23/07/2024: I was hoping I wouldn't have to write a review after showing up at checkout with some food for thought and constructive criticism.
Unfortunately, what for me was a suggestion, for them was an attack and was not taken in any way positively. I find that they have little experience to manage such a place.
We stayed two nights and had dinner one evening.
Surprise menu. Booked for 18, we end up with 16 seats. Having communicated all the allergies months in advance, they seemed to have vanished into thin air and we had to communicate them again complete with some inappropriate jokes from the waiter.
Poor service, they almost ignored us throughout the dinner. Very small portions, it looked like a Michelin star restaurant but it was anything but.
Disappointed.

04/06/2024: For being a self-service place absolutely good and wide choice of starters, first courses, second courses and desserts. Possibility of having offers based on the courses chosen. Sometimes even freshly cooked. Good quality ingredients and also the possibility of having pizza or farinata.
Very friendly and helpful staff.
Clean tables.

22/07/2024: Great location, not value for money. My wife and I had two dishes each plus two glases of wine each. Plus water. Our first dishes were a salad. Actually this was quite disappointing. Just some green leave, 1 slide of tomato and a few pieces of salom. There should have been also avocade in it, but we could not find it. The pasta was nice but not a bi impression. The only thing that surpised me was the very nice glasses of Arneis white wine. All in all it also did cost Euro 110,- for jus this.

03/03/2024: Sono andata con amici a cena,locale carino,noi abbiamo cenato al piano inferiore in una sala con mattoni a vista. Cibo molto buono e di ottima qualità. Diverse stuzzicherie per chi ama i fritti e molto leggeri. Da ritornare. Parcheggio comodissimo e con molti posti trovandosi il locale davanti a una piazza centrale.
12/02/2024: Locale elegante e bohemien al contempo. Maxi taglieri di formaggi e salumi con sgonfiotti non stop. Mega padella di ottima carbonara a rimorchio. Cocktails belli carichi.

01/07/2024: Ho pranzato in questa osteria domenica 30giugno;il locale è a ridosso del corso principale di Alba e si trova a pochi metri dalla Chiesa di SanDomenico, dal Teatro Sociale e dalla Arena Estiva.
Il locale è informale ma pulito e ordinato.
Pregevoli gli antipasti(battuta di carne Fassona e insalata russa rivisitata),semplici ma buoni (ed abbondanti ) il plin burro e salvia e i tajarin al ragu di salsiccia),assolutamente gradevole il "classico"bonet.
Abbiamo bevuto Mezzo litro di vino della casa(una ottima Barbera della cantina Aimassone di Diano) e 750 ml acqua
Totale 72 euro.
Valutando il luogo e la qualità di quanto proposto,considero il prezzo assolutamente adeguato;posso consigliarlo.

17/08/2024: Toevallig bij dit restaurant terechtgekomen toen we zochten naar een plek om te dineren. Wij waren onwijs verrast door de traditionele plek en de vriendelijkheid van zowel de bediening als de kok. We hebben hier erg lekker traditioneel Italiaans gegeten!

15/07/2024: Locale carino e accogliente. Personale gentile, cibo nella media e per turisti stranieri. Peccato per il vino della casa di buon livello ma purtroppo caldo.
02/07/2024: Bellissima serata in compagnia di amici, della coalizione di centrodestra della città di Alba e l'opportunità di poter riprendere un progetto per il prossimo settembre
La cena è andata benissimo e tutto era perfetto
Complimenti per tutto, ci siamo già stati e ci ritorneremo

21/08/2024: Great place to have an aperitif, with good things to eat.
10/08/2024: I had gone on other occasions, for breakfast and coffee. We decided to stop for a pre-lunch aperitif. After 15 minutes of waiting at the outdoor table, I go in to ask if I should order at the counter and they tell me that "the girls" will come. In reality we saw only one girl bringing drinks to other tables, a gentleman setting the table for lunch and greeting us without asking anything, the same girl occasionally involved in the preparations for lunch, who never came close to our table . At a certain point a second girl appeared, also involved in cleaning and preparing tables.
It was 12 and, while other people were having their aperitifs, we waited another 20 minutes, then we got bored and decided to have both the aperitif and lunch elsewhere.

12/05/2024: Waited 15 minutes before they took our order with exactly around 20 people seated...
2 Alta Langa people lost who knows where since they served the tables that arrived later and we didn't and when asked how long it took them they replied that we had to wait... they decided to serve us after 40 minutes when we had decided to get up and leave and then tell us that the altalangas didn't have them.. no comment maybe you should consider closing since the organization is below 0
(If I could I wouldn't have given even one star)
