The menu is very rich, both in dishes and bottles, and the staff is very kind. 5 stars for me. Congratulations to super cook Ginetta and Marcello

Menu with excellent typical Langa dishes that can be accompanied with the best local wines, all in a comfortable location with always present and polite staff.

13/01/2025: abbiamo pranzato in questo magnifico ristorante a gennaio, giornata bella, piena di sole, ma sicuramente meno suggestiva come vista rispetto all'autunno, ma anche alla primavera e all'estate. Location incantevole nella conca di Monforte, tavoli grandi ben distanziati, servizio impeccabile, avevamo un buono offerto dai nostri figli del menù degustazione a 7 portate, la stella è veramente meritata, lo chef è stato svezzato dal maestro Yannich Allenò e si vede molto l'impronta francese nei suoi piatti, tutti di livello. Sicuramente il piccione è stato cucinato in modo eccelso, pure il dessert ha un livello molto alto, un po' sotto la media i plin, ma il resto è veramente da provare.
un plauso speciale al sommelier ha abbinato in modo esemplare il vino ai piatti serviti, competente, mai invadente. Bravo.
Prezzo elevato, ma vale il viaggio
05/01/2025: Quiet resort and in a good location, various points of interest can be reached in a short time, friendly staff ready to respond to every need, very nice spa area, non-buffet breakfast, which is something I really appreciate when I go on holiday. Clean rooms with a very large utility set, from shaving foam with razor, toothbrush and toothpaste to make-up remover wipes not found in many hotels or resorts.
Their hazelnut cream is definitely worth trying (it is required for breakfast) before leaving I requested a jar of it which they kindly sent me express (for a fee and rightly so) I also really appreciated this availability.
So definitely recommended!

08/12/2024: Ho partecipato alla giornata del fritto misto piemontese: 15 portate fra carne e verdure più 5 fra frutta e dolce, tutto di ottima qualità. E stato proposto il bis per tutte le portate. Ottimi i vini di loro produzione. I proprietari molto cordiali e disponibili.
Esperienza da ripetere.

Camere ampie, molto pulite, bella vista. Vicino a Dogliani. Personale molto gentile e disponibile. Abbiamo cenato qui per il bagna cauda day, molto buona. Anche il vino prodotto da loro merita. Rapporto qualità prezzo buona. La colazione non è inclusa.

05/11/2024: Nightmare experience. We went on Saturday 2 November for the Saints' fair. When I booked I asked if they had a fixed menu or à la carte menu, having confirmed the à la carte menu I decided to book. I didn't give any weight to the NEGATIVE reviews and decided to trust me. At 12 we arrive at this "restaurant" that looked like a Tigurio, I was VERY perplexed, we sit down and I ask for the menu.....it wasn't there, today we eat with the fixed menu. My husband also wanted to leave because in the reservation I specifically asked for the menu as it would be. I would like to point out that in total there were 15 people in the place. At 1pm, the appetizers arrived: 5 slices of salami, 1 slice of cotechino with a spoonful of puree on top (I have never seen a presentation like this) 1 slice of veal with tuna sauce, NUMBER 2 local olives ne. At 2pm the first courses arrive for me the Cisrà, for my husband tagliolini with fassona ragù INEDIBLE, in fact he left them on the plate. ENOUGH it was really a pain in the ass, we had asked for the bill and we left, I forgot 2 glasses (not glasses), of dessert and a bottle of water, for the modest expense of eating NOTHING of €51.... We went out and went to Montezemolo, to the bar of the square to eat 2 toasts. I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT AT ALL, THE NEGATIVE REVIEWS ARE TRUE, A PLACE TO AVOID.

14/12/2024: Location impeccabile a Dicembre, con tutte le decorazioni natalizie, non posso immaginarlo nel periodo estivo con la piscina e le camere immerse nella langa.Personale Top e i proprietari deliziosi, ci hanno fatto sentire a casa. Cibo strepitoso e non parliamo dei dolci strepitosi Consiglio vivamente anche le camere per dormire impeccabili!!!

25/07/2024: Conoscevo il locale, già pessimo anni fa.
Ci sono tornato con amici nei giorni scorsi, senza preconcetti, più che altro per la compagnia.
La tradizione continua, fermo agli anni '80, cibo scadente, pizza così così.
"Si, ma è sempre pieno?!".. si, perchè costa poco, solo per quello..
A casa mangio meglio e fidatevi, non sono uno Chef e che mi accontento anche di un panino del baracchino, basta che sia un minimo pulito.
Da evitare!
03/07/2024: Usciamo x una pizza arrivati prendiamo io una griglia di carne mio marito un fritto di pesce.la mia grigliata arriva in 5 minuti il suo fritto no dopo 30 minuti di attesa chiedo alla cameriera mi dice 2 minuti dopo un ora mi dice vede cosa c’è scritto sull insegna pizzeria e nn ristorante perciò deve aspettare chiediamo il conto e andiamo via servizio pessimo camera inqualificabile

10/09/2024: Servizio ottimo, cibo ancora di più del servizio.... Posto adatto a matrimoni comunioni e cresime. Unica pecca se devo trovarla è che bisogna prenotare con molto anticipo sennò si rischia di non trovare posto.
