Naturally, the meal is a journey through blends of flavors and aromas, it is worth as an experience guided by those who wanted, sought and proposed it. All seasoned with attention to detail, cordiality and the desire to explain and communicate. It is worth trying. It will not be the restaurant for everyone, but for those who want something different, this is the right place, at least in the area.

Elegant venue, truly 6-star Sicilian menu with high quality and fresh products.

03/05/2025: I had the pleasure of dining at Officine del Gusto in Savigliano and I must say it was a truly delightful experience! The service was impeccable, with friendly staff attentive to our needs.
The cuisine was fantastic, with dishes prepared with fresh, high-quality ingredients. The menu is varied and offers many options for all tastes. I tried their signature dish, sea bass baked in foil, which was simply divine.
I highly recommend Officine del Gusto to all lovers of good food. I will definitely be back!

02/05/2025: Pleasant surprise discovered while visiting a flea market. Without booking and with the place practically full, they still found us accommodation, we ate very well in a very welcoming place and served by super friendly staff. We had to wait a little while to eat, but it was absolutely worth it.

Piccola entre di cous cous, antipasto di cavoli -toma e nocciole (ma anche i moscardini al sugo che ho assaggiato erano buoni e puliti bene), gnocchi al bleu (non forte) ma anche la pasta con polpo era buona, baccalà stupendo. Dolcini con il caffé. Ottimo e ci torno. Il conto non so, ero invitato, ma ci torno, sicuramente

18/05/2025: We waited an hour for the food .. "three pizzas, a fried food and a sandwich" without receiving the drink. The sandwich was cold and the wine tasted sour ... the wine was replaced, the restaurant apologized without being able to give an explanation as to why the wine was no longer good.
Nothing to say about the pizzas, good.
The service in general needs to be improved.
