31/08/2024: It's not the first time we've come to visit the owner of this place, so it's absolutely nothing new. But if possible this evening they outdid themselves. High quality food.... I honestly don't know what else I could add to compliment this place.... Absolutely worth trying for anyone who hasn't already been there.

07/12/2024: The Piedmontese trattoria is one of the restaurants I love most, I even celebrated my membership with them, excellent food, tasty and quality, everything well looked after and treated in the best possible way. The appetizers are truly unique and tasty. The former make the taste buds dance, not to mention the latter, a unique rush of flavours. Friendly, polite and helpful staff, compliments to the owner's niece who knows how to welcome and pamper the customer from start to finish. Thank you I will be back and I will be back very soon.

04/12/2024: Really delicious food, generous portions, we definitely weren't hungry, we had a great time, we had two really delicious focaccias. And the extraordinary agnolotti with sauce are obviously roasted. Extraordinary tartare we also took a classic veal with tuna sauce, very generous portion. Very large and really good desserts We intend to return before we leave, it made a wonderful impression on us. Top Piedmontese restaurant!!!

26/11/2024: Beautiful experience! Savuré is a restaurant-pasta factory with a very effective formula: you choose the type of pasta (obviously artisanal) and add the sauce you want. At the entrance, we were greeted by the very kind staff, who immediately brought us a sample of ravioli and a basket of fried pasta with tomato paste, truly delicious! In addition to the pasta, all the products are really good, from the bruschetta to the dessert. The craft beer is also highly recommended, truly exceptional. Small gem, for a very small surcharge you will be served a generous portion of pasta! Last, but not least, the price: really competitive, unexpected for the quality and quantity of the product. Top food, top service, top price. Highly recommended!

29/07/2024: We had dinner at this restaurant in July 2024. The wine list, which already starts with a few bottles on the list, was almost all sold out so we took what was there. The wine was opened elsewhere (not at the table in front of the customer) and was poured to all the guests who immediately realized that the wine was spoiled. Obviously they changed the bottle. The same incident happened to the table next to ours 10 minutes later. Wine management, presentation, opening and service certainly need improvement. I then took the Vintage Menu: the portions, especially those of the joke and the ribbon, were excessively small. This should be specified and made clear to the customer before ordering. Cheek and sweet nothing sensational. The service is certainly kind and friendly and tries to give its best towards the customer. Would I recommend it and/or go back? No.

21/08/2024: Nice refuge located at around 2,100 meters and 2 km from the start of the Monterotta walk. About twenty seats indoors and about forty on the tables outside. Fairly fast service and good quality of food. Reduced menu (usually 4 starters, 3 first courses, 3/4 second courses, 3/4 desserts) made up almost entirely of typical dishes. The owner is legendary, an elderly lady who keeps everyone moving, customers and employees alike. Fairly low prices. It is almost mandatory to book. Advised.

20/08/2024: Place with an enchanting view reachable with a nice walk from Sestrieres. In my opinion, however, the prices are a little too high, considering the fairly limited menu to choose from, even if, I understand, we are at more than 2000 meters above sea level in the middle of the mountain and you can't give more. Furthermore, the polenta concia, characteristic of the restaurant, was not available. The desserts were exquisite.

29/11/2024: Small but very cute, the food is very good

29/11/2024: I went on a November day to have a quick and cheap meal but at the same time not eat low quality things. I was lucky. I found the right place in this Piccolo Ristoro restaurant in the center of Turin in via Principi d'Acaja. The environment is not large. In fact, the restaurant is not called small for nothing :-) few seats but the service is fast and the quality of the food is not bad, just right for what you pay. You can choose the first courses for €7, the usual second courses for €9 and the trio dish which includes first course and second side dish for 12 euros. Desserts aside for a cost of €4.90, coffee costing €1, I would say the prices are absolutely honest. What can I say, a nice reference for good food at a great price, we will definitely be back.

09/11/2024: The pastas and tweezers are simply spectacular; The texture of the preparation of each dish and the combination of flavors are very well balanced; The portions per person are very generous, and the service is fantastic. On the other hand, the desserts and cakes are magnificent, the crunchiness of some, the softness of the creams and the balance of flavor make each bite unmatched 🤤 A place that you cannot miss!

02/11/2024: Great experience! Cozy, clean and familiar place. Friendly and helpful owner. Typical Piedmontese cuisine and Sicilian dishes, a perfect combination! I recommend the caponata and the braised meat, impeccable! Good choice of wines. I highly recommend a stop in this tavern, very good!

03/08/2024: Trained, helpful and kind staff, we ate two very good first courses. We will definitely be back! 5 stars on everything. 4 years ago, this was our review. But with this evening I don't think we will go back again, we changed two tables because the tablecloths were dirty, asked for Coca-Cola in a can which arrived on tap, asked for half a liter of sparkling water, the large one arrived, the boy even got pissed off when it was done to him notice the mistake. We speak because we have been doing this job for 15 years, we know that it is hard, but we are paid to serve people. The customer is not always right, on the contrary! We know well that there are rude and rude people, but not us, also because we had been customers for several years. Patience Good job guys! Always wear a mask when you work, it is used to fill the fridge, but also to pay for a few days off.

Our server let slip that he worked for 20 years at vintage 1997, which you can tell. Chef must be of (near) equal stature. Do yourself a favor and eat here.
