13/01/2026: I was there with my boyfriend last July, and I have to say that what I ate personally reminded me of the flavors of home, of what my grandmother used to make. Since I no longer live in Italy, it all took me back to my childhood memories. The owner of the masseria shared her passion for what she does with us, leaving us feeling truly touched. What can I say...the quality and price of the food are spot on, locally sourced! As soon as we're back in Italy, we'll be happy to return :). The cheeses are truly exceptional!!! 03/01/2026: A welcoming, family atmosphere. The owners are attentive and friendly. We went for lunch at 3:00 PM, having just arrived in Vieste, and they welcomed us with a smile. The food was excellent and the portions generous, so much so that we were happy to return.

08/03/2026: Unfortunately, there's no point in serving excellent food when you're then forced to SCREAM to converse with your guests at the table, given the screams and shouts of rude children running around the tables the entire time, with their parents completely indifferent. Unfortunately, in Vieste, when there are no tourists, this seems to be normal, as the same thing has happened to me in other places. Perhaps a separate dining room or a children's area would be a good idea. The service also isn't commensurate with the price, which is quite high. The exterior, a beautiful olive grove, deserves special mention.

23/10/2025: Review: Chalet Degli Ulivi (visit in August 2025) Unfortunately, our visit was a disappointment – ​​even though we were really looking forward to it after reading so many good reviews. The service was completely overwhelmed: only one waiter was allowed to take orders, the others seemed to wander around aimlessly, only allowed to serve or clear away. The wait was correspondingly long – and even when our glasses were long empty, no one thought to ask if we wanted something else to drink. Our child's meal arrived 20 minutes before the adults', and our plates arrived one by one with an even longer delay. Nothing is more uncomfortable than when one person at a table is already finished while another is just getting started. The playground area was also a disappointment: there was a charge, although this wasn't clearly communicated anywhere – neither on the website nor on Facebook. We came specifically for that. Food? Mediocre. The pasta and pizza were okay, the meat was actually good – but when the wrong side dishes arrive (four sad potato slices for €5 instead of fries!) and the "mixed salad" consists only of green salad, without the fennel or cucumbers as advertised, you eventually lose patience. The ambiance is nice, yes. But a beautiful wooden house alone doesn't make a good restaurant. Anyone who relies on its view instead of organization, service, and honesty won't have satisfied customers in the long run. By the way, we then had to wait another 30 minutes for the bill – a worthy end to a frustrating evening. Conclusion: Nice restaurant, unfortunately with a lot of show and little substance. Three stars – only because the meat was really good.

09/01/2026: The atmosphere is super clean, the owners are incredibly friendly and welcome customers with kindness and professionalism. And the pizza, what can I say? Soft and light dough, just the right toppings, and you can even choose a version not listed on the menu. Must try radicchio, gorgonzola, speck, and buffalo mozzarella. EXCELLENT ☺️ The pizzeria also offers a round pizza option, with reasonable prices. Well done, and thank you always ❤️

14/10/2025: Very nice place if you are in Vieste absolutely to try I recommend before the beautiful sunset, the fast service and it feels like eating at grandma's with the table under the porch, there are kittens and geckos very beautiful. The road to get to the Ranch is to be done at low speeds I having a sports car with low suspension I did not risk it. The owners are very kind

16/09/2025: Had the best, authentic meal here! So grateful for our friends Rocco and Ilaria that brought us to experience the best of Vieste! From the bruschetta, with all the options like roasted peppers, marinated eggplant and zucchini, melted caciocavallo cheese, and sun dried tomatoes to the grilled meats, everything was exquisite and so tasty! To top it off, an after dinner limoncello made with olive tree leaves 🧑‍🍳 like nothing we’ve ever tasted! We highly recommend this place if you want a genuine, rustic experience set among the olive groves of Vieste with amazing views!

15/09/2025: Going "At Sunset" is enjoying one of the most beautiful natural experiences with loved ones, but it's not just the location, the food, the service... it's the whole package. Arriving just before sunset and waiting for the most spectacular view, filling your heart and eyes with thanks to the Good Lord for His Creations, then sitting at your table and being enveloped by the aromas and flavors of the excellent cuisine and pizza, accompanied by talented and smiling staff. Highly recommended, especially for the excellent quality at reasonable prices. Compliments to all the staff, and especially Raffaele.

29/09/2025: A lovely, typical Vieste restaurant with an outdoor terrace....The cuisine is simple, but delicious. Compliments to all the staff for their politeness, kindness, and professionalism. We ate wonderfully. I recommend the mixed bruschetta; tomatoes, olive oil, and bread were fantastic. The orecchiette with turnips were mouth-watering. Excellent value for money. Thank you for everything.

If he's the owner of this cafe, it's a waste of time and nothing will change. If he's just an employee, the owner should offer him an internship. Service 0, food good.

04/09/2025: Very nice, clean, well-equipped beach... It's a shame the staff isn't very friendly and isn't very hurried. I was a bit surprised because they're all young, and I expected a better welcome. We had lunch there, but the quality of the food is a bit low. I hope you can improve, especially in your sourcing of raw materials. We've eaten several poke bowls in different countries, but they're always delicious. The others were much larger, and above all, the bread wasn't greasy and burnt like yours, but fragrant. The rice in the poke bowl was overcooked. The salad wasn't very fresh. I hope you can take inspiration from our review to improve.
