21/03/2026: First time here, even though I'm from Castellana. I was initially skeptical because of some negative reviews. But... I have to change my mind. All my friends were delighted. Excellent pizza, generous salads. The place is very hot and the staff are polite. They deserve five stars for everything because I also believe they are human beings, and if the pizza sometimes isn't good, you have to understand the cause and always give them the opportunity to make amends. We'll definitely be back, and many compliments to all the staff. ❤️

15/03/2026: I liked this place, I liked everything about it... the pizza, the beer, the staff. Well, after last night... I don't like it anymore. I feel sorry for my friend who was so keen to take me there. The pizza was overcooked and inedible (the manager said: "I have problems with the firewood!"... but the pizza, or rather, the pizzas, were left on the table). Table service dropped to a crawl, and the bill skyrocketed. Note to the owner: when you offer liqueurs or coffee, they're not added to the bill, especially after a blunder like last night's "firewood problem."

04/04/2026: We visited the caves and stopped here for convenience. The staff were friendly and welcoming. The food, if you're not demanding, isn't bad.

08/03/2026: What can I say, an amazing evening! Like being at home, with the difference of being served carefully crafted and original food. Yes, because you're eating our good food that the whole world loves... but revisited, with a slight twist that makes it original and the surprise is immediate. Dishes that speak of our territory, of our traditions, with a different perspective. The staff has a certain kindness that puts even those who can't control their diffidence at ease. With Jonny, the owner, we planned the evening and immediately agreed. We made a number and ate our fill, considering how many of us there were... The plates came back clean, in fact, the waiter said they'd be expecting us soon😂. Then, because of the number reached, they even reserved an exclusive space for us. In short, like being at home, once you're finished, you're free to clean up and off to new horizons... "A kukhè"😂👍👋

21/10/2025: The staff is very welcoming and friendly, and thankfully so!!! The hotel is so sad... Everything is cold and dark. Is it because it's autumn? The rooms have minimal amenities for a 4-star hotel. Not even a kettle to make tea, which you'll have to ask for at the bar and pay for. Yes, it really is a bar, this empty and dark place; you just have to ask at reception, who will then come and serve you. Let's talk a little about the soundproofing; no need to strain your ears, you'll be able to participate in the conversations in the adjoining rooms as if you were there. You'd think the walls were made of cardboard... Breakfast is a disaster, there's nothing... ask for bread, and you'll have to wait 10 minutes, the same goes for the croissants, which are displayed in groups of three, not one more for the entire room. There are lots of cakes, stale, since they're brought out every day until they run out. On the positive side, the restaurant is very good and excellent value for money. The bedding is also very good and everything is clean. Very few positive elements for this hotel which is hardly worth more than 2 stars. Thank you to all the staff for their welcome, smiles and kindness. They all deserve credit for working in such a sad place. Luckily there are a few cats outside who brighten up this place...

15/10/2025: Friendly and helpful staff. Just steps from the caves but far from the center. We were able to enjoy the spa area exclusively; it was small but perfect for relaxing. The rooms could use a makeover. Overall, we had a great weekend.

12/10/2025: A small (fabulous) cocktail before noon, a very warm welcome, an attentive server, excellent value for money. We recommend it.
