29/11/2024: Sono stata da Amare' per festeggiare il mio compleanno e siamo rimasti tutti soddisfatti. Gli antipasti sia crudi che cotti sono stati ottimi, preparati tutti con prodotti freschissimi . Uno dei due primi era costituito da una pasta ripiena con cacio e pepe, una fonduta di caciocavallo , con salsa di datterino giallo e una tartare di pesce davvero eccezionale. Personale gentile e professionale nel consigliare e descrivere le varie portate.

17/10/2024: Scoperto tramite il nostro host… tutto buonissimo, i crudi spettacolari. Mai mangiato il polpo crudo così come i carpacci di scorfano, orata e triglie. Come secondo il filetto di San Pietro al forno. I ragazzi molto gentili e simpatici, un plauso a Cristian ed ai suoi 18 anni. Abbiamo concluso con sorbetto di limone ed altre prelibatezze! Complimenti xche ci torneremo sicuramente. Grazie mille 🤩

14/10/2024: Abbiamo festeggiato il nostro anniversario di matrimonio in questa splendida location. Posto meraviglioso immerso nelle splendide campagne di Conversano.Ideale per chi vuole passare una giornata in completo relax. Pranzo superlativo con portate di eccellente qualità con materie prime ovviamente a km 0. Tutto molto buono ma in particolare gli antipasti a baste di melanzane e il fagottino al pesto. Risotto agli asparagi e caciocavallo delicatissimo. Servizio impeccabile educato e cortese in particolare la Sig.ra Luisa è stata gentilissima e simpaticissima. Consigliato assolutamente

02/12/2024: So last night I booked a table for three, a nice atmosphere, kind waiters, my Ciccio caprese arrived where I had requested modifications, that is, to remove the mozzarella and add raw ham, I didn't even eat it until I finished it, I started having cramps in my stomach, after less than 10 minutes the friend who was sitting with me who had had a pizza with raw ham also starts to have cramps but it doesn't end there because at the time of the bill in addition to paying for my Ciccio caprese in full so 8 euros although at the time of the order I had the mozzarella removed I had an addition of 3 euros on the raw ham so for a total of 11 euros. I'll give you two pieces of advice: first, check your raw ham because it was the only ingredient that my friend and I had in common, unlike the third person sitting with us who took a totally different pizza and in fact had nothing and secondly I advise you to review the prices of additions/substitutions for a moment since in my case I replaced one ingredient with another.

28/10/2024: A cena con dei colleghi lavoro, abbiamo mangiato portate di un menù unico. I piatti hanno un'ottima presentazione e anche gusti e sapori eccellenti. Materie prime di qualità. Il personale, ovviamente, molto professionale e la location è fantastica. Essendo ospite non posso recensire il costo. Merita una seconda visita.

25/10/2024: Un restaurante simplemente excelente! Platos increíbles, una maravillosa e inusual combinación de sabores. Muy buen maridaje de vinos. Servicio amable y excelente. Un sumiller muy profesional y atento. Tienen una estrella Michelin, yo tranquilamente daría al menos una más.

21/08/2024: Excellent bakery!! Super good products, practical to take to the beach, the takeaway coffee is just as good. The polpettes are excellent and the focaccia even more so. You have to go there, you won't regret it
