10/10/2025: Definitely a negative review, as expected, given what happened. I booked a table for six well in advance for this evening at 9:00 PM. When we arrived, they couldn't find the reservation. I showed them the messages they'd replied to accepting the reservation, and a waiter politely took responsibility for the mistake, promising us we'd be in after a 30-minute wait. We waited until 10:10 PM, and I let them know we'd be leaving.
After so much positive publicity, and having brought friends from Bari specifically for this, unfortunately, it turned out that way. I've already tried the food and it's delicious, so I'll be more than honest in my review. It's a shame because I really wanted to give everything 5 stars!

26/07/2025: For me, this is the number one bakery in Triggiano. The atmosphere is clean and the staff are friendly. Besides the truly excellent focaccia, they also make fantastic panzerotti, excellent bread, and fabulous tarts. Congratulations, keep it up!

27/08/2025: I paid €2.50 for a baked panzerotto and €2 for a fried one, but I was totally disappointed by the size: truly tiny. I'd say half the size of the standard Apulian panzerotti I'm used to. A steal!

19/10/2025: Saturday evening at Zucchero in Triggiano: simply perfect! Superb atmosphere, spectacular desserts as always. Yesterday, the bartender was there too, and his cocktails really elevated the evening—well done and incredibly creative!
A huge thank you to Angela, who is truly a guarantee: professional, smiling, and always ready to make every customer feel welcome. She's a go-to for me every time I return to Zucchero. Kudos to the entire staff!
17/10/2025: A very elegant venue, with indoor and outdoor seating, located in a modern square. Customers are greeted warmly and the service is prompt. I enjoyed an excellent coffee and croissant. In my opinion, it's the perfect place to start the day or enjoy a refreshing break. The prices are fair and commensurate with the quality of the products.

29/06/2025: I made the mistake of ordering a pizza with Neapolitan dough. The result was a pizza made with double dough that was even double and practically raw. Under the mozzarella the dough was still raw. It is not possible that you sit down to relax for 20 minutes to enjoy a holy pizza and instead be disappointed. My advice is not to ask for Neapolitan dough. My advice for the restaurateur is not to offer it. I could have said it at the time but the suggestion of remaking the pizza makes me uncomfortable, instead the restaurateur should know every single dish of his restaurant. It is part of the job. Probably if I had ordered a classic "Barese" pizza it would have been very good.

24/03/2025: È stato un po' difficile trovare il locale, per noi era la prima volta che andavamo. Locale pulito, carino, personale molto gentile ed educato. Molto buona la tagliata,cotta come da noi richiesto, buona e fresca la salsiccia e le bombette scelte. Tutto buono. Rapporto qualità prezzo un po' alto rispetto alla media.
