Everything else is the usual: very clean, the staff is friendly and well-trained. The food is excellent, and every dish is carefully prepared.

The dishes were very good, predominantly Sicilian, with a focus on flavor. The service was adequate, neither fast nor slow. Just the right amount of time to enjoy the food and the company. The price was consistent with the quality we tasted. We'll be back. I recommend trying it.

The menu is extensive and will satisfy those seeking Piedmontese—and Moncalieri—traditional dishes, with a menu dedicated to the famous "Trippa di Moncalieri" (Moncalieri Tripe)—as well as those who appreciate modern interpretations without going overboard. The wine list meets expectations and is fully in line with the culinary offerings, although perhaps a little overpriced. The dishes are beautifully presented, tastefully prepared, and the portions, while not abundant, are completely satisfying. It's not a cheap place, but it's adequate for the quality of the offerings. The restaurant is meticulously maintained down to the smallest details. The urban setting doesn't favor it compared to similarly priced options, quite the opposite... while the easy parking in Piazza del Mercato, just a few meters away, is a definite plus, except during periods when the city organizes events at the nearby PalaExpo.

Deli counter for meat eaters (chicken curry, meatloaf, braised meats) and vegan options (veggie meatballs). Omelettes, flans, vegetables, hummus of all kinds, bunets, and tiramisu. In short, bring a wheelbarrow and indulge. A welcoming and friendly place, the two girls are charming, and the chef is friendly and generous with his explanations. All three are priceless.

11/03/2026: This restaurant is located in the historic center of Moncalieri, in a beautiful, characteristic square. The owners are fantastic, two extraordinary men, one in the kitchen and the other in the dining room. Friendliness, elegance, expertise, and professionalism are the hallmarks. I've eaten the best Piedmontese dishes at this restaurant, from veal with tuna sauce to plin pasta with roast beef sauce, all excellent both in terms of the cooking and the quality of the ingredients. We also tried the Piedmontese Fassona beef tartare, the onion soup, and for a sweet finish, a fantastic hot zabaglione with meringue biscuits. Everything is homemade, even the pasta and desserts. The wines are local and high-quality. A wonderful place, both for the owners and the food, a must-try.

23/02/2026: Pizzeria La Baita is a trattoria-pizzeria, we went there for a pizza, there were 6 of us, the pizza dough was fine, light, not bad, the staff were very kind and super fast, the place leaves a little to be desired, very poorly maintained and not very clean, unfortunately I personally find this last element fundamental to think of returning.... alas I will opt for something else

Nice and welcoming. 👥 The staff is super friendly and helpful, yet professional. 🍛 I had the small menu and loved everything (although the pasta all'amatriciana, included in the tasting menu, doesn't seem very Piedmontese to me 😅) Overall, I had a great time, and if I ever find myself in Moncalieri again, I'll be back.
