26/11/2024: Extremely well-attended, typical restaurant, we enjoyed the atmosphere and especially the Valdostana, a cordon bleu, finely breaded, NOT oily, but delicious, garnished and the french fries were excellent. Our recommendation

10/11/2024: In addition to the good value for money, I don't find any other positive elements in this place, nor why there is always a queue outside. Super simple and average dishes, unfriendly and slow service, never mind the place.

31/12/2024: My friends and I had a reservation, made two weeks ago, for tonight at 10pm. We showed up at 10pm sharp and we were told, in a very rude and I dare say aggressive way, that the restaurant was too full and they didn't do no one enter. While standing outside waiting we met other people who told us they had booked for 9pm and were still waiting (it was 10.20pm at that point). We left immediately after. Now, there are two points: 1) If you accept a reservation for a certain time you must be sure that you can provide a table and guarantee service at that time. 2) There can be unexpected events, and we would have understood it if it had been explained to us kindly, which was absolutely not done.

30/12/2024: Pessimo servizio, proprietario e personale di una maleducazione unica. Abbiamo prenotato un tavolo due settimane in anticipo per oggi, 30 dicembre 2024 alle ore 21:30. Arrivati al locale in orario, ci dicono di aspettare 2 minuti. Alle 22:15, dopo 45 MINUTI di attesa, chiediamo a che punto sono, e il proprietario in maniera poco educata ci risponde di andarcene via. Riporto testuali parole: “per mangiare scazzati tanto vale che ve ne andiate” e: “se prenoti dal parrucchiere e ti siedi dopo un ora non cambia nulla no?” Pessima organizzazione, oltre al nostro tavolo sono andati via altri due dopo di noi, anche loro nella medesima situazione. Pessima organizzazione, NON CI ANDATE!

05/01/2025: And here we are again..in the same place with a little disappointment..And how nice it all started...a new place, you come for the first time and they treat you like their best customer...note THE FIRST TIME. .they are polite to you and smile impossible...a week passes...and what happens? Everything has changed... The face of the character who fluttered for the first time like a fairy-tale elf... his mood... HE is very busy, gets agitated quickly and practically runs away... He is very busy... and looks at you: "How dare you disturb us so early?" It was around 12.00 and the restaurant was completely empty. The second point is the receipt: - during the week the price of the pizza also increased and the dessert was very wet from the previous week... the pizza was cold! Just one question - Why?! Everything has changed so quickly... You guys won't get that far. Or you need to learn to serve your customer so that he comes back to you again or finds your favorite place of work, where you are polite, friendly and smiling.

26/12/2024: A place recently served by new management who wants to maintain good value for money with a mainly meat-based menu with a selection of pizzas on the menu. Perfect for lunch and for families, very welcoming and clean.

03/01/2025: New Year's Eve dedicated to hospital food. Maybe even worse. Menu that changed during the evening due to supplies (30 minutes from Cuneo without snow... well... probably because there was no one there and I had to get rid of the leftovers)... the dessert that looked like it was taken from the supermarket. ..thawed...and served still frozen...and not even good. Countdown to the non-existent New Year!!! Nobody told us anything...not even the DJ who later discovered he had a microphone!!!! We went out on our own with the dinner wine! Sadness....!!! Luckily the evening was brightened up with music afterwards. For goodness sake!!!! Never again!

02/01/2025: Ci siamo recati 4 adulti e un bambino alle 18 di pomeriggio abbiamo chiesto se era possibile cenare ci è stato disposto “Nola cucina è chiusa” con disgusto senza dare informazioni sul orario in cui aprisse la cucina e nulla. Chiedevi qualcosa ai ragazzi e alle ragazze che erano al bancone ti rispondevano male. Abbiamo preso 4 vin brulè pagati 40 € ci sono stati buttati nel tavolo su delle tazzine misere e sporche da una ragazza che non sapeva neanche una parola in italiano. Mai più!

26/12/2024: Se cerchi il fascino senza tempo della tradizione, devi provare La Diligenza dove qualità e materie prime trovano perfetto equilibrio. Qui il menù spazia nelle eccellenze enogastronomiche e se ami il tartufo la carta ti sorprenderà piacevolmente. Da non perdere Uova al tegamino con tartufo nero e i Tagliolini al burro con tartufo nero, ma tieni un po' di spazio per i dolci fatti in casa: un tiramisù così buono è davvero raro da trovare. Per concludere, fatti consigliare un amaro perchè la proposta è ampissima e trovi anche delle vere chicche (hai mai assaggiato la grappa Riserva invecchiata in Botti di Madeira?!).

07/12/2024: I was really impressed by the La Diligenza restaurant. The atmosphere is welcoming and the staff is extremely friendly and helpful. But the strong point of the place is undoubtedly the cuisine.

15/01/2025: Attenzione da dicembre 2024 il locale ha cambiato gestione diventando piuttosto caro. Siamo stati una sera che il forno era rotto e quindi non facevano le pizze. Per un piatto di polenta ci hanno chiesto 22 euro... Molta spocchia ma poca sostanza. Non lo consiglierei.

15/01/2025: Cena di capodanno: - Servizio pessimo, camerieri non preparati - Tempi di attesa lunghi, non proporzionati al servizio - Menu di basso livello, non all'altezza delle aspettative - Prezzo non in linea all'offerta.

31/12/2024: After years the management of the family hut which still maintained honest prices and adequate menus has changed, now it seems oriented towards something completely different. At the moment I have to edit the review because it no longer reflects what I wrote a year ago.

13/01/2025: Cozy chalet-style inn with wooden rooms, large panoramic terrace and perfect location in front of the ski slopes. Very convenient to have a bar, breakfast and lunch next to the rooms (excellent food!). Quiet environment and always friendly staff. Excellent choice for a mountain holiday!
