17/09/2025: During our stopover, we had a delicious pizza outside. It was quiet and cozy. The staff was friendly. Everything was perfect.

03/09/2025: I ordered a Margherita pizza with stracciatella and sausage. When it arrived, I was amazed. It was completely white and full of milk, just how I like it! Compared to other pizzerias that make absolutely awful pizzas. The rest of the flavor was exceptional, everything fresh. I've tried other pizzas, too, and they're all good. I also ordered the mousse, and it came with whipped cream and sugar decorations. A wonderful place. The service and staff were friendly and welcoming. Highly recommended!

05/10/2025: If you've never been to Gravina, go visit the guys at Porta Centrale. Great customer service, but above all, an exceptional pizza... soft and made with quality ingredients. But if pizza isn't what you're looking for, the menu offers excellent alternatives. We'll be back, especially because it's one of the few places that offers a variety of kids' options on the menu. 21/09/2025: Stumbled on this cafe on way to Ponte Aquedotto (the 007 No Time to Die bridge scene ◡̈) Very clean and bright, friendly and attentive staff, and nice loos ◡̈ We had coffee and Cannoli and both were very tasty. All cakes homemade - what a treat ◡̈ Very cheap compared to UK too - puts us to shame!

22/08/2025: Worst bar I've ever been to. I ordered a simple croissant, arrived ten minutes later, and of course it was gone. But the worst part was the arrogance and mockery: the girl serving, instead of admitting her mistake, had the nerve to make up a pathetic excuse, insulting the customer's intelligence. There's no respect or professionalism here: zero organization, zero seriousness, zero credibility. A place that allows itself to treat customers like this deserves nothing more than to close. Avoid it like the plague: there are a thousand better places where they won't mock you or humiliate you for a croissant.

09/09/2025: We're originally from the area, and since we still have relatives nearby, we often return in the summer. With fond memories of a dinner there in 2019, we decided to return to what, at the time, seemed like an excellent restaurant with excellent value. We booked for 1:00 PM. Once we arrived, the place looked exactly as we remembered. As soon as we were seated, we weren't presented with a menu. Perhaps out of naivety or trust, we believed they had the same fixed menu for everyone like years ago. The appetizers arrived: a rather anonymous selection of cold cuts, pancetta, salami, and a parmigiana terrine. Nothing like the flavors and quality we remembered. At 1:30 PM, the place was full. At that point, the waiter asked us for patience: the kitchen would "align" with the other tables that had just arrived. We, convinced there was a fixed menu, understood and patiently accepted, even though it seemed strange. From here on, a frenzy like never before began. Because the kitchen was open, most of the diners could see what was happening inside. A constant coming and going of people seemingly unrelated to the staff, laughter, jokes, confusion. The staff seemed completely disconnected from reality, as if they didn't even own the place. Some customers got up to get water themselves (perhaps all relatives?). The cooks looked agitated. A package of pasta was opened and fell to the floor (let's hope it wasn't the same pasta we ate later). Meanwhile, the diners in the dining room, growing increasingly impatient, awaited the first course. The waiter's only comment was: "Don't look at me, it's only 3:30, we've only just started." At 3:30, the first course finally arrived: orecchiette with a single piece of cardoncello mushroom each. The table behind us finds a piece of plastic on their plate, which turns out to be part of the pasta packaging, as the waiter himself admitted (and the question of the fallen pasta returns). Meanwhile, two impatient tables ask for the bill and leave; we do the same, explaining that we've been there since 1 PM and that we need to get back to start preparing for our trip home. The waiter, in a rude and indifferent tone, "invites" us to stay because "everything is arriving," and also tells us to say hello to his aunt (up north), as if to say "Hello to so...". Convinced to get up, in 10 minutes they bring us EVERYTHING AT THE SAME TIME: 1) a second "taste" of the first course each with asparagus 2) 8 strips of tagliata to share between three, so tough that not even the dog wanted them. On the side, old and wilted arugula, probably forgotten in the fridge. 3) 1 pineapple and peach segment each. 4) 3 reheated puff pastry pastries. Finally, we were presented with a receipt listing the total of 120 euros, with no details about the menu chosen, only the "cover charge" section. Feeling nervous, we politely asked if he thought the service was 40 euros per person. He responded, "You ate everything, the price should be even more." I'll spare you the final details for privacy reasons and unprovable insinuations, but nevertheless, with great difficulty and always with a general sense of rudeness, we finally managed to smooth out the cost situation and bring out the menu (because there is a menu!) with the words "NEW MANAGEMENT" written on it. The menu offers various options, starting from 18 euros up to 40. Probably mistaking us for passing tourists, they saw us as a classic cash cow. Given the QUALITY, the TREATMENT RECEIVED, and the cost, we can only say: AVOID THIS PLACE LIKE THE PLAGUE. Catering is a whole different ballgame! And if you're someone who can't stand rudeness and arrogance, avoid it twice. We, with no small effort, kept our cool and handled everything diplomatically, but between the arrogant responses and sarcastic jokes, I assure you it was truly difficult not to completely lose our temper.

05/09/2025: Small but well-maintained. Excellent food. Appetizers with a wide selection of well-prepared local products. Friendly staff, always ready to answer any questions. We tried a wonderful homemade fig compote. Delicious desserts.

15/09/2025: In the center, adjacent to the square and near the municipal park, in an excellent central location. A unique medieval-style restaurant. Artù's platter is very good: tasty and tender arrosticini, delicious bean and potato soup with mortadella, excellent sgagliozze with stracciatella and walnuts, excellent Gravina football with good honey, and finally the tasty but perhaps a little dry legs. The platter is obviously accompanied by a delicious Ciccio, enough to feed two. A wide variety of beers are available. Friendly and helpful service. We'll definitely be back.

15/09/2025: Themed, well-kept, and spacious atmosphere. You can also enjoy board games to while away the evening after dinner. As for dinner, the extensive menu caters to all tastes. Pizzas, sandwiches, piadinas, salads, and main courses are all good quality and generous in quantity.

30/08/2025: Finally, something different. The food is excellent, and the staff is friendly and helpful. The potatoes are a must-try. There are, however, a few things to consider. The lack of lactose-free ingredients (not mandatory, of course, but available in almost every restaurant in the country) and the additional charge for a substitution. Charging a surcharge for substituting one ingredient for another isn't fair, I think. I had to replace the stracciatella with buffalo mozzarella due to an intolerance, and I was charged the surcharge as if it were an add-on.

18/08/2025: We came here out of curiosity to try the "Patein Scorz e tutt," and that's exactly what we were. A lovely place with welcoming and courteous staff. After a very short wait, the potatoes we ordered arrived: exceptional, incredibly flavorful, prepared with undeniably high-quality ingredients. Draft beer at just the right temperature in appropriate glasses. Finally, for dessert, the sweet pettule. Honestly, we're satisfied with everything and will return one day, perhaps to try the other dishes. Congratulations.
