16/10/2025: Excellent and refined dishes, a charming atmosphere, and polite and friendly owners. The main dining room is all white stone, tastefully and simply furnished. The tagliolini with truffle were truly delicious, as was the presentation, with the dusting of shaved truffle. They offered us two starters with truly excellent selections. I highly recommend it.

The reception hall was beautiful and well-maintained. The entire service was super friendly. Special thanks to Vito (the manager) and Consuelo. They were incredibly friendly and made me feel pampered from start to finish. They fulfilled my every request. Highly recommended!

20/01/2026: I visited this place on December 31st. Everything was well organized: good food, efficient service, simple but elegant atmosphere, helpful and kind management....in short, I definitely recommend it and will return. Congratulations!
13/12/2025: We were there for a birthday. The appetizers were very good, the first courses excellent.
The room was very large, you could get lost in it.

11/01/2026: I went with my family and we had a great time, the food was excellent, especially the grilled mushrooms.
03/01/2026: I requested a home delivery, they were very kind on the phone, punctual for the delivery time, the pizzas and the requested appetizer arrived hot and above all everything very good, the pizza was top and also the appetizers, the guy who made the delivery was very kind and precise, I recommend it to anyone who wants to eat well.

17/11/2025: My experience at this restaurant was unfortunately ruined by the owner's behavior. During my visit, I witnessed behaviors that I found truly unprofessional: arrogant tones, rude attitudes, and a way of addressing the staff that made everyone, including customers, feel uncomfortable.
Beyond the quality of the food, I believe the way a team is managed speaks volumes about a place, and in this case, the atmosphere was heavy and unwelcoming. It wasn't the experience I expected, and honestly, I don't plan on returning.
03/10/2025: We celebrated a family event, a table for 50 people. We opted for an aperitif under the oak tree beforehand and a dinner with the Agriturismo Formula afterward. The food was excellent and generous portions, the service impeccable, and the staff helpful and courteous. A great first experience. We'll definitely be back.

02/01/2026: Had a lovely day yesterday. I had a great time thanks to the excellent entertainers and the reasonably good food. My only complaint about the atmosphere was that it was a bit chilly. I'd definitely repeat the experience.

30/01/2025: Questo ristorante tanto rinomato ha deluso le nostre aspettative, menù fisso ,con portate abbondanti ma scadenti,soprattutto per i primi e che dire dei dolci,da supermercato,ma il pezzo forte è il pesce crudo,tutti con una terribile gastroenterite con vomito e febbre.Pranzo da dimenticare

04/08/2025: La qualità del cibo di domenica a pranzo è piuttosto scarsa, probabilmente avanzi del sabato. La cosa peggiore è il servizio, lento e approssimativo nelle informazioni sul menù. Al contrario il prezzo non è altrettanto basso. Buono per un aperitivo o caffè al volo.
03/08/2025: Non entusiasta di questa pizzeria.. partendo dal personale poco educato fatta eccezione di una ragazza molto cordiale e disponibile, la pizza sotto la norma e con prezzi esorbitanti..punto di forza è la natura che la fa da padrona..ci ritornerei solo per l'aria fina..

14/04/2025: Sono stata a cena sabato sera, da bari ci siamo spostati a Cassano Murge è stata una sorpresa, crudo di mare eccezionale, quantità di portate importate, abbiamo dovuto interrompere xchè eravamo troppo sazi, rapporto qualità prezzo ottimo super consigliato, non vedo l’ora di ritornare!
05/03/2025: Pesce fresco e buono. Locale in stile medievale antico, bellissimo!. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. Servizio cordiale e disponibile.

09/03/2025: Location interna molto carina con travi a vista, fuori invece lo proverò d’estate visto che sono andata in inverno. Cucina molto semplice a conduzione familiare, piatti semplici e gustosi. Pizza ottima, tutto molto buono, ottimi prezzi. Da ritornare. Personale cordiale.
