Zukünftig müssen sich alle anderen Pizzas mit den MEGA tollen aus dem Conte messen lassen.....
Absolute Weltklasse,,,wir werden noch öfters dort Essen.....

04/10/2025: While passing through Conversano for 3 days, we went to the center looking for a restaurant for the evening. We discovered this small restaurant with a very pleasant setting! A very warm welcome, and after talking with I think the owner, who showed us her menu using her phone to translate the dishes. Well, I highly recommend it, very good food and very good presentation with excellent local wines. Very good food, reasonable prices, it was perfect for us.

A welcoming place, but a bit noisy due to the close-packed tables and the stone walls.
In any case, the pizza was good, and the takeout service was true to its promise, delivering within the expected time.
31/08/2025: It's always a good thing. Excellent pizza, well-leavened and well-topped with top-quality ingredients. The waiters are young and always very attentive, helpful, and quick. Good value for money.

If you say you're prepared when you book, I expect you to be fully prepared.

23/09/2025: Worst place we’ve had dinner in Italy. Wine tasted like fish, servings were ridiculously tiny and prices were like a fancy restaurant (with a nasty small kitchen). They even brought some old bread we were almost finishing our food.
“Terrace” is in the highest floor but no views.
Decided not to order everything else after 50eur (2 person) of almost no food and went to have pizza to another place, avoid this restaurant please!
12/09/2025: We ate here a few days ago and weren't exactly thrilled. Everything was chaotic and sometimes downright strange. We still had a nice evening, but I'd pass on this restaurant next time.

24/08/2025: A historic bar in a very central location where you can find artisanal ice cream passed down from generation to generation. The service is relaxed, but this is partly due to the age of the owners, but overall I recommend everyone try Pierino's ice cream for its quality and authentic artisanal flavours...recommended.
15/08/2025: People who shouldn't work in the public sector: while I was quickly choosing an ice cream cake because the lady was listing the flavors in a flash, she even clapped her hands in my face in a rush, saying she couldn't waste time (previous customers had already been served and there were few customers present). When I replied that this was absolutely not the way to behave and that such behavior should not be allowed with anyone, her husband refused to sell the cake. This shouldn't happen in any job; the context is even more absurd: they aren't saving lives! It would be helpful to report this incident to the mayor of Conversano and inform him of the hospitality his establishments provide. A wonderful calling card for the city. The customers in the bar were completely incredulous and showed their solidarity with me.

07/09/2025: A terrible experience, one not to be repeated. Extremely slow service, unjustified given the hour (9:00 PM) and the many tables still free, but above all, disregard for the order in which customers arrived. Leaving aside the dissatisfaction over minor issues, we ordered only two pizzas for my sister and I, both of whom are lactose intolerant, with the explicit request to replace the mozzarella fiordilatte with buffalo mortadella (which was duly paid for separately on the final bill). What could have happened? Did the pizza chef misread the order or deliberately ignore the request? The fact is, we both began to feel the effects late in the evening and are still suffering the consequences. I suggest they be much more careful with these types of requests, because making your customers feel unwell not only creates bad publicity for the restaurant, but could also have serious consequences for the unfortunate ones.

11/06/2025: Ristorante economico per chi non ha pretese. Buoni i primi ma lascia perdere gli antipasti (immangiabile) e secondi. Tutto surgelato specie la frittura di pesce, spacciano il pesce persico (credo/spero) per baccalà. È una fortuna se sono uscito indenne da un pranzo completo
11/06/2025: Siamo stati a mangiare la carne , siamo stati accolti con simpatia e gentilezza abbiamo mangiato dell’ottima carne e anche una buona pizza …. Il personale sempre molto attento e gentile …. Un ambiente sereno con ottimo cibo …. Ci ritorneremo

31/05/2025: Abbiamo festeggiato il nostro matrimonio, il cibo è stato eccezionale, ricco di gusto innovativo e allo stesso tempo tradizionale pugliese. Servizio top, simpatia e gentilezza. Il direttore Pasquale ci ha accolti e ha curato ogni dettaglio. Atmosfera da sogno! Si festeggia immersi nella natura! Camera sposi top e comoda! Tutto meraviglioso!
28/05/2025: Non esistono parole abbastanza grandi per esprimere la nostra gratitudine e l’emozione vissuta a Masseria Santa Chiara il giorno del nostro matrimonio, il 25 maggio 2025. È stato tutto semplicemente perfetto: un sogno diventato realtà.
La location è un incanto.
Ci ha colpito sin dalla prima visita, quando eravamo alla ricerca della location.
Quel giorno appena mettemmo piede all’ingresso, io e mio marito ci guardammo negli occhi e non avemmo dubbi, era lei che dovevamo scegliere!
Immersa nella campagna pugliese, elegante ma autentica, con scorci mozzafiato tra ulivi secolari e pietra bianca, ha saputo regalarci un’atmosfera magica, calda e accogliente. Ogni angolo della masseria racconta una storia, ed è stato lo sfondo ideale per un giorno che porteremo nel cuore per sempre.
Un ringraziamento speciale va a Pasquale, il titolare: una persona eccezionale, presente, attenta, sempre disponibile e con una passione autentica per il suo lavoro. Ci ha seguiti con professionalità e cuore sin dal primo incontro, facendoci sentire da subito in famiglia e trasformando ogni nostra idea in realtà. Ci ha anche aiutato con utili spunti e suggerimenti quando avevamo delle indecisioni.
Lo staff è stato impeccabile: professionale, sorridente e perfettamente coordinato. L’organizzazione è stata fluida e curata in ogni dettaglio, lasciandoci liberi di goderci ogni momento senza preoccupazioni.
Il cibo è stato un vero trionfo: piatti ricercati, abbondanti e dal sapore genuino, che hanno conquistato tutti gli invitati. Abbiamo ricevuto complimenti da tutti i nostri invitati per la qualità del banchetto!
La Masseria Santa Chiara non è solo una splendida location, è un luogo dove ci si sente accolti, ascoltati e valorizzati. Dove ogni dettaglio conta e ogni emozione viene amplificata.
Grazie di cuore a Pasquale e a tutto il suo meraviglioso team per averci regalato una giornata che custodiremo per sempre tra i nostri ricordi più belli.
Voto: 10 e lode. La sceglieremmo altre mille volte!
