order something else, until we ordered some overpriced fries that we didn't even feel like eating, just to make them stop. I therefore advise those who manage reservations, for the next few times, to ask customers this question directly: "Are you going to spend a minimum of €25 per person? Otherwise change location", so we are all happy: we won't ruin a birthday by being looked at us badly and constantly pressured to order and we go somewhere else, and the one behind the counter becomes less acidic and starts to pay attention to the rest of the room too, given that the tables that eat certainly need a lot of more attention than those who they drink. In conclusion they have behaved like beggars and I strongly advise you to go and give your money to some other pub that has a minimum of respect for customers, or at least make sure that the owners are sufficiently satisfied with how much money you are spending, given that clearly they don't care about providing a good service, they only see you as an ATM, and the kindness and welcome they give you is directly proportional to how much money you give them. What is certain is that we will undoubtedly not return.

25/08/2024: The service was a little slow and they forgot to bring the pittula but the burger was very good. Too bad the fries that accompanied it were cold. A little more attention and it would be a top place

26/12/2024: Really great restaurant! We had Boxing Day lunch here and every dish fully satisfied us. The dessert buffet alone is worth the "ticket price".

05/01/2025: We take pizzas from this place because it is very attentive given that I have a celiac daughter, I have never encountered any type of problem and I have verified that they implement all the procedures safely... Deliver pizzas to your home via a RIDEREM app. The pizzas are classic Salento ones, not Neapolitan ones... Good, well leavened and well seasoned. Very friendly staff. The internal space seemed a little small to me with windows displaying slices of pizza or various rotisseries. Prices for all budgets and varied choice. RECOMMENDED continue to follow me on my travels....
