06/12/2025: I love coming to this restaurant because the quality of the meat is truly impeccable. Every time I'm amazed at how well it's cooked: tender, flavorful, and always perfectly cooked. The quality of the ingredients used is also excellent, and it shows in every dish. The owner deserves a special mention. He's extremely courteous and helpful, always ready to greet customers with a smile and do everything he can to make them feel comfortable. For me, he's become a go-to: when I want to eat well and enjoy a pleasant atmosphere, I already know where to go. Highly recommended.

18/06/2026: A truly delicious lunch! Authentic cuisine, the pasta was cooked perfectly, and the flavors complemented each other perfectly! The staff were very friendly, and the venue was well-maintained. Everything was delicious, even the desserts.

11/06/2026: First time here... and probably the last. A four-cheese platter for €30, an additional €8 for a bit of salami, and €1 for each sachet of ketchup: outrageous prices for an unsatisfactory experience. It's a shame, really. It's a shame, especially because Owner is a wonderful person. Owner is simply Proprietor. Criticism is good, when it's delivered honestly. For my part, the conversation ends here. Ad maiora semper.

27/03/2026: Osteria del grano arso is an incredible choice in Foggia. The orecchiette pugliese di grano arso, the papardelle aI funghi freschi and the pasta fresca alle verdure o legumi keep the best flavour of the most authentic Italian cuisine. Besides, their tiramisú is the best we have ever tasted. Its smoothness fascinated us. In the background the owner playing the Spanish guitar delighted us. This osteria is a must in Foggia!!

22/03/2026: Excellent service, worthy of a Michelin-starred restaurant, truly delicious cuisine made with top-quality ingredients, and a superb wine selection for all budgets, with excellent quality from the cheapest to the most expensive. Recommended for a romantic dinner or a dinner with friends for important events, the quality is truly excellent.

22/01/2026: The focus on lactose-free options was excellent, but the main courses were disappointing. I visited Dispensa in Foggia, curious about this new place for me, having not lived in the city for years. The experience was a mix of positives and decidedly subdued aspects. The caramel and salted peanut cheesecake deserves a special mention: finding a lactose-free dessert this good is not a given, and I thoroughly enjoyed it. The patatas bravas with peel and rosemary were also very good. The other courses, however, disappointed me: Scrocchiarella: being intolerant, I asked for the burrata to be removed and if it could be replaced with something else, but I was told there was nothing available. I felt like I'd put the person taking the order on the spot, and while it was a nice idea, without an alternative, the final taste was a bit bland. Tuna tataki: the plating is nice, but the corn-crusted breading was so overpowering that it completely covered the flavor of the tuna. A shame, because I was excited to try it. Fassona beef tartare: the sorest point. I'm used to bright red tartare; this one was dull (I've attached a photo), and the flavor was covered by the tomato crumble. I wasn't convinced by either the perceived freshness or the quality of the meat, which seemed almost camouflaged by the breading. Overall, the concept of the place is very nice, but for the price (including a €4 amaro), I expected a more refined balance of flavors and more prominent ingredients. I hope this provides useful feedback for improvement.

18/08/2026: We happened upon it by chance while passing through Bari and ate a fixed-price menu, available in addition to the à la carte menu. We chose simple, traditional Apulian dishes, cooked according to tradition and very tasty. The portions aren't large, but they're adequate for an all-inclusive menu of a first course, second course, side dish, bread, and water. The atmosphere could definitely be improved. We were there on July 27, 2026, when the temperature outside was 42 degrees Celsius and the air conditioning wasn't on inside (despite the split units on the walls), but there were only two floor fans, which were completely inadequate. Eating lunch with a fan in hand wasn't ideal...

05/08/2026: A total immersion in the flavors of Puglia. Quality ingredients. Generous quantities. Warm welcome and a willingness to listen to the customer's needs. Unwavering professionalism. A sense of home... Definitely worth a try!

08/08/2026: Reginella is a pizzeria that has passionately carried on the ancient tradition of pizza making for over 15 years, run by a friendly and passionate couple. The pizza is truly excellent: a special dough, light and very digestible, it doesn't leave you feeling thirsty and, in fact, makes you want to eat another! The quality-price ratio is also excellent. The owner has also received several awards over the years, including one from Gianfranco Vissani. Tradition, quality, and passion: Reginella is definitely worth a try!

08/08/2026: I went on a Friday night with some friends. I'll start by saying that I think the lack of fries is a major omission. The pizza was very good, no complaints there, but the owner showed up immediately with a rude and arrogant attitude. At the end of the evening, she even gave us the wrong change, insisting that she hadn't made a mistake and that we were just trying to take advantage of the situation, when everyone's leftovers were clearly incorrect.

07/08/2026: We came to eat pizza in 6 very good only that when we had to pay the owner did not want to divide the bill between 6 of us because she said she had no change but instead she had the cash register full of change, furthermore she gave us all the wrong change and when we came to tell this she started to sneer this thing for me it was very shocking an experience that I would not repeat.
