30/11/2025: I had lunch at this restaurant, everything was fine, but there was a mistake in serving the tagliata, which was then returned to the kitchen. When it was time, it was served again, but it was reheated and the meat was definitely overcooked. What a shame.

From the front desk, to Massimo—a genuine host—to the talented Chef, to the amiable Roberta, steeped in the history and heritage of the area, everyone contributes to making you feel not just a guest but...adopted...in a splendid setting rich in humanity and attention to detail. The icing on the cake is the cuisine, anchored in tradition, yet with those sublime touches of a young, already highly experienced Chef, expertly conveying through her dishes the love of cooking for others.

05/10/2025: A truly beautiful facility, with a truly kind receptionist, one of the friendliest and most professional I've ever met. Very good breakfast, and the spa is spectacular. The restaurant may be a little limited in terms of menu, but otherwise, nothing to complain about.
