03/11/2025: We stayed for one night in this beautiful Masseria, and what can I say? Everything was impeccable, from the service to the attention to detail. The fireplaces adorning every single room are stunning. The welcome was warm and attentive. I felt pampered from the moment I stepped inside. The food was top-notch, and the breakfast was magnificent, plentiful with both sweet and savory options. In short, an unforgettable stay. Last but not least, the splendid two-hour spa immerses you in a magical world of pampering and relaxation. My rating is 5 stars for everything. An experience worth repeating to fully enjoy the property's many amenities!
25/10/2025: The property is nestled in a large, well-maintained green area composed of several finely renovated buildings, preserving the original character of the place.
The staff is all qualified, professional, and attentive to the needs of the guests.
The tranquility and silence are the strengths of the place. I recommend leaving your watch and cell phones outside to fully enjoy the moments of relaxation that await you.
The staff pampered us throughout, from our arrival through the spa experience and aperitif cocktail, not to mention the dinner that concluded a wonderful evening.
Thank you all from the bottom of our hearts.
If you want to unplug from a life that has become too fast, Masseria Palombara is the right place.

25/10/2025: Perfect evening, good food, excellent service, affordable price; the owners were kind, I recommend this restaurant and we will definitely return.
15/09/2025: We only had the pizza, the classic thin crust one, but it was delicious! The interior is truly beautiful and well-kept. Outside, there's a garden where various events can be celebrated. Everything is lit up with fairy lights. We'll be back!

25/08/2025: My family and I decided to have dinner one evening. Ridiculous portions...a paltry grilled meat and ridiculous side dishes (two tiny slices of zucchini and two of eggplant).
Very mediocre for a total of €64 for 4 people.
Avoid, go elsewhere.
19/08/2025: Terrible experience. Ordered 1 mixed roast (very poor), 1 roasted bombette (raw), 1 mixed appetizer in mini pebbles, 1 first course (5 gnocchi), and grilled Erudire (five mini zucchini slices and three eggplant slices).
The quality/price ratio was absolutely inadequate. Avoid.

04/10/2025: I give it 5 stars for their desire to offer something beyond local cuisine, but I recommend serving the tagliolini with truffle without cream, but simply with butter, with truffle shavings and not grated, as the recipe calls for... Unfortunately, cream kills everything.

09/02/2025: Dopo tanti anni,si conferma la maleducazione del proprietario che a quanto pare è peggiorato. Probabilmente non ha ancora capito che il lavoro a contatto con la clientela non fa per lui. Abbiamo ordinato orecchiette al sugo e ci è stato servito tutt'altro. Per non parlare dei prezzi...Per un antipasto e un primo di orecchiette
40 €. Il conto è stato fatto senza guardare il menù,calcolando anche cose che non abbiamo mangiato. Mai più. Questo è poco ma sicuro!
30/12/2024: Locale bello e accogliente, NON ordinate le pizze. Sono immangiabili. Peccato. Non lo consiglio. Con i primi piatti e i secondi il discorso cambia.

18/04/2025: Un’esperienza davvero deludente. Nessuna guida preparata, una noia pazzesca. Si parla tanto del museo delle Mummie, ma in realtà sono poche e mal conservate. Non fatevi ingannare dalle belle foto: la realtà è ben diversa. Si parla di quartiere ebraico, ma è mal mantenuto. Un vero peccato non valorizzare luoghi che, se custoditi con cura e accompagnati da guide competenti, potrebbero raccontare molto di più.

02/07/2025: La maleducazione del personale. Ordino un caffè e una tonica, il caffè lo preparano con sufficienza e lo posano da un'altra parte del bancone senza dire nulla. L'acqua tonica la versano in un bicchiere visibilmente piccolo facendolo trabordare. Una volta fatto presente la barista si gira verso il collega borbottando e solo allora hanno trovato una soluzione. Cosa pretendevano che bevessi come i cani?
