06/08/2024: Heerlijk ijs. De ijssalon ligt een beetje verscholen maar heeft het beste ijs van de omgeving! Prijs/kwaliteit is ook prima.
Dus: heb je zin in een lekker ijsje dan moet je hier zijn!

Always worth a visit

Dogs are also very welcome and the table next to us was even kept free!

We loved this moment in love.
24/08/2024: I chose this place because it had high ratings, unfortunately I don't share this thought.
I only tried the restaurant:
As an appetizer we took a platter of cheeses which were cut really too thin, as first courses a tomato risotto with aubergines which had no flavor and the linguine with fish which had NO salt. It's okay that salt is bad for you but...
In this case I didn't like the waitress's response (among other things, really kind and therefore unexpected), as she questioned the observation made by my mother, underlining that they had already been made to another customer and he hadn't made comments..
It's not a place I would return to.

16/06/2024: Very good experience 👌 the waitress was nice and helpful with everything, even by translating the menu. We could order meals late (it was probably around 1 or 2 pm). The kitchen was still running, and we were served very fast !
The cocktail was perfect (Hugo), and everyone loved their food. Thank you so much for the good service 😚🤗

01/12/2024: Abbiamo organizzato una gita al lago, e cercando per Baveno, abbiamo trovato questo.piccolo ristorantino. Ci siamo innamorati dell' atmosfera, piccolo e raccolto e molto curato..una bomboniera.
Cibo impeccabile, dal pane, agli antipasti, ai primi, al secondo e per finire i dolci.
Tutto il personale estremamente disponibile ed educato.
Consigliatissimo!
25/11/2024: Super hyggeligt lille sted med sjæl, charme, god mad og rimelige priser. Været her flere gange og det er lige fantastisk hver gang.

31/10/2024: Based on the reviews online and for the relatively high price, we expected more.
Huge portions, nothing special in terms of taste. My husband's meat was tough, probably reheated. My gnocchi was kind of tasteless.
The service was attentive, the atmosphere was very nice.
There are certainly better restaurants in Baveno. In our opinion not recommended

24/07/2024: We loved this hotel. Paola, its owner, is infinitely kind, the building is very beautiful, its location is perfect for discovering Lake Maggiore and Lake Orta. The view as well as the direct access to the lake are unique. A paradise. We will come back.

17/08/2024: I had dinner with a splendid lake view, delicious and abundant dishes, very kind and helpful owners and staff.
14/08/2024: Dream location with breathtaking views of the lake. Small balcony ideal for admiring the view. Helpful and attentive staff.
Special mention to the man from Night Shift (Friday August 9) who came to help us because the air conditioning had broken down, thank you very much!

27/08/2024: This place definitely has potential. Great patio set up and a few tables on cute little balconies. Service was very slow as many other reviewers have commented on, a few very junior staff members who seemed to need more training.
Food quality was ok, but would have expected more for the price.

26/08/2024: This restaurant was well designed with a high quality service. The ambiance was great and they have a secluded, private courtyard where you can eat, and the table was well decorated. the service was great, with friendly waiters who were willing to give great reccomendations which were unique to the restaurant even if they were cheaper. The food was really nice and it was definitely the best restaurant we went to on our holiday.

01/10/2024: We organized a very complex event at the Ferraiolo Sporting Club on 24 September for 200 people, managers of restaurants in the UK, a huge success thanks to everyone's professionalism and particularly the owner Daniele. I really recommend this location for events. The enchanting place, the flexibility and quality of catering, the staff and welcome, the quality of the service!
11/09/2024: Visited for a corporate event, I made a nice discovery about the ambience and top food, the only flaw was the cold shower, perhaps also due to the high number of people present

Avevo lasciato la mia sciarpa (di un noto ed importante brand) incustodita ed è sparita.
Mai più rinvenuta….
31/08/2024: Ci siamo fatti attrarre dalle recensioni (degli stranieri) abbastanza positive ... In realtà una delusione ... Prezzi altissimi un ombrellone e due lettini 40€, pranzo un piatto di pasta semplice 20€, bevande 3'50 € una spiaggia di sassi tra le più brutte che abbia visto sul lago ... Non credo che torneremo più

17/08/2024: Great meal in a lovely setting. I had the beef carpaccio for starter (a very generous portion) and my husband had the cheese. For main course, I had rabbit loin (beautifully tender) and my husband had steak. We shared a decent bottle of wine, water and also had bread. Total bill was 125€ which was very reasonable.
12/08/2024: En restaurant hvor organisationen blandt tjenere og køkken gik helt skævt.
For lang ventetid for at bestille. Til gengæld kom hovedret for hurtigt efter forretten.
Forretter udmærkede. Hovedretter intetsigende.
Bestilte desserter, men gik efter 30 minutter.... Måske blev vi glemt, som flere andre. Har aldrig hørt en tjener undskylde overfor så mange gæster.

18/09/2024: aaa bad service, they are never open, I went and it was closed, they literally decide when to open. I just came here just to get my oreo ice cream, I drove 10km to get here and it was closed, I was terrible because I wanted my damn ice cream, now I'm dying from the heat. Recommend me another ice cream shop where there is Oreo flavour, plz (I'm from Verbania)😓🙏🏼
