21/08/2024: We were recommended, we liked it so much that we repeated two nights in a row, it's a shame not to have more days to try everything that Mimmo has in their establishment, tender meat and delicious delicious grilled vegetables, if you are in the area be sure to visit this restaurant.

17/08/2024: Excellent pizza, friendly and efficient staff. Only the room, especially in the central compartment, requires maintenance, there is a strong smell of humidity.
For pizza in Valenzano it is an authentic discovery.

16/06/2024: Passano gli anni ma il Bistrot da Carlo non perde la sua identità : cucina genuina e prodotti freschi; preparazione sapiente dei piatti grazie allo chef/proprietario Carlo e al suo staff; locale pulitissimo e servizio eccellente. Un locale a gestione familiare che ti fa sentire a casa. Complimenti davvero.
