11/11/2025: We went to this amazing restaurant for a Graduation celebration with about 30 people. The food was outstanding. Everything was homemade and fresh. The tartar was one of the best I have ever had. The gnocchi two styles was also fantastic. The beef we had was so tender that you could cut it with a fork. I highly recommend this restaurant.

Authentic flavors in the dishes and a very pleasant atmosphere.

06/11/2025: Delicious dinner. I tried the capunet, which was truly excellent! The staff was attentive and very friendly. If you're passing through Dogliani, this is definitely a great place to sample Langhe cuisine.

02/11/2025: Il Torchio is a fantastic restaurant in a beautiful building with a chapel. The service is excellent, and the food is exquisite! Parking in the back is also a plus. In short, highly recommended in Dogliani-Alto.

20/10/2025: We took advantage of the Spa and Gastronomic Experience package... Excellent location, beautiful setting, very kind and helpful staff. Spa overlooking the vineyards, clean, quiet... FRE restaurant with very knowledgeable staff, never intrusive, attentive to every detail, excellent food... TOP desserts 😍... We spent the day immersed in a very well-kept place even outside, wrapped in an unreal silence... Definitely all very relaxing.

The owners were courteous, kind, and helpful. The rooms were exceptionally clean and comfortable, with balconies.
The dinner was excellent, with home-cooked food and very good wines, so much so that we bought a few bottles.
Definitely recommended!
29/10/2025: We were absolutely delighted by the warmth and friendliness with which Bruno and his family welcomed us. Fantastic menus made with fresh ingredients, including a made-to-order menu featuring white truffles, truly delighted our palates. There were eight of us in total, and we were all very impressed with the menus (two evenings). The excellent wines from del Tufo perfectly complemented the evenings.
Breakfast with regional products and egg dishes from their own chickens was fantastic.
The rooms were very clean and warm.
This is the true Italian experience 🇮🇹

02/10/2025: We were there for the second time last Sunday and I must admit that we had a GREAT time, beautiful place, very kind staff and above all the pizza, what can I say..... wonderful and delicious, I have already recommended the place to my friends and we will return in their company, see you soon
18/09/2025: Spacious place on two floors.
The pizza is small and very thin, but still well-topped.
When they asked us where we wanted to sit, I wish they'd told me that they only serve burgers on the first floor 🥲.

20/10/2025: The food and service were amazing! We had a little of everything, and they even made a combination antipasto for us that was beyond fantastic. I am at a loss for words on how much we enjoyed it. We will definitely go back the next time we are in the area. This place is a must visit, but make sure to make a reservation!
17/10/2025: Unfortunately, we didn't like this place at all.
Worst pizza on our trip to Italy. What we had on our plate had nothing to do with a typical Italian pizza.
The ambiance was definitely cozier and more authentic before the renovation.
Apparently, no one cared that we were visibly dissatisfied.
Poor value for money.

09/07/2025: Siamo stati a dormire e cena in questa location è devo dire che siamo trovati davvero molto bene. Proprietari gentilissimi, una piscina grande con ombrelloni e sdraio e poi la sera si mangia davvero molto bene. Colazione super. Prezzi davvero buoni.
01/07/2025: Generalmente non scrivo molte recensioni ma in questo caso mi trovo quasi costretto a farlo con estremo piacere. Ho trascorso due giorni in questo posto bellissimo in una struttura ben curata e con camere pulite e ben arredate con la mia famiglia. Abbiamo potuto usufruire della piscina con una vista sulle colline delle langhe, scenario che ti permette di passare il tempo in pieno relax. Alla sera abbiamo mangiato anche un'ottima pizza dopo essere stati omaggiati dai proprietari di un ottimo aperitivo con focaccia e vino. Ma è proprio per il sig. Sergio e sua moglie, i proprietari, che ringrazio per l'onestà, l'accoglienza, la disponibilità e la simpatia che voglio scrivere questa recensione perché se lo meritano davvero. Due persone rare da trovare. Grazie di cuore per averci fatto passare due giorni stupendi nella vostra Cascina Manzo.

23/06/2025: Questo luogo qua e un'esperienza che solo chi è degno può fare,dal mangiare bene al fare una mega paella spagnola e tutto imprevedibile,i dolci buoni sono che gli puoi dire,l'arredamento e un classico e il capo è il papo che ha uno staff che lavora in squadra e più di qualche risata dalla cucina non senti perché il rispetto e la priorità assoluta grazie di leggere la recensione😁

Giro pizza... in tre ore abbiamo mangiato 2 fette di pizza, per poi sentirci dire che erano finite. Esperienza terribile, disorganizzazione totale

10/09/2024: Servizio ottimo, cibo ancora di più del servizio.... Posto adatto a matrimoni comunioni e cresime. Unica pecca se devo trovarla è che bisogna prenotare con molto anticipo sennò si rischia di non trovare posto.
