13/07/2025: Si tratta di una vera e sempre più rara osteria situata nel verde delle colline tra Dogliani e Bossolasco. Per me è un vero caposaldo e, ogni volta che ci ritorno, è come essere a casa ed incontrare amici carissimi nel contesto di una splendida terrazza esterna. Accoglienza, servizio, piatti, materie prime, carta dei vini, ... è tutto ad un buon livello ma, almeno per me, quello che conta è tutto l'insieme: ovvero l'eccellente nella sua semplicità e anche con qualche piccola pecca che rende comunque questo locale unico nella sua fascia. 06/07/2025: Siamo stati ieri sera a cena io e mio marito,il cibo molto buono tutto!!
L unica cosa e’ che anche se abbiamo prenotato alle 20,il pane e’ arrivato dopo circa 40 minuti e il primo antipasto dopo un ora,questo perche’ mi sembra di aver capito che i titolari aspettano che arrivino tutti i prenotati prima di far partire la cucina (eravamo tra l altro pochi.. 22 persone in totale).
Ci siamo seduti alle 20 e ci siamo alzati alle 22:45,un po’ tantino …
Pero’ se vi piacciono le cene lunghe,andate perche’ il cibo e’ veramente ottimo!!👌🏼

13/08/2025: We had a delicious meal, there were 5 of us plus one child. The service was excellent, the dishes were prepared quickly, and the chatauex briand was delicious! And the price was fantastic! 160 euros for 6 people.

18/06/2025: Excellent conclusion for a quick visit to the Langhe.
The staff is friendly and the service is attentive, with a precise explanation of the dishes. The location is splendid: we had lunch in the outdoor garden, very well-kept and pleasant.
The menu offers both the possibility of choosing à la carte, and two menus - one dedicated to local specialties and one based on fish.
The dishes are well executed, abundant and very tasty.
The selection of desserts is also interesting, all of which are made by them.
Convenient parking nearby.

06/07/2025: It is always pleasant to hide in the refined surroundings of this restaurant. On this occasion we had lunch in the external courtyard, intimate and pleasant. The dishes stand out for their creativity and choice of raw materials. The pork cheek is wonderful. Excellent wine list, both local and national. The service proved once again to be attentive and competent

06/07/2025: Visiting the Langhe, land of good wine, we spent the weekend in this beautiful farmhouse where we were welcomed like family. We enjoyed the good food of the mother and the good wine that the tufo family produces. They made us feel at ease as if we were at home. We will definitely return to enjoy this magnificent panorama and a little tranquility.

16/07/2025: What can I say...recommended by Alex from the B&B Ca del viaggiatore in Farigliano, and I have to say it really surprised us!
It seemed a bit dark at first glance...but I have to say it completely changed our initial impression! The girls were smiling and very kind, the pizza was excellent, and the desserts...spectacular! Absolutely recommended!
01/07/2025: L'ultima esperienza non è andata bene, cose che possono succedere ma non dovrebbero succedere.... ritornerò più avanti a riprovare....

06/07/2025: Sono arrivato, ed erano già presenti delle persone e se dopo 5 minuti non chiamavo avremmo dovuto aspettare ancora.... e sinceramente non mi sembra il caso anche perché il locale non era pieno né all' esterno e né all' interno e una persona all' esterno se ne anche andata.....

12/05/2025: The service is exceptional, nothing to say. The problem looms when food arrives at the table... Pizza for example is very thin, such that it remains raw but at the same time chars on the outside, giving a burnt taste. The starters are made from non-top quality ingredients. In fact, from the open kitchen you can see a vast variety of frozen foods (not indicated on the menu). The prices, taking into account the quality and quantity, are excessive. Usually the place is not very crowded, but the waiting times are still high.

09/07/2025: Siamo stati a dormire e cena in questa location è devo dire che siamo trovati davvero molto bene. Proprietari gentilissimi, una piscina grande con ombrelloni e sdraio e poi la sera si mangia davvero molto bene. Colazione super. Prezzi davvero buoni.
01/07/2025: Generalmente non scrivo molte recensioni ma in questo caso mi trovo quasi costretto a farlo con estremo piacere. Ho trascorso due giorni in questo posto bellissimo in una struttura ben curata e con camere pulite e ben arredate con la mia famiglia. Abbiamo potuto usufruire della piscina con una vista sulle colline delle langhe, scenario che ti permette di passare il tempo in pieno relax. Alla sera abbiamo mangiato anche un'ottima pizza dopo essere stati omaggiati dai proprietari di un ottimo aperitivo con focaccia e vino. Ma è proprio per il sig. Sergio e sua moglie, i proprietari, che ringrazio per l'onestà, l'accoglienza, la disponibilità e la simpatia che voglio scrivere questa recensione perché se lo meritano davvero. Due persone rare da trovare. Grazie di cuore per averci fatto passare due giorni stupendi nella vostra Cascina Manzo.

23/06/2025: Questo luogo qua e un'esperienza che solo chi è degno può fare,dal mangiare bene al fare una mega paella spagnola e tutto imprevedibile,i dolci buoni sono che gli puoi dire,l'arredamento e un classico e il capo è il papo che ha uno staff che lavora in squadra e più di qualche risata dalla cucina non senti perché il rispetto e la priorità assoluta grazie di leggere la recensione😁

Giro pizza... in tre ore abbiamo mangiato 2 fette di pizza, per poi sentirci dire che erano finite. Esperienza terribile, disorganizzazione totale

10/09/2024: Servizio ottimo, cibo ancora di più del servizio.... Posto adatto a matrimoni comunioni e cresime. Unica pecca se devo trovarla è che bisogna prenotare con molto anticipo sennò si rischia di non trovare posto.
